when the control module receives a severe weather alarm, the output end of the second servo motor 54 drives the winding roller 10 to rotate, so that the roller blind 11 is discharged, then the output end of the first servo motor 19 drives the screw rod 17 to rotate, the screw rod 17 drives the movable block 16 to move, and the movable block 16 drives the guide block 14 to move, so that the through groove 12 is sealed by the unfolded roller blind 11, the inside of the installation drawer 7 is isolated from the outside, the solar power generation panel 6 is effectively protected, the solar power generation panel 6 is prevented from being damaged in severe weather, the service life of the sound barrier is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced;
