Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a double-layer antibacterial processing and manufacturing process of an outdoor pet fabric, which has the advantage of good antibacterial property and solves the problems that the traditional fabric for outdoor pet clothes is poor in antibacterial property and skin diseases are easily caused by pet infected bacteria.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a double-layer antibacterial processing and manufacturing process for outdoor pet fabric comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5-8 parts of polyester fiber;
1-4 parts of flax fiber;
2-5 parts of chitin fiber;
8-10 parts of a photocatalytic antibacterial agent;
10-12 parts of metal inorganic salt solution.
A double-layer antibacterial processing and manufacturing process of outdoor pet fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
A. taking 5-8 parts of polyester fiber, 1-4 parts of flax fiber and 2-5 parts of chitin fiber, blending and twisting 2-4 parts of polyester fiber and 1-4 parts of flax fiber into weft by using textile equipment, twisting 3-4 parts of polyester fiber and 2-5 parts of chitin fiber into warp, and then weaving the warp and the weft to obtain a fabric body;
B. b, putting the fabric body obtained in the step A into a sterilizing pool, rinsing, adding 10-12 parts of metal inorganic salt solution, and electrifying, wherein the soaking time is 1-2 hours;
C. b, drying the fabric obtained in the step B by using a dryer for 5-10 min;
D. c, putting the fabric obtained in the step C into a printing and dyeing tank, and adding 8-10 parts of a photocatalytic antibacterial agent, wherein the printing and dyeing time is 3-5 hours;
E. d, taking out the fabric obtained in the step D, and drying the fabric by using a dryer for 30-40 min;
F. and D, taking out the fabric obtained in the step E, and carrying out irradiation sterilization by using an ultraviolet sterilization lamp for 1-3 h.
Preferably, the water temperature in the sterilization pool in the step B is kept between 50 and 60 ℃.
Preferably, the dryer in the step C is a box dryer, and the internal temperature is maintained at 100 ℃ to 120 ℃ during drying.
Preferably, the temperature in the printing and dyeing pool in the step D is kept between 35 and 50 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention weaves the fabric body by arranging the polyester fiber, the flax fiber and the chitin fiber, wherein the polyester fiber has the characteristics of high strength, high elasticity, good shape retention, good heat resistance and the like, the flax fiber has natural antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties, simultaneously has certain health care functions, ultraviolet resistance and antistatic functions, increases the antibacterial property of the fabric body, can prevent static electricity and increase comfort level, the chitin fiber has good hygroscopicity, air permeability, sterilization, deodorization and other properties, further improves the antibacterial property of the fabric, and adopts a metal inorganic salt solution, when metal ions contact the surface of a microbial cell membrane, the metal ions are subjected to coulomb attraction with the cell membrane with negative charges, so that the metal ions are firmly combined with the cell membrane, the metal ions penetrate the cell membrane to enter bacteria to react with amino groups and the like on proteins in the bacteria, and the structure of the protein active center is destroyed after being combined with the metal ions, the fabric is irradiated and sterilized by an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, and finally, a photocatalytic antibacterial agent is added in the printing and dyeing process, so that the antibacterial property of the fabric can be improved, and the problems that the traditional fabric for the outdoor pet clothes is poor in antibacterial property, and the skin disease is easily caused by pet infectious bacteria are solved.
