The way of the conductive ring assembly 102 rotating synchronously with the inner cylinder can be various, and in particular, the conductive ring assembly 102 can be installed on the driving part. Alternatively, the conductive coil assembly 102 may be mounted on a portion of the connecting shaft 40 of the driving part located outside the outer cylinder 30, and the conductive coil 1022 surrounds the outer circumference of the connecting shaft 40; or the conductive ring assembly 102 may be mounted on the rotor of the driving motor of the driving part, and the conductive ring 1022 surrounds the outer circumference of the connecting shaft 40; or the conductive ring assembly 102 may be mounted on another part of the driving part that rotates synchronously with the connecting shaft 40, and the conductive ring 1022 surrounds the outer circumference of the connecting shaft 40 as long as the synchronous rotation of the conductive ring assembly 102 and the inner cylinder can be ensured.
In other embodiments, the conductive coil assembly 102 is stationary with respect to the outer cylinder 30, that is, the inner cylinder is rotatable with respect to the conductive coil assembly 102, the conductive coils 1022 of the conductive coil assembly 102 are electrically connected to the main control board through external wires, and since the outer cylinder 30 and the main control board are stationary and the conductive coil assembly 102 is also stationary, the external wires connected between the conductive coils 1022 and the main control board will not be wound.
Further, the conductive member assembly 101 rotates synchronously with the inner cylinder, that is, the conductive member assembly 101 rotates relative to the outer cylinder 30 and the conductive ring assembly 102, the conductive member assembly 101 has the wiring portion 10111, and the wiring portion 10111 is connected to the balancer 20 through the wire 103, and since the conductive member assembly 101, the inner cylinder and the balancer 20 rotate synchronously, the wire 103 connected between the wiring portion 10111 of the conductive member assembly 101 and the balancer 20 does not have a winding problem.
Meanwhile, under the condition that the inner cylinder rotates, the conductive element 1011 and the conductive ring 1022 are always matched and electrically connected, so that the electrical connection relationship between the main control board and the balancer 20 can be realized, and when the inner cylinder rotates, power is supplied to the balancer 20, and/or signal transmission between the main control board and the balancer 20 is realized.

The manner of the conductive member assembly 101 rotating in synchronization with the inner cylinder may be various, and specifically, the conductive member assembly 101 may be installed on the driving part, and specifically, the conductive member assembly 101 may be installed on a portion of the connecting shaft 40 of the driving part located outside the outer cylinder 30, or the conductive member assembly 101 may be installed on a rotor of a driving motor of the driving part, or the conductive member assembly 101 may be installed on another portion of the driving part rotating in synchronization with the connecting shaft 40, as long as the synchronization of the conductive member assembly 101 and the inner cylinder can be ensured.
Regardless of whether the conductive member assembly 101 is stationary with respect to the outer cylinder 30 or the conductive ring assembly 102 is stationary with respect to the outer cylinder 30, when the inner cylinder rotates, different circumferential portions of the conductive ring 1022 periodically contact the conductive member 1011, and since the conductive ring 1022 is formed in an annular shape, the entire conductive ring 1022 always contacts and is electrically connected to the conductive member 1011 when the inner cylinder rotates.

Specifically, for example, the conductive component assembly 101 is stationary with respect to the outer barrel 30, the conductive coil assembly 102 rotates synchronously with the inner barrel, one end of the trace 103 is connected to the balancer 20 (e.g., connected to a first connection terminal of the balancer 20), and the other end of the trace 103 extends out of the trace channel 401 after passing through the trace channel 401 and is connected to the conductive coils 1022 of the conductive coil assembly 102. For another example, the conductive element assembly 102 is stationary relative to the outer barrel 30, the conductive element assembly 101 rotates synchronously with the inner barrel, one end of the trace 103 is connected to the balancer 20 (e.g., connected to a first terminal of the balancer 20), and the other end of the trace 103 extends out of the trace channel 401 after passing through the trace channel 401 and is connected to the brush head 10113 of the conductive element 1011 of the conductive element assembly 101. From this, simple structure is favorable to shortening moreover and walks the length of line 103, avoids walking line 103 winding problem when the inner tube rotates, walks the line 103 passageway simultaneously and can also play the effect of protecting walking line 103, has avoided the problem of short circuit to take place.
