During acid cleaning, the second fluorine lining ball valve 14 on the electronic control pump assembly 1 is opened, the first fluorine lining ball valve 11 is closed, then the third fluorine lining ball valve 27 and the fifth fluorine lining ball valve 20 on the pneumatic control pump assembly 2 are opened, the fourth fluorine lining ball valve 25 is closed, the corresponding valve body is checked, after the corresponding valve body is determined to be correct, the electronic control pump 15 is opened, acid is pumped into the tank body 6, the pneumatic control pump 19 is opened, acid liquid entering the tank body 6 through the pipeline spray head 8 is returned to the acid liquid tank 3 through the pneumatic control pump 19, so that the acid liquid completes a cycle among the tank body 6, the pneumatic control pump 19, the acid liquid tank 3 and the electronic control pump 15, and the acid cleaning time can be controlled to last for one and a half hours;
after the pickling is finished, the electric control pump 15 is closed, the pipeline from the pneumatic control pump 19 to the acid liquid tank 3 is observed, and whether the acid liquid completely flows back to the acid liquid tank 3 through the pneumatic control pump 19 is judged. After the acid liquor flows back to the acid liquor tank 3, the tank body 6 is static for half an hour;
after standing, the first fluorine-lined ball valve 11 on the electric pump assembly is opened, then the third fluorine-lined ball valve 27 and the fourth fluorine-lined ball valve 25 on the pneumatic control pump assembly 2 are opened, and the fifth fluorine-lined ball valve 20 is closed, so that the cleaning water pipeline flows from the first bamboo joint 5 at the top end of the electric control pump 15 to the tank body 6, then flows into the pneumatic control pump 19 through the subsea valve, and finally flows into the waste liquid tank 4 through the connecting pipeline of the pneumatic control pump 19 and the waste liquid tank 4. A first bamboo joint connector 5 at a first fluorine-lined ball valve 11 on the electric control pump assembly 1 is connected with a cleaning water pipeline, water flows into the tank body 6 through bamboo joints, then the inside of the tank body 6 is cleaned, a pneumatic control pump 19 is opened after the cleaning water is cleaned for half a minute, and wastewater flows into the waste liquid tank 4 through a flange surface 90-degree elbow 23 and a fourth bamboo joint connector 24.
In the pickling process, the liquid level of the waste liquid tank 4 can be observed, when the liquid level reaches 80%, the liquid supply to the acid liquid tank 3 is stopped, and the cleaning water is stopped. And adding a proper amount of NaOH from a manhole 7 at the top of the waste liquid tank 4, stirring to enable the NaOH to react fully until the pH value is between 6 and 8, discharging the waste liquid in the waste liquid tank 4, and repeating the operation for half an hour.
In some embodiments, after cleaning, blowing air into the tank body 6 from the manhole 7 by using a blower, and after ten minutes, wearing a professional protective tool by a person to enter the tank body 6 to remove the pipeline and the blind plate in the tank; the internal effect of the tank body 6 is self-checked, and some fine parts which are not cleaned in the tank body 6 are locally processed. Until the entire can body 6 is silvery white and the entire can body shines clean.
In some embodiments, the sixth fluorine-lined ball valve 18 and the seventh fluorine-lined ball valve are opened on the electronically controlled pump assembly 1 of the present application to perform acid discharge treatment, and the blind plate pipes and the like are washed clean with clean water and then are regularly stored for next use in acid cleaning and passivation.
According to the technical scheme, the stainless steel tank car tank body 6 pickling passivation treatment device provided by the embodiment of the application completes the circulation operation of acid liquor through the combination of the electric control pump 15 and the pneumatic control pump 19 in specification and model, completes the pickling passivation work through the structure of the whole machine, enables personnel not to enter the tank body 6, and achieves the effects of protecting the personnel and improving the working efficiency.
By adopting the technical scheme, the working efficiency can be greatly improved by adopting the pickling passivation treatment device; the device is provided with a waste liquid treatment part and a waste liquid treatment scheme, so that the environment cannot be polluted by the discharge of the waste liquid after the pickling passivation is finished; the acid washing process is completed by the tool designed and adopted by the process scheme, so that personnel do not need to enter the tank body 6 for operation, and the safety of workshop work is greatly improved; compared with the prior art scheme, the acid pickling passivation completed by the technical scheme has better effect than the prior passivation paste.

Claims (4)

1. A stainless steel tank car tank body pickling passivation treatment device is characterized by comprising an electric control pump assembly, a pneumatic control pump assembly, an acid liquid tank and a waste liquid tank;
the top of the electric control pump assembly is provided with a first bamboo joint connector, the first bamboo joint connector is connected with a manhole of the tank body through a pipeline, and the pipeline is connected with a pipeline spray head inside the tank body;
a sea bottom valve is arranged on the tank body, a second bamboo joint connector is assembled on the sea bottom valve, the second bamboo joint connector is connected with a third bamboo joint connector on the pneumatic control pump assembly through a pipeline, and the interior of the tank body is connected with and fixed to the pipeline spray head through a pipeline and a screw rod;
a first fluorine-lined ball valve is arranged at the top of the electric control pump assembly and connected to the bottom of the first bamboo joint connector, a second fluorine-lined ball valve is arranged at the middle of the electric control pump assembly and connected with the acid liquid tank through a pipeline;
the pneumatic control pump assembly is provided with a third fluorine-lined ball valve, a fourth fluorine-lined ball valve and a fifth fluorine-lined ball valve, the third fluorine-lined ball valve is connected with the acid liquid tank through a pipeline, the fourth fluorine-lined ball valve is connected with the waste liquid tank through a pipeline, and the fifth fluorine-lined ball valve is arranged on a communicating pipeline of the pneumatic control pump assembly.
2. The stainless steel tanker tank pickling and passivating device according to claim 1, wherein a filter pump is disposed between the electrically controlled pump assembly and the acid liquid tank, and the acid liquid in the acid liquid tank enters the electrically controlled pump assembly through the filter pump, and the second fluorine-lined ball valve controls the inflow of the acid liquid;
the electric control pump assembly is connected with the filter pump and sequentially provided with an electric control pump, a second fluorine-lined ball valve, a one-way valve, a steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene composite reducing four-way joint, a first fluorine-lined ball valve and a first bamboo joint;
one end of the steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene composite reducing four-way joint is connected with the one-way valve, the other end of the steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene composite reducing four-way joint is connected with the first fluorine-lined ball valve, the other two ends of the steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene composite reducing four-way joint are connected with a pressure gauge, and the other end of the steel-lined polytetrafluoroethylene composite reducing four-way joint is connected with a sixth fluorine-lined ball valve;
and a seventh fluorine-lined ball valve is arranged in the filter pump.

The stainless steel tanker tank pickling passivation device according to claim 1, wherein the pneumatic control pump assembly comprises a pneumatic control pump, and a fifth fluorine-lined ball valve, a first shock absorber and a third bamboo joint which are sequentially arranged at one end of the pneumatic control pump along a pipeline, a second shock absorber, a third fluorine-lined ball valve, a fourth fluorine-lined ball valve, a 90-degree flange elbow and a fourth bamboo joint which are sequentially arranged at the other end of the pneumatic control pump along a pipeline, and a fifth bamboo joint is arranged at the top end of the third fluorine-lined ball valve;
the pneumatic control pump assembly is connected with the acid liquid tank through the fifth bamboo joint connector and connected with the waste liquid tank through the fourth bamboo joint connector.
4. The stainless steel tanker tank pickling and passivating treatment device of claim 1, wherein a stainless steel pickling and passivating solution is disposed in the acid liquor tank;
the stainless steel pickling passivation solution comprises: 15 parts of oxalic acid, 15 parts of nitric acid, 3 parts of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and 1 part of ammonium oxide.
