The invention discloses a vacuum refining process device for animal fat, which comprises a cooking pot, a collector, a tube array condenser, a waste liquid receiving tank and a vacuum system, wherein a discharge hole is formed in the bottom of one side of the cooking pot, the discharge hole is communicated with the top of the collector through a pipeline, one side of the collector is communicated with the middle of one side of the tube array condenser through a pipeline, and the top of one side of the tube array condenser is communicated with a feed hole of the vacuum system.
