An intelligent control device for automobile detection and maintenance comprises a rack (1), universal wheels (2), hydraulic cylinders (3), scissor-shaped lifting frames (4), first wheels (5), rubber handles (6) and lifting plates (61), wherein the universal wheels (2) for steering are rotatably arranged on the front side and the rear side of the left part of the rack (1), the first wheels (5) for auxiliary movement are rotatably arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right part of the rack (1), the lifting plates (61) for lifting an automobile are slidably arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the rack (1), the scissor-shaped lifting frames (4) are arranged between the lifting plates (61) and the rack (1), the hydraulic cylinders (3) positioned on the right side of the universal wheels (2) are connected on the front side and the rear side of the right part of the rack (1), telescopic parts of the hydraulic cylinders (3) are connected with the scissor-shaped lifting frames (4), the rubber handles (6) for grabbing are connected on the right side of the rack (1), the automobile tractor is characterized by further comprising a traction mechanism (7) and a supporting mechanism (8), wherein the traction mechanism (7) used for pulling an automobile and the supporting mechanism (8) used for supporting an operator are arranged on the rack (1).

The intelligent control device for automobile inspection and maintenance according to claim 1, wherein the traction mechanism (7) comprises a motor (71), a worm (72) and a worm wheel (73), first support (74), pivot (75), steel cable (77) and tow hook (78), the right part upside front and back symmetry formula of frame (1) is connected with first support (74), the rotary type is equipped with pivot (75) between the upper portion of two first supports (74), both sides all are connected with the reel around pivot (75), the wire winding has steel cable (77) on the reel, be connected with tow hook (78) between the left end of two steel cable (77), the middle part of pivot (75) is connected with worm wheel (73), motor (71) that are used for power take off are installed to the right part upside of frame (1), be connected with worm (72) with worm wheel (73) meshing on the output shaft of motor (71).

The intelligent control device for automobile inspection and maintenance according to claim 2, wherein the supporting mechanism (8) comprises a supporting plate (82) and second wheels (83), guide grooves (81) for guiding are formed in the front and rear inner walls of the lower portion of the frame (1), the supporting plate (82) is slidably arranged between the guide grooves (81), and the two second wheels (83) are rotatably arranged on the left and right sides of the bottom of the supporting plate (82).

The intelligent control device for automobile detection and maintenance according to claim 3, further comprising a locking mechanism (9) for stabilizing the bearing plate (82), wherein the locking mechanism (9) comprises a latch (91), a guide block (92) and a first sliding block (93), the guide block (92) is connected to the front side and the rear side of the top of the bearing plate (82), a sliding groove (94) is formed in the guide block (92), the sliding groove (94) is L-shaped, the first sliding block (93) is slidably arranged on the sliding groove (94), and the latch (91) for latching the first sliding block (93) is connected to the front side and the rear side of the lower portion of the frame (1).

The intelligent control device for automobile detection and maintenance according to claim 4, further comprising a jacking mechanism (10) for jacking the whole jacking device, wherein the jacking mechanism (10) comprises a second support (101), hollow rotating wheels (102), nuts (103), screws (104), a connecting frame (105) and an elastic part (106), the second support (101) is connected to the front side and the rear side of the middle part of the frame (1), the hollow rotating wheels (102) are rotatably arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper part of the second support (101), the nuts (103) rotatably matched with the second support (101) are connected to the lower side of the hollow rotating wheels (102), the screws (104) slidably matched with the second support (101) are connected to the nuts (103) in a threaded manner, and the connecting frame (105) is rotatably arranged between the top eccentricities of the two hollow rotating wheels (102) on the same side in the two hollow rotating wheels (102) on the front side and the rear side, the support part of the connecting frame (105) is positioned on the stroke path of the scissor-shaped lifting frame (4) in the opening and closing process, and an elastic part (106) is connected between the connecting frame (105) and the second support (101).

The intelligent control device for automobile detection and maintenance according to claim 5, characterized in that, it further comprises a back support mechanism (11) for supporting the back of the operator, the back support mechanism (11) comprises a support plate (111), a rotating plate (112), a guide frame (113), a screw rod (114), an adjusting handle (115) and a second sliding block (116), the support plate (111) located at the right side of the guide block (92) is connected to the front and back sides of the top of the support plate (82), the rotating plate (112) for supporting the back of the operator is rotatably arranged between the middle parts of the two support plates (111), the guide frame (113) is connected to the right side of the support plate (82), the screw rod (114) is rotatably arranged on the guide frame (113), the top of the screw rod (114) is connected with the adjusting handle (115), the second sliding block (116) in sliding fit with the guide frame (113) is in threaded connection with the upper part of the screw rod (114), the second sliding block (116) is used for supporting the rotating plate (112), and the second sliding block (116) is in contact with the rotating plate (112).
7. The intelligent control device for automobile detection and maintenance according to claim 6, wherein an anti-skid rubber sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the adjusting handle (115).

The intelligent control device for automobile detection and maintenance according to claim 7, further comprising a protection mechanism (12) for protecting parts, wherein the protection mechanism (12) comprises a protection shell (121) and a ventilation cover (122), the upper side of the right part of the frame (1) is connected with the protection shell (121) surrounding the traction mechanism (7), the steel rope (77) slidably penetrates through the protection shell (121), and the upper side of the protection shell (121) is connected with the ventilation cover (122) for ventilation.
