The six third elastic members 406 are initially in a compressed state.
An opening is formed in the middle of each of the three core discharge plates 409, the three limiting rollers 306 are respectively located right above the middle opening of the adjacent core discharge plate 409, and the sizes of the middle openings of the three core discharge plates 409 are sequentially reduced from the front to the back.
The gel pen refill is one of the most frequent stationeries in daily use of middle school students, on the existing market, the gel pen refill has multiple models, refills of different models and different ink injection round tube diameters are different, the middle school students select and use refills of different models by themselves according to use demands and preferences, after the refill is used, students generally directly discard the waste refill, then purchase a new refill in a store, a small amount of ink remains in the refill which is discarded at will, the ink injection round tube of the refill is plastic, the refill is metal, and has a certain recycling value, the refill cannot pollute the environment and cannot be reused again when being discarded at will, materials are saved, and when students cannot go in and out of the campus during class, and purchase refills in the store, or no store is arranged nearby the campus, a large amount of time needs to be spent on purchasing the refill in the store, for students, a large amount of study and rest time is wasted, and if the students need to take an emergency during an examination, the normal examination of the students is seriously influenced, so that a device which can be placed in a classroom, occupies small space and can automatically recover and replace the pen cores used up by the students is designed.
Before the device is used, the device is firstly installed at a free position in a classroom, after the installation is finished, in an initial state, the three first partition plates 404 divide the interior of a pen core storage frame 402 into three spaces, the three divided spaces are divided into an upper part and a lower part by the three second partition plates 405 again, a certain amount of pen cores are placed at the divided upper parts of the three spaces, the pen core types are three types which are most frequently used by students, the diameters of the three placed pen cores are reduced from the front to the back, at the moment, a certain amount of pen cores are placed at the divided upper parts of the three spaces by the three second partition plates 405, six third elastic members 406 at the lower parts of the three spaces which are divided by the three second partition plates 405 are all in a compressed state, and meanwhile, in the initial state, openings for adjacent pen cores to be ejected are formed in the middle parts of the three output core plates 409, and the middle openings of the three core-out plates 409 are respectively blocked by the adjacent limiting rollers 306, when the refill does not need to be replaced, the refill cannot pop out from the refill storage frame 402, when the refill is used up by a student and needs to be replaced, an opening is arranged at the front side of the protective box body 1, the transmission inclined frame 202 is arranged at the opening, the student only needs to place the used refill on the transmission inclined frame 202 from the opening at the front side of the protective box body 1, then the refill automatically rolls down between the electric roller 205 and the recovery roller 208 along the transmission inclined frame 202 under the self gravity, and an inductor is arranged in the device, after sensing that the refill falls between the electric roller 205 and the recovery roller 208, the electric roller 205 is automatically controlled to start working, the electric roller 205 is controlled to rotate anticlockwise by taking the right to the left as the reference, the electric roller 205 synchronously drives the detection plate 207 to rotate anticlockwise, because the detection plate 207 is set as an arc-shaped plate with gradually increased thickness, the detection plate 207 gradually presses the recovery roller 208 forward along with the counterclockwise rotation of the detection plate 207, and further the recovery roller 208 drives the two first sliders 206 to slide forward on the first connecting frame 203 and the second connecting frame 204 respectively, and simultaneously, the two first elastic members 209 are synchronously compressed by the two first sliders 206, when the recovery roller 208 moves forward, the distance between the recovery roller 208 and the electric roller 205 gradually increases, as the used pen core ink injection circular tube put in by the student has three different diameters, when the distance between the two increases to be equal to the diameter of the put pen core ink injection circular tube, and when the distance continues to increase, the pen core automatically drops into the pen core recovery frame 403 from between the recovery roller 208 and the electric roller 205, and is collected and recovered in a centralized manner, meanwhile, the diameter of the ink injection circular tube of the pen core put in by the student is known through the sliding distance between the two first sliders 206, namely one of three types of refills.
When the first slide block 206 on the left side slides forwards on the first connecting frame 203, the first slide block 206 on the left side synchronously drives the connecting plate 301 to move forwards, when the connecting plate 301 moves forwards, the connecting plate 301 moves forwards and simultaneously drives the second wedge-shaped block 309, the third wedge-shaped block 3011, the fourth wedge-shaped block 3012, the fifth wedge-shaped block 3014 and the sixth wedge-shaped block 3015 to move forwards, when a student puts in a pen core with the smallest diameter of an ink injection circular tube, namely, the pen core is the same model as the pen core placed below the last outgoing core plate 409, the distance that the two first slide blocks 206 move forwards is also the same as the diameter of the pen core ink injection circular tube, namely, the distance that the connecting plate 301 moves forwards is the same as the distance that the two first slide blocks 206 move forwards, because the sizes of the second anchor block 3013, the first anchor block 3010 and the first wedge-shaped block 308 are sequentially increased, and the sizes of the corresponding fifth wedge-shaped block 3014, the third wedge-shaped block 3011 and the second wedge-shaped block 309 are sequentially increased, when the fifth wedge-shaped block 3014, the third wedge-shaped block 3011 and the second wedge-shaped block 309 move forwards by the same distance, the fifth wedge-shaped block 3014, the third wedge-shaped block 3011 and the second wedge-shaped block 309 are pressed upwards by the same height, because the diameters of the three limiting rollers 306 increase from back to front in sequence, the heights correspond to the sizes of the openings in the middle of the adjacent core discharging plates 409 and the diameters of the refills placed below the adjacent core discharging plates 409, when the first wedge-shaped block 308, the first anchor-shaped block 3010 and the second anchor-shaped block 3013 are pressed to be at the same height, if the pressing height corresponds to the refill with the smallest diameter of the ink injection circular tube, the refill below the rearmost limiting roller 306 is automatically ejected from the opening in the middle of the corresponding core discharging plate 409 by the elastic force of the corresponding two third elastic members 406, and after the refill is ejected, the adjacent driving member 3016 is controlled to start working, the driving part 3016 moves from left to right on the adjacent first sliding rail 302 and second sliding rail 303, and while moving, the ejected pen core is synchronously pushed to right and pushed onto the corresponding pen core output plate 304, and then pushed out of the protective box 1, and then the student takes the pen core away.
If the diameter of the pen core inking round tube put by the student is consistent with the diameter of the pen core inking round tube placed below the middle core discharging plate 409, the distance of the forward movement of the two first sliding blocks 206 is synchronously increased, namely the distance of the forward movement of the connecting plate 301 is synchronously increased, at the moment, after the pen core positioned at the rearmost part is ejected, because the fifth wedge-shaped block 3014 and the sixth wedge-shaped block 3015 continue to move forward, the second anchor-shaped block 3013 is already pushed upwards to be in contact with the sixth wedge-shaped block 3015, when the sixth wedge-shaped block 3015 continues to move forward, the second anchor-shaped block 3013 is synchronously pushed downwards, so that the second anchor-shaped block 3013 moves downwards again, and the original position is restored, and simultaneously, the ejected pen core is synchronously pushed into the position from the middle opening of the adjacent pen core discharging plate 409 to the lower part, and simultaneously, the distance of the first anchor-shaped block 3010 pushed upwards by the third wedge-shaped block 3011 is increased, when the diameter of the refill is consistent with that of a round refill ink injection tube put into a student, the refill positioned below the middle core outlet plate 409 is synchronously ejected upwards by one under the action of the elastic force of the two third elastic pieces 406 positioned in the middle, then the driving piece 3016 in the middle is controlled to move from left to right on the adjacent first sliding rail 302 and second sliding rail 303, and the refill is pushed out of the protective box body 1 and then taken away by the student.
Further, when the diameter of the pen core ink injection round pipe placed below the foremost core discharging plate 409 is consistent with the diameter of the pen core ink injection round pipe placed below the foremost core discharging plate 409, the distance of forward movement of the two first sliding blocks 206 is synchronously increased, namely, the distance of forward movement of the connecting plate 301 is synchronously increased, at this time, after the middle pen core is ejected, the fourth wedge-shaped block 3012 continues to move towards the direction, and further downwards presses the first anchor-shaped block 3010, so that the first anchor-shaped block 3010 moves downwards to return to the original position, and further presses the ejected pen core below the middle core discharging plate 409 again, as the second wedge-shaped block 309 gradually moves forwards, the first wedge-shaped block 308 is synchronously upwards pushed, when the distance of upwards pushing the first wedge-shaped block 308 is consistent with the diameter of the pen core ink injection round pipe placed by the student, the pen core placed below the foremost core discharging plate 409 is automatically ejected by one pen core under the action of the corresponding two third elastic members 406, then the corresponding driving component 3016 is controlled to synchronously push the protective box body out of the protective box body 1, and the student takes the protective box body out, and at the same time, the electric roller 205 is controlled to rotate back to the original position, namely, the recovery roller 208 is also restored to the original position.

When the refill is replenished, the refill storing frame 402 and the refill recovering frame 403 are drawn out from the opening at the rear side of the protective box body 1 by a worker through the handle 2, and the three core discharging plates 409 are all set as detachable plates, so that only the three core discharging plates 409 need to be detached, then the refill is replenished, and the waste refill collected in the refill recovering frame 403 can be removed synchronously, after the refill recovering frame 403 is drawn out, because the atmospheric connection is already formed at one end of the air pipe 501 at the moment, the atmospheric pressure is synchronously restored in the cavity in the hollow pipe 502, at the moment, the air rod 504 synchronously restores the original position under the resilience of the fifth elastic piece 503, namely the baffle 508 restores the original position, so that the refill can be put into the device again, when the waste refill is removed by the worker and replenished, the refill storing frame 402 and the refill recovering frame 403 are pushed into the device again, and the limiting frame 401 limits the refill storing frame 402 and the refill recovering frame 403, so that the pushed positions of the refill storing frame 402 and the refill recovering frame 403 are consistent with the initial position, and the normal operation of the device is further ensured.

A device for recycling and renewing a refill of a gel pen comprises a protective box body (1) and a handle (2); the system is characterized by also comprising a detection and recovery system, a self-adaptive system and a renewal system; a detection and recovery system is arranged in the protective box body (1), and is used for detecting and recovering refills with different diameters; the self-adaptive system is arranged at the rear side of the detection and recovery system and synchronously replaces the refills with the detected diameters so as to adapt to the replacement of refills with various diameters; the self-adaptive system is connected with the protective box body (1); a new system is arranged below the self-adaptive system and used for storing refills with various diameters and collecting recovered refills; the renewing system is provided with a handle (2); the renewing system is connected with the protective box body (1).

The gel pen refill recycling and renewing device according to claim 7, wherein an opening is formed in the middle of each of the three core discharging plates (409), the three limiting rollers (306) are respectively positioned right above the openings in the middle of the adjacent core discharging plates (409), and the sizes of the openings in the middle of the three core discharging plates (409) are sequentially reduced from front to back.
