The cabin temperature and humidity sensor 11 can also be placed on the return air inlet or the return air pipeline.
Refrigeration working condition: the refrigerant water regulating valve 9 is controlled by the temperature in the cabin, so that the refrigerating capacity of the environment-friendly control system is automatically controlled. When the temperature in the cabin is lower than the set temperature lower limit, the refrigerant water regulating valve 9 is closed, and when the return air temperature is higher than the set temperature upper limit, the refrigerant water regulating valve 9 is opened to the maximum (the set value is adjustable).
Heating working conditions are as follows: the steam regulating valve 12 is controlled by the return air temperature, so that the heating capacity of the environment control system is automatically controlled; when the temperature in the cabin is higher than the upper limit of the set temperature, the steam regulating valve 12 is closed, and when the return air temperature is lower than the lower limit of the set temperature, the steam regulating valve 12 is opened to the maximum (the set value is adjustable);
humidifying working conditions; when the relative humidity in the cabin is lower than the lower limit of a set value, the steam electromagnetic valve 3 is opened for humidification; when the relative humidity of the return air is higher than the upper limit of the set value, the steam electromagnetic valve 3 is closed (the set value is adjustable).
Transition season: in the absence of chilled water and steam, the refrigerant is run through the compressor 5, enters the condenser 6, passes through the throttle valve 7, enters the evaporator 8, and then returns to the compressor 5. The air is dehumidified by the evaporator 8 under the action of the circulating fan 17, and is reheated by the condenser 6 to achieve the dehumidification and temperature adjustment effects.
The air conditioner can realize closed circulation and ventilation under any working condition; one circulating air feeder 17 is used under the closed cooling working condition, the circulating air feeder and the other exhaust fan 21 work simultaneously under the ventilation working condition, the fans are interlocked with the corresponding inlet and outlet air valves, namely, the fan starts the air valve to be opened, and the fan stops the air valve to be closed.
