Abstract
The invention provides a printing consumable, a packaging assembly, a chip reuse method and a printing system, wherein the printing consumable comprises a first printing consumable body, the first printing consumable body comprises a first chip mounting seat and an electric touch plate, the electric touch plate is mounted on the first chip mounting seat, and a first electric contact is arranged on the electric touch plate; the chip connector is provided with an electric connector; and two ends of the first data transmission line are respectively connected with the electric connector and the first electric contact. The printing consumable provided by the invention does not need to be configured with a chip, the chip connector is directly installed on the chip installation seat of the existing printing consumable during use, the existing printing consumable chip can be repeatedly utilized, the use method is simple and quick, meanwhile, the chip is not required to be disassembled from the original printing consumable, and the damage to the chip during the disassembly process is avoided. The printing consumable material greatly saves the use cost and the research and development cost of compatible consumable material manufacturers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing and imaging, in particular to a printing consumable, a printing consumable packaging assembly, a printing consumable chip reuse method and a printing system.
Background
Printers are becoming more and more widely used in people's lives and jobs. The consumable cartridge is one of consumable containers of the printer, and the application number of the consumable cartridge is far beyond that of the printer.
The consumable box mainly comprises a consumable container and a printing chip, wherein the consumable container is an easily-consumed part in the printer, and when the consumable container is used up, the consumable container needs to be replaced by a new one. And manufacturers for producing consumables usually fixedly connect the consumable container and the printing chip for sale together. Therefore often the printing chip can also be used normally when the consumable container uses up, but because the printing chip is fixed and can not take off on the consumable container and lead to the printing chip along with the consumable container of exhaust is together abandoned, has caused very big waste, also the increase use cost of the looks change, how to reuse the printing chip on the consumable container of exhaust becomes a problem that needs to solve urgently.

In order to achieve the first purpose, the printing consumable provided by the invention comprises a first printing consumable body, an electric contact plate and a first chip mounting seat, wherein the first printing consumable body comprises the first chip mounting seat; the chip connector is provided with an electric connector; and two ends of the first data transmission line are respectively and electrically connected with the electric connector and the first electric contact.
According to the scheme, the printing consumable provided by the invention does not need to be provided with a consumable chip, and the printer can directly read the data stored in the conventional consumable chip to realize the printing function by establishing the electrical connection relation between the data transmission line and the conventional printing consumable, so that the consumable chip can be reused, the use cost of a user is reduced, and the resource and the development cost of developing the chip are saved.
The chip connector comprises a connecting plate and a mounting claw, wherein the electric connecting piece is arranged on the first surface of the connecting plate, and the mounting claw is connected with the connecting plate.
It is thus clear that by above-mentioned scheme, can install the chip connector on the chip mount pad of printing consumables fast through set up the installation claw on the chip connector, only need to prize the chip installation claw when needs take off the chip connector from the chip mount pad and can easily pull down the chip connector so that used repeatedly.
Further, the first data transmission line is a flat strip-shaped data transmission line.

By the scheme, the plug is more convenient to use by arranging the jack and the plug structure, only one part needs to be replaced when a certain single part is damaged, and the use cost is reduced.
The further scheme is that the device further comprises a second data transmission line, one end of the second data transmission line is connected with the first electric contact, the other end of the second data transmission line is provided with a second data transmission line jack, and a first data transmission line plug at the other end of the first data transmission line is plugged in the second data transmission line jack to form electric connection.

In order to achieve the third object, the invention provides a method for reusing a printing consumable chip, which comprises the following steps: mounting an electric contact plate on a first chip mounting seat of a first printing consumable; electrically connecting one end of a first data transmission line with a first electrical contact on an electrical touch plate; electrically connecting the other end of the first data transmission line with a second electric contact of a second chip of a second printing consumable; and installing the first printing consumable in a printer, and reading the data stored on the second chip by the printer through the first electric contact.
According to the scheme, the chip of the printing supplies can be reused without being taken down from the consumable container by using the method, and the use cost of the printing supplies is reduced.
In order to achieve the fourth object, the printing system provided by the invention comprises a printer, wherein a first printing consumable is installed in the printer, the first printing consumable adopts the printing consumable in the first object of the invention, and a first electrical contact of the first printing consumable is electrically connected with a second electrical contact of a second chip of a second printing consumable.

Detailed Description
Printing supplies embodiment:

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the chip connector 3 includes a connection board 301, a first surface of the connection board 301 is provided with electrical connectors 302, optionally, the electrical connectors 302 are metal domes and may also be other conductive metal elements, and the shape thereof is not limited that the metal domes may be any other shape, such as conductive bumps and conductive blocks; referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the connection board 301 further includes a mounting claw 303 for connecting with the second printing consumable 5, the mounting claw 303 is clamped with a second chip mounting seat 501 on the second printing consumable 5, a second chip 502 is mounted on the second chip mounting seat 501, and a second electrical contact 503 is disposed on the second chip 502; after the chip connector 3 is mounted on the second printing consumable chip mounting seat 501, the electrical connector 302 on the chip connector 3 is in contact with the second electrical contact 503 to form an electrical connection.
The electrical connector 302 on the chip connector 3 is electrically connected to the other end of the first data transmission line 4, and the electrical connector 302 on the chip connector 3 is electrically connected to the first electrical contact 201 on the electrical contact plate 2 through the first data transmission line 4.
Alternatively, the first data transmission line 4 is a flat strip data transmission line.
Optionally, a first data transmission line jack (not shown) is disposed on the chip connector 3, a conductive element connected to the electrical connector 302 is disposed in the first data transmission line jack, the first data transmission line 4 includes a first data transmission line plug (not shown), the first data transmission line plug is provided with a conductive element, the first data transmission line plug at one end of the first data transmission line 4 is plugged into the first data transmission line jack and electrically connected to the electrical connector 302, the other end of the first data transmission line is electrically connected to the first electrical contact 201 on the electrical contact plate 2, and the electrical connector 302 and the first electrical contact 201 form an electrical connection through the first data transmission line 4.
