the middle-layer basement membrane comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
LLDPE:49.5%,
LDPE:50.3%,
PPA:0.2%;
the outer-layer base film comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
LLDPE:49.2%,
LDPE:50.4%,
PPA:0.4%;
wherein, in the inner base film, the LLDPE model is 1002BU, the LDPE model is 2426K, the MLLDPE model is 1018MF, the shedding slipping agent model is SF-002, and the PPA model is-A1058;
in the middle-layer basal membrane, the model of LLDPE is 1002BU, the model of LDPE is 2426K, and the model of PPA is-A1058;
in the outer-layer base film, the model of LLDPE is 1002AY, the model of LDPE is 2426K, and the model of PPA is-A1058.
The method for preparing the packaging film for making the bag without fluffing in the embodiment 3 comprises the following steps:

Experimental example 1
The bag-making and fluffless packaging film prepared in example 2 was tested in terms of tensile strength, elongation at break, pendulum impact resistance and seal initiation temperature, according to the method specified in GB/T10004-2008 plastic composite film for packaging, bag dry lamination and extrusion lamination, and the test data are shown in Table 1.

From the data, the elongation at break of the PE film prepared by the invention is obviously reduced by one time compared with that of the common PE, so that the bag cutting burr can be well reduced.

wherein, in the inner base film, the LLDPE model is 1002BU, the LDPE model is 2426K, the MLLDPE model is 1018MF, the shedding slipping agent model is SF-002, and the PPA model is-A1058;
in the middle-layer basal membrane, the model of LLDPE is 1002BU, the model of LDPE is 2426K, and the model of PPA is-A1058;
in the outer base film, the model of LLDPE is 1002AY, the model of LDPE is 2426K, and the model of PPA is-A1058.
2. The bag-making fluffless packaging film according to claim 1, wherein when the thickness of the inner base film is less than 45um, the components of the inner base film are as follows by mass percent:
LLDPE:40%-43%,
LDPE:50%-53%,
MLLDPE:5%-8%,
an opening slipping agent: 2 to 2.5 percent of the total weight of the mixture,
PPA:0.2%-0.4%。
