In one embodiment, in the box-receiving process, a box-receiving mechanism 7 is provided to perform a box-receiving operation, and the box-receiving mechanism 7 includes:
a box receiving channel 71 for guiding the closed box body 01 to flow out;
and a receiving station 72 for receiving the cassette 01 flowing out from the cassette receiving passage 71.
By the design, the box body flows out through the box receiving channel after passing through the conveying mechanism, the moving path is limited, the box body can accurately fall on the receiving platform, and subsequent collection is facilitated.
In one embodiment, the cassette receiving channel 71 is designed as a ramp for changing the cassette body 01 from the horizontal position to the vertical position. The implementation of each process can be the same as the above-mentioned post-production process for opening the box, and is not described herein again.
According to the pack throwing process after the box is opened, the processes are directly arranged along the conveying mechanism, the box body is firstly placed on the conveying mechanism, then the inner die in the box body is opened and taken out, the pack is thrown in, and finally the closed box body is collected, so that the production processes of trimming and mould taking, pack throwing, box closing and box collecting are opened, a continuous and continuous automatic operation line can be formed, and the production efficiency is higher.
The material bag can be a material bag put in the packaging process of any product such as a drying agent, a preservative, a flavoring agent and the like, and the invention is not particularly limited.
The upper cover and the lower cover of the present invention may be, from an operation perspective, a ground cover of the box body and a top cover of the box body, or the lower cover of the box body and the top cover of the box body, and the present invention is not particularly limited.
The conveying mechanism of the invention can be selected from but not limited to any equipment capable of carrying a box body to move, such as a conveying belt and the like, the feeding process of the invention can be selected from but not limited to the existing equipment such as corresponding devices disclosed in Chinese patents with application numbers of 201922132640.9, 201821591449.X and 201922048622, the package throwing process of the invention can be selected from but not limited to the existing equipment such as a package throwing machine and the like disclosed in Chinese patents with application numbers of 202011401062.5 and 202021531793.7, the principle of the package throwing process is that a package winding is straightened by traction, a single package is cut off from the winding by a cutter, the package bag cut out by the package throwing machine can be subsequently slid into an opened package box by a slide way, the edge cutting and die taking process of the invention can be selected from but not limited to the existing equipment such as an edge cutting and die taking device disclosed in Chinese patent with application number of 201922132640.9, the internal mold stacking process can be selected but not limited to the existing equipment such as a stacker and the like disclosed in Chinese patent with application number of 20192204862.2, the lining paper packing box process can be operated by the existing equipment, for example, the mechanical arm 81 and the suction member 82 are provided, and the inner liner paper is sucked by the suction member and is carried by the mechanical arm to be loaded into the lower cover of the cartridge. The driving modules can be linear or arc driving devices such as air cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, motors and the like, and the invention is not particularly limited.

Claims (12)

1. The box opening later production process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a feeding process: placing the box body on a conveying mechanism;
trimming and mold taking: opening the box body and taking out the internal mold in the box body;
inner lining paper boxing process: and (5) filling lining paper into the lower cover of the box body.
2. The post-opening production process of claim 1, further comprising the following steps after the inner-lining paper boxing step:
a box closing process: covering the upper cover of the box body on the lower cover of the box body;
a box collecting procedure: the closed cassette is collected.
3. The post-opening production process according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising the following steps after the inner-lining paper boxing step:
a packet throwing procedure: putting the material bag into lining paper;
inner lining paper closing process: closing the upper turnover face of the inner lining paper.
4. The post-production process of opening boxes according to claim 3, wherein the trimming and mold-taking process comprises the following steps: the left side edge and the right side edge of the box body are firstly cut, then the front side edge of the box body is cut, then the upper cover of the box body is turned, and finally the inner mold in the lower cover of the box body is taken out.
5. The box-opening subsequent production process according to claim 3, further comprising an inner mold stacking procedure for collecting the inner molds taken out in the trimming and mold-taking procedure.
6. The post-production process of opening box as claimed in claim 3, wherein the upper cover of the box body is in limit fit with the guide member, and the lower cover of the box body is in limit fit with the step of the lower cover of the box body through the roller, so that the open state of the box body is maintained.
7. The process of claim 3, wherein the first shutter is provided to block the upturned surface of the inner liner paper to open the upturned surface of the inner liner paper, and the second shutter is provided to close the upturned surface of the inner liner paper by pressing the upturned surface of the inner liner paper in the case body downward.
8. The box opening subsequent production process according to claim 3, wherein in the bag throwing process, the material bag falls into the box body through the arranged slide way.
9. The box opening subsequent production process according to claim 3, wherein in the box closing process, a box closing mechanism is provided for performing a box closing operation, and the box closing mechanism comprises a pressing block for acting on the upper cover of the box body and a pressing drive module for driving the pressing block to press and retract the upper cover of the box body towards the lower cover of the box body.

The box opening back end production process according to claim 9, wherein the box closing mechanism further comprises a top block for acting on the side edge of the lower cover of the box body, and a pressing driving module for driving the top block to press and retract the side edge of the lower cover of the box body inwards.

The box opening subsequent production process according to claim 9, wherein the box closing mechanism further comprises a box closing lever, the box closing lever is arranged obliquely with respect to the moving direction of the box body, and the distance between the box closing lever and the conveying mechanism is gradually reduced along the moving direction of the box body.
12. The box opening later package throwing process is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a feeding process: placing the box body on a conveying mechanism;
trimming and mold taking: opening the box body and taking out the internal mold in the box body;
a packet throwing procedure: putting the material bag into a box body;
a box closing process: covering the upper cover of the box body on the lower cover of the box body;
a box collecting procedure: the closed cassette is collected.
