In the present invention, the extension member 123 is configured as a conical structure extending outward from the second base portion 1252 so that the cup string 100 mounting hole penetrates through the extension member 123 and gradually enlarges the cup string 100 mounting hole, the first extension portion 1231 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the second base portion 1252, and the second extension portion 1232 and the third extension portion 1233 can be matched with the cup string separating member of other operating mechanism so as to separate the cup string on the extension member 123 and transfer and mount it on the cup lid.

As another embodiment of the present invention, the gripping structure 101 includes a gripping base 111, a jaw driving member 112 connected to the side of the gripping base 111, a first jaw connecting rod 113 connected to the jaw driving member 112 and capable of rotating, a second jaw connecting rod 114 perpendicular to the end of the first jaw connecting rod 113, and two jaw members 115 connected to the end of the second jaw connecting rod 114 and capable of passing through the positioning slot 1500, so that the jaw members 115 pass through the positioning slot 1500 to place the cup tape 100 between the bending wheel 1321 and the positioning plate 1512.
As an embodiment of the invention, a transfer installation mechanism of a cup belt of a vacuum cup is disclosed, which is used for transferring and installing the cup belt on an expansion piece to hardware of a cup cover, and mainly comprises a conveying structure 21, a cup belt installation table 22 and a belt pushing structure 23, wherein the conveying structure 21 comprises a first conveying member 211 capable of moving along a first direction and a second conveying member 212 which is connected below the first conveying member 211 and capable of moving along a second direction; the cup belt mounting table 22 is used for transferring cup covers and mounting the cup belt 100, and comprises a first transmission member 221 capable of moving along a second direction, a mounting base 222 connected with the first transmission member 221, and a second transmission member 223 connected with the mounting base 222 and driving the mounting base 222 to move along a third direction; the tape pushing structure 23 includes a tape pushing base 231 on the first conveying member 211, a first pushing member 232 for engaging the cup tape 100 and connected to the tape pushing base 231, a second pushing member 233 for pushing the cup tape 100 onto the hardware and connected to the tape pushing base 231, and a first tape pushing driving member 234 and a second tape pushing driving member 235 for driving the first pushing member 232 and the second pushing member 233 to move along the first direction. In the present invention, the first conveying member 211 may move in the first direction and make the entire belt pushing structure 23 approach or separate from the expander 123, or when the cup belt 100 is installed, the first conveying member 211 may move in the first direction and make the belt pushing structure 23 approach or separate from the cup belt installation table 22, and the second conveying member 212 may bring the entire first conveying member 211 and the entire first conveying member 211 to move in the second direction so as to approach the cup belt installation table 22; in addition, cup strap mounting platform 22 is mainly for carrying the lid and for cup strap 100 to connect to the lid, wherein mounting base 222 is mainly a platform for carrying lid 100, and mounting base 222 can be driven by second transmission member 223 to perform lifting motion along a third direction, so that the lid is lifted to a certain height for facilitating mounting of cup strap 100, and first transmission member 221 can drive whole second transmission member 223 and whole mounting base 222 to perform motion along a second direction; in addition, the belt pushing structure 23 mainly uses the first pushing member 232 and the second pushing member 233 to engage and push the cup belt, the belt pushing base 231 mainly connects the first pushing member 232 and the second pushing member 233, and the first belt pushing driving member 234 and the second belt pushing driving member 235 respectively drive the first pushing member 232 and the second pushing member 233 to move along the first direction. In a specific operation process, when the cup belt is connected to the expansion part 123, the first conveying member 211 drives the entire belt pushing structure 23 to approach the expansion part 123, the first belt pushing driving part 234 drives the first pushing member 232 to be connected with the expansion part 123 in a clamping manner, the cup belt on the expansion part 123 is connected to the first pushing member 232, the first conveying member 211 drives the entire belt pushing structure 23 to approach the expansion part 123, and the second conveying member 212 drives the entire belt pushing structure 23 to move to a position close to the cup belt mounting table 22; when the cup belts are to be transferred from the first pushing member 232 to the lid hardware, the first conveying member 211 drives the whole belt pushing structure 23 to be close to the mounting base 222 on which the cup belts are placed, and drives the first pushing member 232 to be close to or abutted against the hardware through the first belt pushing driving member 234, and finally drives the cup belts 100 on the first pushing member 232 to be separated from the first pushing member 232 through the second belt pushing driving member 233. Therefore, in the present invention, the first pushing member 232 is connected to the cup belt from the expanding member 123, and the second pushing member 233 is used to push the cup belt on the first pushing member 232 to the cup lid hardware, so as to greatly improve the transfer and assembly efficiency of the cup belt, and the first pushing member 232 is matched with the expanding member, so as to expand the cup belt hole, so that the cup belt can be sleeved on the cup lid hardware when the second pushing member 233 pushes the cup belt.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the first pushing member 232 is disposed to match with the expansion member 123 and penetrate the pushing shaft 2320 on the pushbelt base 231; the pushing shaft 2320 is provided at the middle thereof with a pushing passage 2231 for the expansion member 123 to connect and accommodate and a plurality of connecting protrusions 2322 arranged along the inner circumference of the pushing passage 2321, and the pushing shaft 2320 is provided at the outer circumference of one end portion near the expansion member 123 with a locking groove 2323 for the second pushing member 233 to connect. Further, in other embodiments, the expanding member 123 is provided in a conical structure extending outward from the second base portion 1252, and the expanding member 123 includes a first expanding portion 1231 connected to the second base portion 1252, a second expanding portion 1232 connected to an outer side of the first expanding portion 1231, and a third expanding portion 1233 connected to an outer side of the second expanding portion 1232 and having a tapered shape; a plurality of connecting grooves 1234 spaced apart are disposed on the second expanding portion 1232 and the third expanding portion 1233, and a limiting block 1235 is disposed on the inner wall of the connecting groove 1234 close to the first expanding portion 1231. In the present invention, the extension member 123 is configured as a conical structure extending outward from the second base portion 1252, so that the cup strip 100 mounting hole penetrates through the extension member 123 and gradually enlarges the cup strip 100 mounting hole, the first extension portion 1231 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the second base portion 1252, the second extension portion 1232 and the third extension portion 1233 can be in matching connection with the pushing channel 2231, and the connecting protrusion 2322 can be in snap connection with the connecting groove 1234, so as to detach the cup strip on the extension member 123 and mount the cup strip on the cup lid hardware.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the first push belt driving member 234 includes a first driving cylinder 2341, a first driving joint 2342 connected to the first driving cylinder 2341, a first driving lever 2343 connected to the first driving joint 2342 and arranged in the first direction, a second driving lever 2344 connected to the first driving lever 2343 and arranged vertically downward, and a connecting seat 2345 through which the first driving lever 2343 passes and connected above the push belt base 231. In other embodiments, a first connection channel for connecting the second driving rod 2344 is disposed on the tape pushing base 231, a second connection channel for connecting the second driving rod 2344 and communicating with the first connection channel is disposed on the pushing shaft 2320, and the second driving rod 2344 may be connected in the first connection channel and the second connection channel, so that the entire tape pushing base 231 and the pushing shaft 2320 move along the first direction.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the second pushing member 233 includes a pushing rod 2331 penetrating through the pushing belt base 231, and a pushing block 2332 connected to one end of the pushing rod 2331 and sleeved on the pushing shaft 2320, and the pushing block 2332 is provided with a clamping channel 2333 matched with the clamping slot 2323. As another embodiment of the present invention, the second push belt driving member 235 includes a second driving cylinder 2351, and a second driving joint 2352 having two ends connected to the second driving cylinder 2351 and the other end of the push rod 2331, respectively. As another embodiment of the present invention, the first conveying member 211 includes a first conveying base 2111 arranged along the first direction, a first slide rail connected to the first conveying base 2111, a first sliding table 2113 connected to the first slide rail, and a first driving motor 2114 for driving the first sliding table 2113 to move along the first direction relative to the first slide rail, and the first conveying member 211 is further provided with a stop member 215 for limiting the excessive displacement of the first sliding table 2113, so as to prevent the first sliding table 2113 from disengaging from the first slide rail.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the second conveying member 212 includes a second conveying base 2121 arranged in the second direction, a second slide rail connected to the second conveying base 2121, a second slide table 2123 connected to the second slide rail, and a second driving motor 2124 for driving the second slide table 2123 to move in the second direction relative to the second slide rail; the upper ends of the second sliding table 2123 and the second driving motor 2124 are fixedly connected to the first conveying base 2111, and the second driving motor 2124 is disposed on the second conveying base 2121 side along the second direction. As another embodiment of the present invention, the mounting base 222 includes a placing platform 2221 on which a cup lid can be placed, and a supporting member 2222 connected below the placing platform 2221, the second transmission member 223 includes a lifting slide 2231 connected to a side portion of the supporting member 2222, and a third driving motor 2232 for moving the lifting slide 2231 in a third direction, and the placing platform 2221 is surrounded by a plurality of protrusions 2220 for preventing the cup lid from moving.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the first driving member 221 includes a moving substrate 2211 arranged in the second direction, a guide rail 2212 connected to the moving substrate 2211 side, a fourth driving motor 2213 connected to the moving substrate 2211 side and positioned below the guide rail 2212, and a first driving table 2214 and a second driving table 2215 connected to the guide rail 2212 and the fourth driving motor 2213, respectively. As another embodiment of the present invention, the lifting sliding table 2231 is vertically connected to the first driving table 2214, the second driving table 2215 is further provided with a mounting rod 2216, an installation groove 2217 which is concave and is used for connecting the mounting rod 2216 is disposed above the first driving table 2214, and when the installation groove 2217 is connected to the mounting rod 2216, the fourth driving motor 2213 can drive the whole first driving member 221 and the mounting base 222 synchronously.

1. An automatic installation device for cup belts, comprising: the cup belt clamping device comprises a clamping structure for clamping a cup belt, a cup belt mounting table for placing a cup cover and mounting the cup belt, an expansion structure for expanding mounting holes at two ends of the cup belt, a bending structure for bending the cup belt, a belt pushing structure for pushing the cup belt to be mounted on the cup cover, a first conveying member capable of moving along a first direction and a second conveying member capable of moving along a second direction;
the expansion structure comprises a fixed seat, two first driving components which are connected to the fixed seat and can move along a first direction, and two expansion pieces which are respectively connected to the sides, far away from each other, of the two first driving components;
the bending structure is positioned below the clamping structure and close to the expansion piece, and comprises a positioning component which can be abutted against one side of the cup belt in the length direction, a bending component which can be abutted against the other side of the cup belt in the length direction, a second driving component which drives the positioning component and the bending component to move along the second direction, and a third driving component which drives the second driving component to move along the third direction; the bending component comprises at least two bending wheels which are arranged at intervals, and the two bending wheels can respectively drive the two ends of the cup belt to be bent and sleeved on the expansion piece;
the belt pushing structure comprises a belt pushing base located on the first conveying component, a first pushing component used for connecting the cup belt and connected to the belt pushing base, a second pushing component used for pushing the cup belt to the hardware and connected to the belt pushing base, and a first belt pushing driving piece and a second belt pushing driving piece driving the first pushing component and the second pushing component to move along a first direction.
2. An automatic cup belt mounting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the positioning component comprises a positioning base positioned at the upper end of a sliding table of the second driving component and a positioning piece positioned at the upper end of the positioning base;
the locating piece comprises a locating support block and a locating plate, wherein the locating support block is connected to the locating base in a clamping mode, the locating plate is vertically connected to the end, close to the bending component, of the locating support block, and two locating grooves for clamping the clamping jaw on the structure to pass through are formed in the middle of the locating plate in a separated mode.

An automatic cup belt mounting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the bending component comprises a bending base positioned at the upper end of the other sliding table of the second driving component, two bending supporting seats positioned at the upper end of the bending base, and two bending wheels respectively connected to the two bending supporting seats and close to the end of the positioning plate; two support seats of bending are the partition and arrange and inwards slope gradually towards the direction that is close to the locating plate.

the third driving component comprises a third driving base arranged along a third direction, a third driving piece located on the side of the third driving base, and a third sliding table located on the third driving piece and connected with the lower end of the second driving base, wherein the third sliding table is communicated with the third driving piece and moves along the third direction relative to the third driving base.

An automatic cup belt mounting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein: the bending structure further comprises a limiting component for limiting the cup belt from being excessively bent; the limiting component comprises a limiting supporting seat vertically connected to the second driving component, a limiting driving piece connected to the upper end of the limiting supporting seat, and a limiting rod connected to the limiting driving piece and close to the end of the bending wheel;
the first driving component comprises a fourth sliding table connected to the fixed seat, an expansion base connected to the fourth sliding table, and a first driving piece connected to the side of the expansion base and driving the expansion base to move along a first direction relative to the fixed seat; the expansion base comprises a first base part and a second base part, the first base part is located above the sliding table four, the second base part protrudes out of the side, close to the positioning plate, of the first base part, and the expansion piece is connected to the outer side, far away from the other second base part, of the second base part.
