Abstract
The application discloses a cylinder dragging plate which is used for cleaning equipment to be cleaned, and comprises a cylinder dragging plate body, wherein one surface of the cylinder dragging plate body, facing the equipment to be cleaned, is provided with a cylinder dragging plate comprising: at least one first cleaning group, wherein the first cleaning group is arranged along a first direction of the cylinder dragging plate body and comprises at least one first cleaning area; the second cleaning group is arranged along the first direction of the cylinder dragging plate body and comprises at least one second cleaning area; the first cleaning groups and the second cleaning groups are alternately arranged along the second direction of the cylinder dragging plate body, and the first cleaning areas and the second cleaning areas are areas with high and low fall. Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cleaning of PCB production equipment, in particular to a cylinder dragging plate and a cleaning method for the cylinder dragging plate.
Background
After the electroplating bath (copper, tin and town) liquid in the production line is used for a period of time, the quality of a plating layer can be seriously affected due to pollution of various metal impurities and organic pollutants, particularly the electroplating process in the printed circuit board industry has higher pollution degree requirement on the electroplating liquid and better quality, and the pollution degree in the electroplating bath liquid is continuously increased due to decomposed material impurities of a circuit film and an electroplating gloss agent in production.
At present, a light copper plate is generally adopted in the industry as a cylinder dragging plate for cylinder dragging, for example, horizontal equipment for PCB production is maintained once every 12 hours, and when different types of plates or the same type of 'dirtier' type plates are produced within 12 hours, a driving wheel piece of the horizontal equipment can be reversely stuck and dirtied, so that the surface of the plate is polluted. Therefore, the maintenance is carried out once every 12 hours, the liquid medicine, the water washing, the filter element and the like are replaced, but the driving wheel piece cannot be cleaned; after maintenance or before production, 20 light copper plates are put to serve as cylinder dragging plates, and dirt reversely stuck on the driving wheel sheets after maintenance is cleaned, but only 40-50% of dirt can be cleaned, so that the cleaning effect is poor, the cleaning efficiency is low, and the cleaning cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the technical problems of poor cleaning effect and low cleaning efficiency of a cylinder dragging plate in the related art.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a jar plate for cleaning a device to be cleaned, where the jar plate includes a jar plate body, and a surface of the jar plate body facing the device to be cleaned is provided with a cleaning device comprising: at least one first cleaning group, wherein the first cleaning group is arranged along a first direction of the cylinder dragging plate body and comprises at least one first cleaning area; the second cleaning group is arranged along the first direction of the cylinder dragging plate body and comprises at least one second cleaning area; the first cleaning groups and the second cleaning groups are alternately arranged along the second direction of the cylinder dragging plate body, and the first cleaning areas and the second cleaning areas are areas with high and low drop heights so as to adhere dirt on equipment to be cleaned to be taken away; the number of the first cleaning areas is N, the number of the second cleaning areas is N-1, an interval is arranged between every two adjacent first cleaning areas, the second cleaning areas are arranged towards the interval to coincide with the interval, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. Preferred embodiments of the present application will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a cylinder plate provided by the present application is shown. The cylinder dragging plate in the embodiment is applied to horizontal equipment for producing a packaging substrate, the packaging substrate is a circuit board used for protecting a chip and providing a communication interface between the chip and an external circuit, the cylinder dragging plate is used for being placed on a driving wheel piece of the horizontal equipment, the horizontal equipment is started, and the rod dragging plate passes through the driving wheel piece so as to adhere dirt on the driving wheel piece to be taken away. The cylinder dragging plate body is a common CCL copper clad laminate and is made of a middle PP layer and two copper layers. Each first cleaning group 10 includes N first cleaning areas 11, each second cleaning group 20 includes N-1 second cleaning areas 21, and since the first cleaning areas 11 are arranged along the first direction and a space is formed between every two first cleaning areas 11, the second cleaning areas 21 are arranged to coincide with the space, the second cleaning areas 21 can close the space, and the second cleaning areas 21 clean dirt in the space, so that dirt in the space cannot adhere during cylinder dragging, and cleaning effect and cleaning efficiency are further improved. Similarly, the space between every two second cleaning areas 21 is closed by the first cleaning area 11. The first cleaning areas 11 clean dirt in the space between the second cleaning areas 21, and the second cleaning areas 21 clean dirt in the space between the first cleaning areas 11. Specifically, the lengths of the first cleaning area 11 and the second cleaning area 21 in the first direction are 66.25mm, the lengths of the first cleaning area and the second cleaning area in the second direction are 75mm, and the intervals between two adjacent first cleaning areas 11 or two adjacent second cleaning areas 21 are 10mm.
Preferably, with continued reference to fig. 1, the number of the first cleaning group 10 and the second cleaning group 20 is 3, and N is 8. After the inventor has tested many times, 6 groups of cleaning groups, namely 3 groups of first cleaning groups 10 and 3 groups of second cleaning groups 20 are arranged in the second direction, 8 first cleaning areas 11 are arranged in each group of first cleaning groups 10 in the first direction, 8 second cleaning areas 21 are arranged in each group of second cleaning groups 20, and the cleaning effect is optimal.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the first cleaning area 11 includes a plurality of protrusion groups, the protrusion groups include a plurality of protrusions 11a, the protrusions 11a are arranged along the first direction, and a plurality of the protrusion groups are arranged along the second direction. Specifically, the entire first cleaning region 11 is covered with the protrusions 11a, and the distance between two adjacent protrusion groups in the second direction is 20 to 60 μm, which is 40 μm in this embodiment, and the protrusion groups are located at the edges of the first cleaning region. In addition, the height of the protrusion 11a is 30 μm, and the height of the entire cylinder plate body is 70 μm.
In a specific implementation, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the protrusion 11a is a cylinder. The diameter of the cylinder is 40-85 μm, in this example 60 μm. The cylinder is copper beans. The area with high and low drop formed by a plurality of cylinders is a high area when the cylinder is towed, the area between the cylinders is a low area, the high and low drop forms a contact point for adhering dirt, and when the dirt passes through the driving wheel piece, the dirt can be adhered to the gap of the driving wheel piece or directly adhered to the surface of the driving wheel piece, so that the adhering contact area is increased, the adhesive surface area is large, and the adhesive efficiency is high. It will be understood that other shapes of the column are possible, and the column can be specifically set according to practical requirements.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the second cleaning area 21 includes a plurality of protruding strips 21a, the protruding strips 21a extend along the first direction, and the plurality of protruding strips 21a are arranged along the second direction. Specifically, the entire second cleaning area 21 is filled with the raised strips 21a, and the distance between two adjacent raised strips 21a in the second direction is 30 to 70 μm, which is 50 μm in this embodiment. The width of the protruding strip 21a in the second direction is 50-100 μm, in this embodiment 70 μm. In addition, the height of the protruding strip 21a is 30 μm, and the height of the entire cylinder plate body is 70 μm.
In a specific implementation, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the protruding strip 21a has a height along the first direction. The shape of the height fluctuation is various, for example, a zigzag shape or a wavy shape, and the shape may be any shape having a height difference.
Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the height of the present embodiment is a wave shape. The radian of the wave is 45-65 degrees, in this example 50 degrees. The wave-shaped area with high and low drop height is formed, when the cylinder is towed, the top of the wave is a high area, the bottom of the wave is a low area, the high and low drop height forms a contact point for adhering dirt, when the dirt passes through the driving wheel sheet, the dirt can be adhered to the gap of the driving wheel sheet or directly adhered to the surface of the driving wheel sheet, the adhering contact area is increased, the adhesive surface area is large, and the adhesive efficiency is high.
In an embodiment, the first cleaning area 11 may be a protrusion or a protrusion strip 21a, and similarly, the second cleaning area 21 may be a protrusion or a protrusion strip 21a, and the first cleaning area 11 and the second cleaning area 21 may be interchanged or combined with each other.
According to the cylinder plate provided by the embodiment of the application, the first cleaning groups 10 and the second cleaning groups 20 are arranged on the cylinder plate body, the first cleaning groups 10 and the second cleaning groups 20 are arranged along the first direction of the cylinder plate body, the first cleaning groups 10 and the second cleaning groups 20 are alternately arranged along the second direction of the cylinder plate body, each first cleaning group 10 comprises the first cleaning region 11, each second cleaning group 20 comprises the second cleaning region 21, and the first cleaning region 11 and the second cleaning region 21 are regions with high and low fall, so that the special cylinder plate is designed in a layout manner, and dirt on equipment to be cleaned can be adhered and taken away from all directions by utilizing the high and low fall regions of the first cleaning region 11 and the second cleaning region 21 of the whole plate surface during cylinder dragging, thereby improving the cleaning effect and the cleaning efficiency and reducing the cleaning cost.
The embodiment of the application also provides a cleaning method for the use of the cylinder plate, which comprises the steps of providing a plurality of cylinder plates, wherein the cylinder plates are the cylinder plates in the embodiment; placing the jar plate on a driving wheel piece of a horizontal device, wherein the side of the jar plate provided with the first cleaning group 10 and the second cleaning group 20 faces the driving wheel piece; and controlling the horizontal equipment to work, wherein the cylinder dragging plate passes through the driving wheel sheet of the horizontal equipment according to a preset speed. In the embodiment, the number of the cylinder dragging plates is 10, and the preset speed is 0.5-5m/min. It will be understood that other numbers of cylinder plates, other preset speeds, and the like are possible, and those skilled in the art can set the speed according to actual requirements. Compared with the prior art that the light copper plate is used for pulling the jar, the dirt can be cleaned by only 40-50%, and by adopting the method of the embodiment, more than 90% of the dirt on the driving wheel sheet can be removed by using the jar pulling plate after 12 hours of maintenance per shift or before production. At least 20 pieces of light copper plates are needed to be used for the existing towing cylinder, and only 40-50% of dirt can be cleaned, but more than 90% of dirt can be cleaned by using 10 pieces of the application, so that the cleaning cost is reduced.

5. A cylinder plate according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the second cleaning zone comprises a number of raised strips extending in the first direction, the number of raised strips being arranged in the second direction.

and controlling the horizontal equipment to work, wherein the cylinder dragging plate passes through the driving wheel sheet of the horizontal equipment according to a preset speed.
