Technical Field

Background
The spraying method comprises dispersing the spray into uniform and fine mist drops by means of pressure or centrifugal force through a spray gun or a disc atomizer, and applying the mist drops on the surface of a coated object, wherein the spraying method can be divided into air spraying, airless spraying, electrostatic spraying and various derivative modes of the basic spraying modes, such as high-flow low-pressure atomization spraying, thermal spraying, automatic spraying, multi-group spraying and the like.
Although it is more common to separate the interior of car and spray paint, but it has some problems in actual paint spraying process, and current interior separates the paint spraying because being located the car inside, wait the dry time after the paint spraying longer, and smear on its surface after the paint spraying, and is more difficult, and whole operation step is complicated, comparatively waste time, the inefficiency of paint spraying.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a paint spraying apparatus for a partition surface of a vehicle interior.

Preferably, the outer edge part of the horizontal rolling brush extends to the outer side of the dust shield, part of the outer edge of the vertical rolling brush is positioned at the outer side of the U-shaped frame, and when the vertical rolling brush moves to the end far away from the paint spraying nozzle, the part of the outer edge of the vertical rolling brush leaks more than the part of the outer edge of the horizontal rolling brush.
Preferably, the outer edge part of the horizontal rolling brush extends to the outer side of the dust shield, part of the outer edge of the vertical rolling brush is positioned at the outer side of the U-shaped frame, and when the vertical rolling brush moves to the end far away from the paint spraying nozzle, the part of the outer edge of the vertical rolling brush leaks more than the part of the outer edge of the horizontal rolling brush.
Preferably, a positioning press pin for positioning the position of the rotary drum is arranged between the paint spraying nozzle and the rotary drum, and a plurality of air blowing openings are uniformly formed in the outlet end of the paint spraying nozzle.
Preferably, the stirring mechanism comprises a motor, a rotating rod and a spiral stirring rod, wherein the motor is fixed on the outer side of the box cover, an output shaft of the motor extends to the inner side of the box cover and is fixedly connected with the rotating rod, two ends of the spiral stirring rod are fixedly connected with the rotating rod, and the spiral center of the spiral stirring rod is coaxial with the center of the rotating rod.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a paint spraying device for the inner partition surface of a vehicle, which has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, through mutual cooperation among parts, the paint spraying, trowelling and hot air drying are integrally carried out, so that the paint spraying efficiency of the paint spraying device is greatly improved, the paint air drying efficiency is accelerated, and the production period is shortened;
2. the invention can comprehensively trowelling the surface of the inner partition, has strong adjustability, ensures the beauty of the inner partition, has simple adjustment mode and is convenient to operate;
3. the invention has lower requirements on the use environment, does not need to be carried out in a special paint spray booth, and effectively isolates the interference of dust during paint spraying, thereby improving the quality of paint spraying, effectively preventing the paint in the device from condensing, and ensuring the continuous spraying of the paint.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a paint spraying device for a vehicle interior partition surface is provided, in order to combine operations such as paint spraying, trowelling, air drying and the like into a whole, so that the whole operation is more convenient, a hot air box 1 and a handheld paint spraying structure are arranged, which comprises a paint spraying gun 2 and a paint spraying box 3, a ventilation pipe 24 is connected between the hot air box 1 and the paint spraying gun 2, a paint spraying nozzle 22 is arranged at the outlet end of the paint spraying gun 2, a switch 21 for controlling the paint spraying nozzle 22 is arranged at the bottom side of the paint spraying gun 2, a sealing connecting pipe 32 is fixed at the bottom end of the paint spraying box 3 and communicated with the paint spraying nozzle 22 of the paint spraying gun 2, a rotary drum 23 is rotatably connected at the outer side of the paint spraying nozzle 22, the inner partition surface is cleaned before and after painting, the paint spraying quality is further ensured, a dust blocking cover 231 is fixedly communicated at the rotary drum 23, a synchronous paint coating mechanism is arranged inside the dust blocking cover 231, a box cover 31 is rotatably connected at the top end of the paint spraying box 3, a stirring mechanism for preventing paint liquid from condensing is connected at the top end of the paint spraying box 31 in a penetrating manner, a plurality of positioning pins 221 are arranged at the positions of the rotary drum 23, and a plurality of air outlets 221 are uniformly arranged between the paint spraying nozzle 22 and the rotary drum 23.
In this embodiment, when in use, firstly, the box cover 31 is opened, the configured liquid paint is poured into the paint spraying box 3, the position of the synchronous coating and homogenizing mechanism is adjusted by adjusting the position relation between the rotary drum 23 and the paint spraying nozzle 22, after the switch 21 is pressed, the liquid paint is atomized by the paint spraying gun 2 and sprayed out from the air blowing port 222 of the paint spraying nozzle 22, at the moment, the synchronous coating and homogenizing mechanism smoothes the inner partition before and after paint spraying, so that the paint spraying is more uniform, and the hot air generated in the hot air box 1 is used for carrying out quick hot air drying on the sprayed paint through the ventilation pipe 24 while paint spraying, so that the overall paint spraying efficiency is improved, and the dust blocking cover 231 effectively prevents the influence of dust on paint spraying.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, preferably, in order to facilitate cleaning of the partition surface before painting and to uniformly paint after painting, the synchronous painting mechanism is provided and includes a horizontal rolling brush 2311, a U-shaped frame 2312, a vertical rolling brush 2313 and a locking piece 2314, the horizontal rolling brush 2311 is provided with two horizontal segments and is parallel distributed on the dust shield 231, and two ends thereof are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the dust shield 231, the U-shaped frame 2312 is provided between the two horizontal rolling brushes 2311 and is slidably connected with the vertical side wall of the dust shield 231, the vertical rolling brush 2313 is rotatably connected inside the dust shield 231, the locking piece 2314 is connected outside the dust shield 231 and is fixedly connected with the U-shaped frame 2312, the position of the vertical rolling brush 2313 is fixed by the locking piece 2314, the horizontal rolling brush 2311 and the vertical rolling brush 2313 are not affected by each other for facilitating the synchronous painting, in order to increase the adjustability and convenience of the synchronous painting mechanism, the U-shaped frame 2312 is provided between the two horizontal rolling brushes 2311 and the vertical rolling brush 2312, and the vertical rolling brush 2313 is connected with the vertical rolling brush 2313 by sliding along the vertical side wall, the vertical rolling brush 2312 is connected with the vertical rolling brush 2312, the vertical rolling brush 2312 is fixedly connected to the vertical rolling brush 2312 at the vertical rolling brush 2312, and the vertical rolling brush 2313 is fixed at the vertical rolling brush 2312.
In this embodiment, when the horizontal rolling brush 2311 is used, paint is directly sprayed according to the rolling direction of the horizontal rolling brush 2311, and when the vertical rolling brush 2313 is required to be used, the U-shaped frame 2312 is moved to drive the vertical rolling brush 2313 to move to the end far away from the paint spraying nozzle 22, and the locking block 2314 is used for fixing, so that the horizontal rolling brush 2311 is not contacted with the inner partition surface, and then paint is sprayed according to the rolling direction of the vertical rolling brush 2313.
Example III
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, in order to prevent the liquid paint from leaking and condensing, there is provided a stirring mechanism comprising a motor 311, a rotating rod 312 and a screw stirring rod 313, wherein the motor 311 is fixed to the outside of the tank cover 31, and the output shaft thereof extends to the inside of the tank cover 31 and is fixedly connected to the rotating rod 312, and in order to allow the liquid paint to be stably output into spray, both ends of the screw stirring rod 313 are fixedly connected to the rotating rod 312, and the screw center thereof is coaxial with the center of the rotating rod 312.
In this embodiment, when in use, the motor 311 rotates to drive the rotating rod 312 to rotate synchronously, thereby driving the spiral stirring rod 313 to rotate, and stirring the liquid paint in the paint spraying box 3 continuously to prevent the liquid paint from condensing into blocks.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, preferably, in order to accelerate the efficiency of spray-painting and air-drying, a plurality of parallel ventilation support plates 11 are fixedly connected in the hot air box 1, the top side of the lowest ventilation support plate 11 is fixedly connected with a vertically arranged motor 12, and the output shaft of the motor 12 penetrates through the ventilation support plate 11 and is connected with a fan 13, the top side of the fan 13 is provided with a shielding cover 14 fixedly connected with the inner wall of the hot air box 1, and the shielding cover 14 is provided with a heat-passing mechanism, so that the hot air can be rapidly supplied for effective dredging, wherein the heat-passing mechanism comprises a heating tube 141, a connecting tube 142 and a power supply arranged in the hot air box 1, two ends of the heating tube 141 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the shielding cover 14, and are electrically connected with the power supply, and the connecting tube 142 is communicated between the shielding cover 14 and the ventilation tube 24.
In this embodiment, when in use, the heating tube 141 is electrified to generate heat, and drives the fan 13 to rotate through the operation of the motor 12, so as to accelerate circulation of hot air, wherein the shielding cover 14 restrains the hot air, and an outlet point of the connecting tube 142 is reserved, so that the hot air can more efficiently flow out from the connecting tube 142 into the ventilation tube 24, and finally is blown out from the blowing opening 222, thereby carrying out rapid hot air drying on paint, and improving the paint spraying efficiency.
Example five
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1, and preferably, a plurality of universal wheels 15 are fixedly connected to the bottom end of the hot air box 1 uniformly.
In this embodiment, the universal wheel 15 facilitates the movement of the device during use, and the mobility and flexibility of the device are improved.
