According to the invention, the automatic adjusting time T1 and the space capacity time T3 are obtained by combining the liquid medicine pool capacity, the flow rate of a dosing machine and a water purification machine per minute, the concentration value of a raw liquid of the dosing machine and a water purification machine, and the position number and the process name of the target range information according to the early warning and warning range information and the target range information, and the power of a burner, before the stop line warning condition is triggered, three time defense lines of the automatic adjusting time T1, the abnormal processing time T2 and the space capacity time T3 are set to adjust the field process parameters to reach the target range value so as to prevent the metal plate spray line from stopping, so that the production quality is ensured, and the production efficiency is improved.
In the steps of the invention, except for exception handling T2 and space capacity time T3, line following personnel are required to intervene exception handling, and other steps are all intelligently regulated by a machine to on-site process parameters, so that the automation degree is high.

the collecting subsystem is connected with an MES server through an MES network interface, and is also connected with a code reader, a workpiece counter and a detection sensor, wherein the detection sensor is used for collecting field process parameters in real time;
the display subsystem is connected with a display and/or a sound box;
the alarm subsystem is provided with sound and light alarm equipment, and the sound and light alarm equipment is connected with the display subsystem and presents alarm information from a display and/or a sound box;
the control subsystem is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) stop line control module which drives the transmission chain to operate; the control subsystem controls the medicine adding or water adding of the medicine liquid pool, controls the temperature of the baking oven, and controls the medicine liquid or water in the medicine liquid pool to be sprayed onto the workpiece through the spray head; the control subsystem is also connected with a power module and a clock module;

judging whether the field process parameters reach the target range value of the adjustment target range information within the range of the automatic adjustment time T1, if so, finishing adjusting the field process parameters in advance; if the number of the current time interval is not greater than the preset threshold value,

and (3) continuing to perform exception processing within the space capacity time T3 by the line following personnel, finishing adjusting the field process parameters within the space capacity time T3 if the process parameters reach the target range value of the adjustment target range information, otherwise, sending a line stopping instruction to the PLC line stopping control module by the control subsystem, stopping the operation of the transmission chain, and displaying stop alarm information on a display and/or a sound of the display subsystem by the main control system.
