At present, many manufacturers adopt a multilayer rotary flat screen to screen and grade mixed powder rolled from a mill, but the defects of small screen flow, large dust, low efficiency and the like exist, and a multilayer self screen is needed for grading; some manufacturers may use a cylindrical classifying screen in a bedroom, but the filtering screen has low filtering efficiency, is not fine in filtering, often needs secondary filtering or cleaning, is easy to block the filtering screen, causes low filtering efficiency, and may cause equipment damage if the filtering screen is blocked for a long time.
There is a need for a flour sorting device that addresses this problem.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the multi-stage flour screening device is ingenious in structure and novel in conception, can be used for screening flour in multiple stages, so that the screening efficiency and the product quality are improved, the labor cost is saved, the air blowing cleaning of the filter cartridge is realized, and the influence of the filtering effect caused by the fact that the flour piles block the filter pore volume is avoided.

When the flour filter is used, flour enters the filter cylinder 3 through the feeding hole 2, the filter cylinder 3 is driven by the driving motor 11 to rotate, so that the flour in the filter cylinder 3 flies out through the first filter holes 4 or the second filter holes 5 under the action of centrifugal force, the flour with different particle sizes is filtered out and falls into the first collecting box 17 or the second collecting box 18 respectively for collection.
When the first filtering hole 4 or the second filtering hole 5 is blocked, the control cylinder 14 drives the air cylinder 8 to move in the filter cylinder 3, high-pressure air sprayed out through the nozzle 9 flows to the first filtering hole 4 and the second filtering hole 5, so that the first filtering hole 4 and the second filtering hole 5 are cleaned, and after the cleaning is finished, the air cylinder 8 moves to the rightmost end, so that the left end of the air cylinder 8 blocks the through hole 7 to perform screening work.
