The defoaming purpose of a physical type is realized by using a mechanical structure, so that the blending operation of the fracturing fluid is not influenced by the problem of bubbles, a chemical defoaming agent is not required to be added, the chemical addition characteristic of the fracturing fluid is not influenced, the pollution of the defoaming agent to the underground environment is eliminated, and the blending operation with more environmental protection and high efficiency is realized;
the defoaming device is provided with two modes of electric driving and hydraulic driving, can be continuously used for a long time, does not influence the service life of equipment during idling, has adjustable rotating speed, can improve defoaming capability when operated at high rotating speed, can meet the large-discharge mixing operation process, and solves the problem of defoaming in the industry;
the defoaming device can be matched with movable fracturing fluid mixing equipment which can be used in a mixing mode on site for operation, and can also be used in fixed environments such as stations and factories for mixing the fracturing fluid used in oil fields;
the defoaming device can be combined and configured or can be independently installed, can be randomly configured according to different oil field fracturing fluid mixing equipment, is simple to install, and can be installed on new equipment or old equipment in a modified mode.

Claims (14)

1. A foam reducing apparatus comprising a body (10), the body (10) comprising:
a dispersion chamber (1) including an opening (101);
a scattering device (2) which is assembled in the dispersion chamber (1), and the scattering device (2) faces the opening part;
the air guide sleeve (4) is provided with an air guide channel (401) in the air guide sleeve (4), and the air guide channel (401) is communicated with the dispersion cavity (1) through the opening part (101).
2. The defoaming apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the breaker (2) comprises an impeller (201) and a power mechanism (3), the impeller (201) being rotatably mounted to the power mechanism (3);
the dispersion cavity (1) comprises a wall body (102), a wall breaking area (103) is arranged between the wall body (102) and the periphery of the impeller (201), and the wall breaking area (103) is communicated with the flow guide channel (401).
3. A defoaming apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that said wall (102) is a cylindrical shell structure, said wall (102) is arranged coaxially with said impeller (201), said wall (102) has a larger diameter than said impeller (201), and said wall breaking zone (103) comprises a cavity between said wall (102) and the periphery of said impeller (201).

The defoaming apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the air guide sleeve (4) comprises a first air guide wall (402) and a second air guide wall (403), the first air guide wall (402) is provided with a first air guide end (421) and a second air guide end (422), and the second air guide wall (403) is provided with a third air guide end (431) and a fourth air guide end (432);
the flow guide channel (401) comprises a liquid inlet (406) and a liquid outlet (405), the liquid inlet (406) is communicated with the opening portion, the flow guide channel (401) is formed between the first flow guide wall (402) and the second flow guide wall (403), the liquid inlet (406) is formed between the first flow guide end (421) and the third flow guide end, and the liquid outlet (405) is formed between the second flow guide end (422) and the fourth flow guide end (432).
5. The bubble removing device as recited in claim 4, wherein the air guide sleeve further comprises a support portion (404), one end of the support portion (404) is mounted to the first guide wall (402), and the other end is mounted to the second guide wall (403).
6. The bubble removing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the main body (10) comprises a housing cover (5), the housing cover (5) comprises a first connection port (501) and a second connection port (502), the first connection port (501) communicates with the opening portion (101), the second connection port (502) faces a bubble area, and a cross-sectional area of the housing cover (5) is gradually reduced from the second connection port (502) to the first connection port (501).
7. A foam breaker arrangement according to claim 1 wherein the flow guide channel (401) comprises an outlet (405), the outlet (405) being arranged on the circumferential side of the flow guide housing (4), the outlet (405) being for outflow of liquid.
8. A defoaming system for fracturing fluid, comprising the defoaming device of any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. The fracturing fluid defoaming system of claim 8, comprising a mixing vessel (20), wherein the mixing vessel (20) comprises a plurality of partitions (21), and a compartment (6) is arranged between the partitions (21);
comprises a plurality of flow-through holes (7), wherein the flow-through holes (7) are arranged on the partition board between the adjacent separation cavities (6);
at least one of the defoaming devices is disposed upstream of one of the flow-through ports (7).
10. The fracturing fluid defoaming system of claim 9, comprising at least one agitator (8) and at least one bubble trap (9), wherein the agitator (8) is rotatably mounted in the compartment (6), and the bubble trap (9) is disposed in the flow-through port (7).
11. The fracturing fluid defoaming system of claim 10, wherein the bubble trap (9) comprises a frame (901), a bubble trap net (902) and a turnover plate (903), wherein the bubble trap net (902) is assembled on the turnover plate (903), a shaft element (904) is arranged between the turnover plate (903) and the frame (901), and the turnover plate (903) is rotatably assembled on the frame (901) through the shaft element (904).
12. The fracturing fluid defoaming system of claim 11, wherein the bubble trapping net (902) comprises a plurality of layers of steel wire mesh.
13. The fracturing fluid defoaming system of claim 11, wherein said agitator (8) comprises:
the rotating mechanism (801) comprises a rotating shaft and a driving piece, wherein the rotating shaft is rotatably assembled on the driving piece;
the stirring blades (802) comprise a plurality of stirring blades (802), and the plurality of stirring blades (802) are arranged on the peripheral side of the rotating shaft at intervals along the circumferential direction;
defoaming oar (803), including a plurality of knee levers, it is a plurality of the knee lever along the circumference interval set up in week side of pivot.
14. The fracturing fluid defoaming system of claim 13, wherein said curved bar has a serpentine configuration.
