The present invention will be described in further detail below by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Examples are given.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the physical rehabilitation device of the inclined vibration physiotherapy couch with multiple airbags of the present embodiment includes a multi-section airbag L, an electric heating device Z, a movable couch body 8, a couch body main structure 9 and a hose 19, wherein the movable couch body 8 is movably connected with the couch body main structure 9, the multi-section airbag L is connected with an electromagnetic valve set 12 through the hose 19, the electric heating device Z is disposed in the multi-section airbag L, and the electric heating device Z is controlled by a microcomputer electronic control system 14 to generate corresponding heating work.
In the embodiment, an electromagnetic valve set 12, an air pump 13, a microcomputer electronic control system 14, a movable caster 15, a power supply 16, a liquid crystal display controller 17, a pressure sensor 18 and the like are arranged in a bed body main structure 9, the movable caster 15 is arranged at the bottom of the bed body main structure 9, the pressure sensor 18 is connected with the microcomputer electronic control system 14, the electromagnetic valve set 12 and the air pump 13 are controlled by the microcomputer electronic control system 14, the power supply 16 is communicated with the microcomputer electronic control system 14, and the liquid crystal display controller 17 is matched with the microcomputer electronic control system 14.
As shown in fig. 1, the multi-section air bag 1 in this embodiment generates a corresponding cycle operation mode under the control of the microcomputer electronic control system 14 under the inflation and deflation actions of the air pump 13 and the solenoid valve set 12, so as to further achieve the therapeutic action corresponding to the air wave pressure of the human body.
The electric heating device 2 in the multi-section air bag 1 of the embodiment generates corresponding heating work under the control of the microcomputer electronic control system 14 so as to further achieve the effect of thermal therapy corresponding to the part of the human body.
The multi-section air bag II 4 in the embodiment generates corresponding air bag circulation supporting function of the waist under the control of the microcomputer electronic control system 14 under the inflating and deflating functions of the air pump 13 and the electromagnetic valve group 12, and the air bag generates controllable radian support under the condition that air pressure acts on the waist of a patient, so that the joints of the spine, the lumbar and the like obtain the functions of curvature bending and stretching movement.
The second electric heating device 5 in the multi-section air bag 4 of the embodiment generates corresponding heating work under the control of the microcomputer electronic control system 14, so as to further achieve the effect of thermal therapy corresponding to the part of the human body.
The multi-section air bag three 6 in the embodiment generates corresponding air bag circulation supporting function of the cervical vertebra under the control of the microcomputer electronic control system 14 under the inflating and deflating action of the air pump 13 and the electromagnetic valve group 12, and the air bag generates controllable radian support under the condition that air pressure acts on the cervical vertebra of a patient, so that the cervical vertebra joint obtains the functions of curvature bending and stretching movement.
The electric heating device III 7 in the multi-section air bag III 6 of the embodiment generates corresponding heating work under the control of the microcomputer electronic control system 14 so as to further achieve the effect of thermal therapy corresponding to the part of the human body.
As shown in fig. 2, the multi-section airbag 1 in this embodiment may be composed of multi-section airbags (not limited to 4 sections) such as an airbag a, an airbag B, an airbag C, and an airbag D, and is connected to the solenoid valve 12 through a hose 19, and generates a fluctuating air pressure wave under the cyclic control of the solenoid valve 12 and the pressure sensor 18, and the fluctuating air pressure wave acts on the legs of the human body.
As shown in fig. 3, the multi-section airbag two 4 in this embodiment may be composed of multi-section airbags (not limited to 3 sections) such as an airbag E, an airbag F, and an airbag G, and is connected to the solenoid valve set 12 through a hose 19, and under the control of the solenoid valve set 12, the number of the airbag operation sections may be controlled between 1 and 3, so that the radian support height of the waist portion is controllable, and meanwhile, through the action of the pressure sensor 18, the operation pressure of the air pump 13 may be controlled, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the radian support force.
As shown in fig. 4, the multi-section airbag three 6 in this embodiment may be composed of multi-section airbags (not limited to 2 sections) such as an airbag H and an airbag I, and is connected to the solenoid valve set 12 through a hose 19, and under the control of the solenoid valve set 12, the number of the airbag operation sections may be controlled between 1 and 2, so that the radian support height of the cervical vertebra portion is controllable, and meanwhile, the operation pressure of the air pump 13 may be controlled through the action of the pressure sensor 18, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the cervical vertebra radian support force.
As shown in fig. 1, the movable bed 8 in this embodiment can form an inclined angle with the bed body structure 9 under the action of the electric putter motor 11.
The lumbar vibration suspension support 10 in this embodiment is comprised of a series of spring structured supports. Under the action of the vibration motor 11, a vibration motion will be generated.
As shown in fig. 5, the signal of the pressure sensor 18 in the present embodiment is transmitted to the microcomputer electronic control system 14 for processing; the electromagnetic valve group 12, the air pump 13, the first electric heating device 2, the second electric heating device 5, the third electric heating device 7 and the like are controlled by a microcomputer electronic control system 14; the liquid crystal display controller 17 establishes a display with the microcomputer electronic control system 14 and transmits a signal and data relationship.
The movable bed body 8 with the tilting function is used as a main supporting structure in the embodiment.
The waist vibration suspension support 10 in this embodiment makes the local weight of the human body in a soft support state, and under the action of a group of electric push rod motors 11, the vibration with frequency is generated, and the vibration wave is transmitted to the joints of the spine of the human body, and the joints of the spine of the human body are further loosened by combining the inclined state of the human body.
