Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
An oil filter control method of a cooking appliance, an oil filter control apparatus of a cooking appliance, an electronic apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the separating apparatus 1 of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention is used to separate liquids of different densities.
The separation device 1 is provided with a liquid storage cavity 100 and a liquid passing channel 200, the liquid passing channel 200 is provided with a first liquid passing part 210 and a second liquid passing part 220 which are communicated with each other, the liquid passing channel 200 is communicated with the liquid storage cavity 100 through the first liquid passing part 210, and the height of the first liquid passing part 210 is lower than that of the second liquid passing part 220.
It should be understood that the first liquid passing portion 210 may be a liquid passing port for allowing liquid to pass through, and the second liquid passing portion 220 may be a liquid passing port or a sidewall upper edge for allowing liquid to flow out of the separation device 1.
The operation of the separating apparatus 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When the separation device 1 works, firstly, mixed liquid of two kinds of liquid with different densities enters the liquid storage cavity 100, the mixed liquid is layered in the liquid storage cavity 100, the liquid with low density floats upwards, and the liquid with high density sinks. Then, the liquid with the lower layer with high density flows into the liquid passing channel 200 from the first liquid passing part 210, reaches the height of the second liquid passing part 220 of the boss 230, and then flows out from the second liquid passing part 220. Therefore, the remaining liquid with a small density below the height of the second liquid passing port 220 remains in the liquid storage chamber 100, and the liquid with a large density flows out, thereby realizing separation of the two liquids.
According to the separation device of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the liquid storage cavity 100 and the liquid passing channel 200, the mixed liquid of liquids with different densities can be separated, for example, oil and water in broth can be separated in the cooking process. This allows the separation of a specific component from the mixed liquid, and realizes the separation effect of the separator 1.
For example, in the cooking process, if the oil and water in the broth are separated by the separation device 1, the taste of the broth can be improved, and the low-fat healthy diet requirement can be met, so that the diet health of the user can be improved conveniently. Simultaneously, compare the mode of grease in the manual processing bouillon, not only can reduce user's work load, save user's time and energy, improve oil-water separation's efficiency, be convenient for improve oil-water separation's effect moreover.
Moreover, the height of the first liquid passing part 210 is lower than that of the second liquid passing part 220, so that a certain amount of mixed liquid can be reserved in the liquid storage cavity 100, different components in the mixed liquid can be layered conveniently, the separation effect of the mixed liquid is improved, and the liquid with high density can flow out after passing through the liquid channel 200 from the first liquid passing part 210.
For example, when the broth is treated by the separation device 1, after the broth enters the liquid storage container 500, moisture in the broth flows out from the second liquid passing portion 220 after passing through the liquid channel 200 through the first liquid passing portion 210, and most of the oil or oil-water mixture with most of the oil in the broth with lower density is retained in the liquid storage cavity 100 below the second liquid passing port 220, so as to achieve the oil removal operation on the broth.
Therefore, the separation device 1 according to the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of convenience in use, good separation effect and the like.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an oil filter control method of a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance may be an induction cooker, a stew pan, an electric cooker, or the like. The oil filtering control method can be applied to cooking appliances.
As shown in fig. 5, the method for controlling the oil filter of the cooking appliance according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of:
and S1, controlling the cooking appliance to cook to a preset cooking state according to the cooking curve. The preset cooking state may be a preset cooking time when entering the oil filtering stage, a preset pressure when entering the oil filtering stage, a preset temperature when entering the oil filtering stage, or the like.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, assuming that the whole cooking market is 45min, when the cooking time is 20min, an oil filtering program is executed, the oil filtering program enters a flavoring stage after 25min, the flavoring stage enters a pressure relief stage after 10min, and the cooking is completed after 10min of pressure relief.
And S2, controlling the cooking appliance to enter an oil filtering stage.
S3, controlling a pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking utensil to open intermittently, and separating grease in cooking liquor in the cooking cavity; the cooking utensil is characterized in that the cooking juice is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, grease in the cooking juice floats upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking utensil, the boiling is stopped in the closing process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, and the cooking juice sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity.
Specifically, the cooking process of the cooking appliance generally includes a plurality of stages, for example, a normal cooking stage, an oil filtering stage, a fat oxidation aroma-increasing stage, a pressure-decreasing stage, and the like, where the order of the oil filtering stage, the fat oxidation aroma-increasing stage, and the pressure-decreasing stage is not limited, and the aroma-increasing stage needs to execute an oil filtering procedure at the oil filtering stage after the oil filtering stage, execute an aroma-increasing procedure at the fat oxidation aroma-increasing stage, and execute a pressure-decreasing procedure at the pressure-decreasing stage. The oil filtering stage can be the stage of entering oil filtering after the normal cooking stage is finished, or can be the stage of synchronously executing oil filtering in the pressure reduction stage after the normal cooking stage is finished, or the stage of executing oil filtering again after the pressure reduction is finished, or filtering oil in the cooking process (the later stage of the pressure maintaining stage). After the oil filtration is finished, the cooking utensil is fed into an aroma-increasing stage, in which oxygen is injected into the cooking utensil, so that the oxygen can be oxidized with fat in the oil contained in a separation device in the cooking utensil or cracked under the influence of temperature, and the oil can be decomposed into small molecules, such as aldehyde, acid, hydrocarbon and the like, wherein the small molecules are main components forming flavor substances, and therefore, the flavor of the soup is enriched.
After the normal cooking stage is finished, the air can be exhausted or not exhausted, or the air is exhausted for a preset time first and then is stopped for the preset time, or the air is not exhausted for the preset time continuously and then is exhausted for the preset time, or the air is exhausted and is not exhausted alternately.
For example: assuming that the preset cooking state is limited by time, as shown in fig. 6, when the cooking appliance is finished to the preset cooking state according to the cooking curve, if after the normal cooking stage (the first stage) is finished (after 20 min), the cooking pressure is in a higher state, an oil filtering stage (the second stage) is performed, oil and fat in food materials are analyzed, the cooking liquor is boiled discontinuously by controlling the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to be opened intermittently, the cooking liquor is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, the oil and fat in the cooking liquor float upwards to enter a separating device in the cooking appliance, the oil and fat continuously flow into the separating device in the process, the oil and fat are intercepted by the separating device, and after a period of time, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is closed, the cooking liquor stops boiling, and sinks and flows back to the cooking cavity. After the soup liquid level is static, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, and the operation is repeated, so that the purpose of filtering oil is achieved. It can be understood that when the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is opened, the heating unit is in a heating state, and when the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is closed, the heating unit stops heating, so that the cooking appliance can filter oil as much as possible in a pressure maintaining stage.
After the oil filtering process is finished, entering a flavoring stage (third stage), wherein the enriched fat is mainly utilized, and the fat can be subjected to oxidation reaction with oxygen under medium-high temperature conditions or thermal cracking under the influence of temperature by injecting oxygen into the cooking utensil (continuously or intermittently). Both of these ways break down the fat into small molecules, e.g., aldehydes, acids, hydrocarbons, etc., which are the major components that make up the flavor material, thereby enriching the soup flavor. In the flavoring stage (the third stage), the pressure relief solenoid valve is in a closed state, so that the grease and the oxygen can fully react. After the aroma-increasing procedure is finished, the pressure-releasing stage is started, and the pressure in the cooking cavity is continuously reduced by controlling the pressure-releasing electromagnetic valve to be opened intermittently. It will be appreciated that the present depressurization scheme may also be used.
It should be noted that, since the oil is already separated into the separation device after the oil filtration stage, the flavoring stage only needs to be performed after the oil filtration stage, for example, the flavoring stage (third stage) may be performed during the fourth stage (pressure reduction stage).
According to one embodiment of the invention, after the oil filtering stage is finished, the cooking appliance is controlled to perform the flavoring stage, and oxygen is injected into the cooking appliance so that the oxygen and fat in the grease contained in the separation device in the cooking appliance are subjected to oxidation reaction.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, injecting oxygen into a cooking appliance includes: and continuously or intermittently injecting oxygen into the cooking utensil, and controlling a pressure relief electromagnetic valve on the cooking utensil to be closed in an aroma adding stage.
In other words, after the oil filtering process is performed, the aroma-increasing process can be performed in a pressure-reducing stage, that is, after the oil filtering is completed, the pressure-releasing electromagnetic valve is controlled to be in a closed state, and meanwhile, oxygen is continuously or intermittently injected into the cooking appliance, so that the oxygen and fat in the grease contained in the separation device in the cooking appliance are subjected to oxidation reaction. And after the flavoring procedure is finished, cooking pressure relief is finished according to a normal pressure relief procedure. It should be noted that when the oxygen is injected into the cooking appliance in an intermittent manner, when the oxygen is injected into the cooking appliance, the electromagnetic valve is in a closed state, and when the oxygen is not injected into the cooking appliance, the electromagnetic valve is in an open state to execute a pressure relief program; or in the flavoring stage, the electromagnetic valve is continuously in a closed state.
The following describes in detail how the separation process of the oil from the cooking cavity is carried out during the oil filtration stage.
Example one: as shown in fig. 7, after the normal cooking stage (the first stage) is completed, a pressure relief stage (the second stage) is executed, the pressure in the cooking cavity is relieved to normal pressure, and then an oil filtration stage (the third stage) is entered, at this time, the oil in the food material is analyzed, the pressure relief solenoid valve is controlled to be opened intermittently, so that the soup is boiled intermittently, the soup is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief solenoid valve, the oil in the soup floats upwards to enter a separation device in the cooking appliance, the oil continuously gushes into the separation device in the process, the oil is intercepted by the separation device, after a period of time, the pressure relief solenoid valve is closed, the soup stops boiling, and sinks and flows back to the cooking cavity. After the soup liquid level is static, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, and the operation is repeated, so that the purpose of filtering oil is achieved.
Example two: as shown in fig. 8, after the normal cooking stage (the first stage) is completed, that is, when the cooking appliance cooks according to the cooking curve to the set time, the cooking appliance enters the pressure relief stage, and in the pressure relief process, an oil filtering program is also executed. For example, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened intermittently, so that soup is boiled intermittently, the soup is in a boiling state in the opening process of the pressure relief electromagnetic valve, grease in the soup floats upwards to enter a separating device in a cooking appliance, the grease continuously gushes into the separating device in the process, the grease is intercepted by the separating device, and after a period of time, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is closed, the soup stops boiling and sinks to flow back to the cooking cavity. After the soup liquid level is static, the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, and the operation is repeated, so that the purpose of filtering oil is achieved.
Wherein, it is required to explain that, present pressure release procedure is that pressure release solenoid valve open time is short, and close time is long, makes exhaust time short, and pressure release solenoid valve open time and close time are the fixed value, and the pressure release solenoid valve open time and the close time of this application are set for according to actual conditions, and exhaust time among the current pressure release procedure of exhaust time comparison is long, pressure release cycle that pressure release solenoid valve intermittent type opened is less than the pressure release cycle when cooking utensil only cooks the pressure release promptly, accelerated exhaust pressure release speed when the oil strain like this, whole culinary art time has been shortened.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the method for controlling the intermittent opening of the pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking appliance comprises the following steps: and alternately sending an opening instruction for indicating that the pressure relief solenoid valve is kept in an opening state for a first duration and a closing instruction for indicating that the pressure relief solenoid valve is kept in a closing state for a second duration to the pressure relief solenoid valve. The first duration and the second duration may be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the first duration and the second duration may be determined according to the total time of the oil filtering program, and the first duration and the second duration may be equal to or unequal to each other.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the oil filtration control method further includes: and controlling a heating unit in the cooking appliance to heat when the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is in an open state, and stopping heating when the pressure relief electromagnetic valve is in a closed state.
That is, the start and stop of heating of the heating unit are controlled by alternately sending an opening command and a closing command to the pressure relief solenoid valve. When sending the opening instruction, the pressure release solenoid valve keeps the open state and lasts for first duration, heating element in the control cooking utensil begins to heat, so that the soup is in the boiling state, in the grease come-up among the soup gets into the separator among the cooking utensil, this in-process grease constantly gushes into separator, intercept the grease through this separator, after first duration, control relief valve keeps the closed state and lasts for the second duration, heating element in the control cooking utensil stops the heating, so that the soup stops the boiling, and sink the backward flow to the cooking intracavity. And circulating the steps, controlling the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to be kept open for a first time length, and then controlling the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to be kept closed for a second time length until the accumulated opening time length and the accumulated closing time length reach the set time length.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the method for controlling the intermittent opening of the pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking appliance comprises the following steps: and controlling a heating unit in the cooking appliance to perform intermittent heating, so that the pressure relief solenoid valve is jacked up in the heating process of the heating unit and is closed when the heating unit stops heating.
Specifically, the pressure relief solenoid valve may be intermittently opened by adjusting the heating power, or may be intermittently opened by adjusting the power adjustment ratio under the condition that the heating power is not changed.
Example one: the pressure relief solenoid valve can be intermittently opened by increasing the heating power and stopping heating, for example, the heating power is increased to jack up the pressure relief solenoid valve, exhaust is performed, the soup is boiled, the grease continuously floats upwards, the heating is stopped after a period of time, and the pressure relief solenoid valve is closed, so that the bottom of the oil filter is communicated with the soup, the soup continuously flows back into the cooking cavity, the power is continuously increased after the liquid level of the soup is kept still, and the operation is repeated, so that the purpose of filtering oil is achieved, as shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, after the cooking appliance completes cooking (including pressure relief to normal pressure), the cooking appliance is controlled to perform an oil filtering procedure with gradually increasing heating power, for example, from 300W to 2200W in a stepwise manner, i.e., the heating unit is heated once and the power value is increased once. The total time of the oil filtering program is 3-30min, the specific time duration can be limited according to the cooking recipe, and the heating time and the heating stopping time are set according to the total time, namely the total heating time plus the total heating stopping time is the total time. For example, when the total time is 5min, the single heating time is 4s, the single heating stop time is 6s, the total heating time is 2min, and the total heating stop time can be 3 min; or the single heating time is 6s, the single heating stopping time is 9s, the total heating time is 1.5min, and the total heating stopping time is 3.5 min; or the single heating time is 6s, the single heating stop time is 4s, the total heating time is 3min, and the total heating stop time is 2 min.
Example two: adjusting power and heating with fixed heating power, and opening a pressure relief electromagnetic valve after heating is started; when heating was stopped, the pressure relief solenoid valve was closed as shown in table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from table 2, after the cooking appliance finishes cooking (including pressure relief to normal pressure), the cooking appliance is controlled to perform an oil filtering procedure with a fixed heating power (e.g. 1200W), wherein the pressure relief solenoid valve is controlled to open or close (i.e. the solenoid valve has a fixed opening/closing time) according to a certain power adjustment ratio at a certain time period to control the heating unit, wherein the power adjustment ratio may be 4/16 to 12/16, and the total time is 3 to 30 min. For example, the power adjusting period is 16s, the power adjusting ratio is 6/16, namely within 16 seconds, the heating unit is controlled to heat according to the power of 1200W within 6 seconds, and the heating is stopped within 12 seconds.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the controlling the pressure relief solenoid valve on the cooking appliance to open intermittently comprises: controlling a heating unit in the cooking appliance to continuously heat; detecting the pressure in the cooking cavity, and controlling the pressure relief solenoid valve to be opened if the pressure in the cooking cavity is greater than or equal to a preset pressure; and recognizing that the pressure in the cooking cavity is smaller than the preset pressure, controlling the pressure relief solenoid valve to be closed. The preset pressure can be calibrated according to actual conditions, for example, the preset pressure can be the pressure of the pressure relief solenoid valve which can be jacked up.
Particularly, after cooking utensil accomplished the culinary art (accomplish to the ordinary pressure including the pressure release), heating unit in the control cooking utensil is with certain power continuous heating, and the pressure in the real-time detection culinary art intracavity, pressure when the culinary art intracavity reaches preset pressure (pressure release solenoid valve can be by the pressure of jack-up), pressure release solenoid valve is by the jack-up this moment, make the hot water juice in the culinary art intracavity constantly roll, the grease constantly floats up to the separator in the cooking utensil in, when pressure in the culinary art intracavity reduces to preset pressure below, pressure release solenoid valve falls (closed), hot water juice stops the boiling, and sink the backward flow to the culinary art intracavity, so relapse, can reach the mesh of oil strain, as shown in table 3.
TABLE 3
As can be seen from Table 3, the set pressure of the oil filtering program can be a pressure value in the range of 10-30kPa, and can be determined according to the model of the pressure relief solenoid valve.
In conclusion, after cooking is finished, the oil in the food materials is analyzed, the soup is boiled discontinuously by adjusting the power and the heating time, the oil continuously flows into the separating device in the process, and the oil is intercepted by the separating device, so that the oil filtering effect is achieved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, after controlling the cooking appliance to perform a flavoring stage and injecting oxygen into the cooking appliance, the method further includes: and controlling the cooking appliance to enter a cooking pressure relief stage, and opening the pressure relief electromagnetic valve to perform cooking pressure relief.
Namely, after the oil filtering process is finished, the cooking appliance enters an aroma enhancement stage, and enters a pressure relief stage after the aroma enhancement is finished, so that the cooking pressure relief is finished.
