Specifically, referring to fig. 10, the front pull beam 5 includes a front pull beam section 51 and a fixing lug 52, the rear end surface of the front pull beam section 51 includes a first chute 511, the fixing lug 52 includes a base portion and an ear portion, and the base portion is slidably connected in the first chute 511 and is fixedly connected with the front pull beam section 51 by a screw; the fixing lug 52 comprises a through hole, and a screw penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the left side plate 1 or the right side plate 2.
Unlike the fixing mode of the rear pull beam 4, the front pull beam 5 is installed from inside to outside when being installed with the left side plate 1. I.e. the screws pass through the fixing lugs 52 from the inside before being tightly connected with the frame profile 300 in the left side plate 1.
The base plate 3, the rear pull beam 4 and the front pull beam 5 are mounted and fixed substantially simultaneously when the cabinet is mounted. After the left side plate 1, the right side plate 2, the bottom plate 3, the rear pull beam 4 and the front pull beam 5 are fixed together, the whole frame of the cabinet is basically molded. The door panel 6 and the sealing plate 7 are then installed.
In some embodiments, to enhance the tightness of the cabinet, a top cover 8 is added to the top of the cabinet, and then a counter top is mounted on top cover 8. In this embodiment, the top cover 8 is formed by bending an upper top plate 800, the upper top plate 800 includes an upper surface 810, a limiting surface 820 bent upwards is provided around the upper surface, an outwardly bent overlap surface 830 is provided at the upper end of the limiting surface 820, the overlap surface 830 is parallel to the upper surface, and the overlap surface 830 is bonded to the upper ends of the rear pull beam 4, the front pull beam 5, the left side plate 1 and the right side plate 2.
In some embodiments, both sides of the cabinet are not necessarily wall-mounted, and when one side of the cabinet is exposed, it is desirable to cover the exposed left or right side panel with a visible light panel (not shown). Specifically, the rear side of left side board or right side board is equipped with the calabash hole, the front side is equipped with the through-hole, the rear side of visible light board is equipped with the staple, the staple with the calabash hole is connected. When the visible light plate is required to be installed, the clamp nail at the rear side of the visible light plate is clamped into the hoist hole, then the screw hole in the visible light plate is aligned with the through hole, and finally the screw passes through the through hole and is in threaded connection with the screw hole in the visible light plate. By adopting the mode, the installation convenience of the visible light plate can be improved.
In some embodiments, the filler profile in the bottom plate may also be replaced with a frame profile in order to increase the overall strength of the bottom plate. The frame profile has a strength which is comparatively greater than the strength of the filler profile.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, it may be desirable to add laminates to the cabinet. The laminate can also be manufactured by adopting the stainless steel plate. The connection between the laminate and the left and right side plates is then fully referenced to the mounting structure between the left and right side plates and the bottom plate.
The cabinet is taken as an example to describe the structure of the cabinet, and the stainless steel plate can be used for the customized cabinet body structure of a balcony cabinet, a bathroom cabinet, a bookcase and the like besides being used on the cabinet.
While the preferred embodiment of the present application has been described in detail, the application is not limited to the embodiments, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the application, and these modifications and substitutions are intended to be included in the scope of the present application as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. 2. The stainless steel panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: at least one side of one outer end face is provided with a corner edge, and the other outer end face corresponding to the outer end face is provided with a notch corresponding to the corner edge.
3. The stainless steel panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the edge of at least one of the sealing surfaces is provided with a plurality of semicircular holes, and one side of the panel corresponding to the sealing surface is also provided with a plurality of semicircular holes.
