Background
The hand is one of the finest and compact organs of the human body, people use both hands to complete various operations, the gloves are used more and more in many occasions as hand protection articles, and people are also often used to wear the gloves in order to improve the holding comfort when working. The gloves are divided into sewing, knitting, dipping and the like according to the manufacturing method. The functions are mainly used for labor protection, industrial protection, medical treatment and bacterium prevention, warm keeping or decoration and the like.
The high-temperature resistant protective gloves are mainly used in high-temperature environments such as steel making, electric welding and the like, and provide protection for operators. At present, protective gloves are needed for electric welding operation, molten metal bag casting and other operations, most of the existing common labor protection gloves are sewn by leather, the bending and stretching movement of the gloves is not hindered during use, high-temperature metal liquid drops can be prevented from burning the gloves, and hands are protected from being damaged. The gloves are also made of canvas, but the gloves are formed by sewing, and because the wear resistance and burn-through resistance of the sewed parts are poorer than those of the non-sewed parts, the gloves are damaged at the seams, and the gloves are scrapped. In addition, in the use process of the glove, the friction coefficient between the rubber surface of the glove and the surface of an object in contact with the rubber surface is small, the glove is easy to slip, inconvenient and labor-consuming to use, is not beneficial to improving the working efficiency, is not moisture permeable and breathable, has short service life, and is higher in use cost.
