Abstract
本发明公开了一种含甲磺草胺的除草组合物及其应用,活性成分为tolpyralate与甲磺草胺。本发明的除草组合物中的tolpyralate与甲磺草胺复配后杂草防除谱优势互补,对玉米田阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草及莎草科杂草均有很好的效果,有效地防除一些难除杂草和恶性杂草,且对玉米及下茬作物安全。本发明的除草组合物速效性和持效性有效互补,避免使用单一除草剂防除导致杂草抗性快速发生的问题,延缓了杂草抗药性的发生;另外减少了用药量,降低使用成本,对生态环境保护有重要意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种农药组合物,具体涉及一种含甲磺草胺的除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
玉米是我国主要的粮食作物之一,常年种植面积约3亿亩左右。玉米田主要杂草有马唐、牛筋草、稗草、马齿苋、反枝苋、田旋花、藜、画眉草、绿狗尾、香附子、铁苋草、龙葵等;这些杂草生长快,易形成草害。
我国玉米品种种类繁多,各地种植品种差异较大,除草剂对不同玉米品种的安全性日益受到人们的关注。目前国内玉米田苗后使用的除草剂主要有:烟嘧磺隆、砜嘧磺隆、硝磺草酮、麦草畏、噻磺隆、溴苯腈等,混配制剂有烟嘧磺隆与莠去津、麦草畏与莠去津、烟嘧磺隆与嗪草酮等,但这些除草剂尚不能完全有效地防除一些恶性杂草,如香附子、鸭跖草、苘麻等。研究表明,烟嘧磺隆、砜嘧磺隆对甜玉米、糯玉米安全性较低,甚至对一些常规种植品种也会产生较为严重的药害。因此,从杂草防除及对玉米安全性两方面考虑,当前我国玉米田苗后除草剂体系还不完善,需要研发其它除草剂进行补充。
Tolpyralate,化学名称:1-(1-乙基-4-(3-(2-甲氧基乙氧基)-2-甲基-4-(甲基磺酰基)苯甲酰基)-1H-吡唑-5-基氧)乙基甲基碳酸酯,CAS登录号号:1101132-67-5,化学结构式为:
Tolpyralate属苯甲酰吡唑类选择性除草剂,是HPPD抑制剂,是由日本石原产业发现的新型玉米田苗后除草剂,开发代号SL-573。Tolpyralate可有效防除玉米田大部分阔叶和禾本科杂草,对玉米安全。除草活性测试结果表明,tolpyralate对百日草、苘麻、金色狗尾草和稗草均具有优异的除草活性,对部分阔叶杂草的防效不理想,对莎草科杂草无效。
关于Tolpyralate的复配除草剂,中国专利文献CN 105248441B(申请号201510765748.5)公开了一种玉米田除草剂组合物,组合物由A、B和C三种活性成分组成,其中活性成分A为Tolpyralate,活性成分B为氯吡嘧磺隆,活性成分C为三嗪类除草剂,选自莠去津或莠灭净;其中,活性成分C为莠去津时,A、B和C的重量比为:(0.75—6):(0.5—4):(22.5—180);活性成分C为莠灭净时,A、B和C的重量比为:(0.75—6):(0.5—4):(30—240)。
中国专利文献CN 105409983B(申请号201510834443.5)公开了一种玉米田除草剂组合物,该组合物包含Tolpyralate、莠去津和唑草酮三种活性成分,活性成分在重量比(0.75~12):(22.5~360):(0.5~8)的范围内复配表现出极好的协同增效作用。
甲磺草胺(Sulfentrazone),化学名称:N-(2,4-二氯-5-(4-二氟甲基-4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧代-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)苯基)甲磺酰胺,CAS登录号:122836-35-5。化学结构式为:
甲磺草胺属原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂,通过抑制原卟啉原氧化酶,使植物细胞中产生过量原卟啉IX,后者是光敏剂,导致细胞内产生活性氧,最终导致细胞膜,液胞膜等破裂,细胞内溶物渗出,干枯死亡。土壤半衰期110~280天,茎叶处理、土壤处理均可;适用于玉米、高粱、大豆、花生等田中防治牵牛、反枝苋、藜、曼陀罗、马唐、狗尾草、苍耳、牛筋草、香附子等1年生阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草和莎草等。
关于甲磺草胺,申请人于2016年8月27日提交了发明专利申请《一种合成甲磺草胺的方法》(申请号201610756052.0),对甲磺草胺的合成路线进行了改进。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种对玉米田阔叶杂草和禾本科杂草均有很好防除效果的含甲磺草胺的除草组合物及其应用。
实现本发明第一目的的技术方案是一种含甲磺草胺的除草组合物,活性成分为tolpyralate与甲磺草胺。
作为可选的,tolpyralate与甲磺草胺的质量比为1:1~21。
作为优选的,tolpyralate与甲磺草胺的质量比为1:5~15。
作为进一步优选的,tolpyralate与甲磺草胺的质量比为1:10。
除草组合物中,所述活性成分占除草组合物总重的1wt%~80wt%。
作为优选的,所述活性成分占除草组合物总重的5wt%~75wt%。
所述除草组合物的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂或微囊悬浮剂。
实现本发明第二目的的技术方案是上述含甲磺草胺的除草组合物在防治玉米田杂草中的应用。
所述杂草为玉米田阔叶杂草、禾本科及莎草科杂草杂草。
本发明具有积极的效果:
(1)本发明的除草组合物中的tolpyralate与甲磺草胺复配后杂草防除谱优势互补,对玉米田阔叶杂草、禾本科杂草及莎草科杂草均有很好的效果,有效地防除一些难除杂草和恶性杂草,且对玉米及下茬作物安全。
(2)本发明的除草组合物具有良好的增效作用或加成作用。tolpyralate与甲磺草胺复配后相互作用类型为加成作用且有增效作用,防效增强,应用效果明显优于单剂理论效果总和,可更好地控制优势杂草发生危害。
(3)本发明的除草组合物速效性和持效性有效互补,避免使用单一除草剂防除导致杂草抗性快速发生的问题,延缓了杂草抗药性的发生;另外减少了用药量,降低使用成本,对生态环境保护有重要意义。
具体实施方式
(实施例1、25%乳油)
25%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺乳油:tolpyralate 2.3%,甲磺草胺22.7%,乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠7%,乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%,醋酸仲丁酯20%,溶剂油150#补足至100%。以上含量均为质量百分含量,下同。
制备方法:将称量的醋酸仲丁酯先投入配料釜中,再投入tolpyralate、甲磺草胺,加热溶解后投入150#溶剂油,搅匀后投入乳化剂,搅拌至完全透明,化验合格后,转移至储罐灌装。
(实施例2、50%悬浮剂)
50%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺悬浮剂:tolpyralate 4.55%,甲磺草胺45.45%,润湿剂苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚5%,分散剂聚羧酸盐3%,防冻剂丙二醇5%,流变剂硅酸镁铝1%,增稠剂黄原胶0.3%,水补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分和润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、流变剂和水投入搅拌釜中,充分搅拌后,将物料抽入砂磨机中进行充分研磨,研磨完成后,抽入高速剪切机中,加入增稠剂后,进行高速剪切,剪切完成后即制得悬浮剂。
(实施例3、75%水分散粒剂)
75%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺水分散粒剂:tolpyralate 6.82%,甲磺草胺68.18%,聚羧酸盐分散剂3%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,分散剂木质素磺酸钠6%,崩解剂硫酸铵4%,填料高岭土补足至100%。
制备方法:将所有物料混合均匀后,经气流粉碎机粉碎,再次混合均匀,然后,加入一定量的水将此混合物捏合,挤压造粒,经干燥筛分,即得到水分散粒剂。
(实施例4、11%水乳剂)
11%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺水乳剂:tolpyralate 1%,甲磺草胺10%,溶剂二甲苯9%,溶剂环己酮3%,乳化剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%,乳化剂顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠4%,防冻剂丙三醇5%,水补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分用溶剂充分溶解后,投入乳化剂充分搅拌后形成油相;将防冻剂加入水中溶解,形成水相;将水相缓慢加入油相中,使用高速剪切机剪切,即可得水乳剂。
(实施例5、15%微乳剂)
15%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺微乳剂:tolpyralate 1.36%,甲磺草胺13.64%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂环己酮4%,乳化剂聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酮6%,乳化剂蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚8%,防冻剂丙二醇5%,水补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分用溶剂充分溶解后,投入乳化剂和防冻剂混合均匀,最后加入去离子水,进行高速剪切,即可得微乳剂。
(实施例6、66%可湿性粉剂)
66%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺可湿性粉剂:tolpyralate 6%,甲磺草胺60%,润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠4%,分散剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物6%,填料硅藻土补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分和各助剂混合均匀,投入机械粉粹机中进行初粉粹,之后经气流粉碎机粉碎,再混合均匀,即制得可湿性粉剂。
(实施例7、5.5%颗粒剂)
5.5%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺颗粒剂:tolpyralate 0.5%,甲磺草胺5%,润湿剂烷基丁二酸酯磺酸盐0.6%,分散剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物磺酸盐1.0%,着色剂碱性绿(孔雀绿)0.2%,填料膨润土补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分和各助剂混合均匀后,加入一定量的水将此混合物捏合,挤压造粒,经干燥筛分,即得到颗粒剂。
(实施例8、33%可分散油悬浮剂)
33%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂:tolpyralate 3%,甲磺草胺30%,乳化剂烷基芳基聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚5%,乳化剂磺化琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐8%,分散剂对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸钠3%,增稠剂有机膨润土0.8%,分散介质脱色大豆油补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分和乳化剂、分散剂和分散介质投入搅拌釜中,充分搅拌后,抽入高速剪切机中,进行高速剪切,再泵至砂磨机中进行充分砂磨,砂磨合格后加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得可分散油悬浮剂。
(实施例9、22%微囊悬浮剂)
22%tolpyralate·甲磺草胺微囊悬浮剂:tolpyralate 2%,甲磺草胺20%,溶剂二甲苯10%,溶剂邻苯二甲酸二丁酯6%,油性囊皮1,6-六亚甲苯二异氰酸酯5%,水性囊皮乙二胺3%,乳化剂烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚6%,分散剂EO-PO嵌段聚醚7%,增稠剂硅酸镁铝0.2%,分散介质水补足至100%。
制备方法:将活性成分用溶剂充分溶解后,加入油性囊皮,充分搅拌形成油相;将其倒入混有乳化剂和分散剂的水相中,进行高速剪切,然后加入水性囊皮,搅拌均匀,随后升温至70℃保温固化2小时,制成微胶囊,最后加入增稠剂,搅拌均匀即得微囊悬浮剂。
(试验例1、室内生物活性试验)
供试药剂:tolpyralate原药和甲磺草胺原药。
供试靶标:选取禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草中的几种代表性杂草狗尾草、稗草、苘麻、百日草、牵牛、藜、蓼、苍耳和香附子为供试杂草。香附子为多年生杂草,从田间挖取地下根茎繁殖;其余几种杂草为一年生杂草,从田间采集杂草种子繁殖。
药剂配置设计:tolpyralate配置成1克有效成分/亩溶液备用;甲磺草胺配置成1、3、5、7.5、10、12.5、15、18、21克有效成分/亩溶液备用;tolpyralate和甲磺草胺混剂配置成1+1、1+3、1+5、1+7.5、1+10、1+12.5、1+15、1+18、1+21克有效成分/亩溶液备用(比例分别为1:1,1:3,1:5,1:7.5,1:10,1:12.5,1:15,1:18,1:21),用水量按30升/亩使用。
试验方法:在高10cm、长25cm、宽18cm的塑料框内装定量土,将供试靶标杂草种子20粒播种在塑料钵内,盖0.5~1cm厚的细土后放在温室内培养,待杂草长至3叶期进行茎叶喷雾处理,每框喷药液约2mL,每处理重复4次,并设不喷药剂的处理为对照。处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,20天后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称土上部分鲜重,以靶标鲜重抑制率评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。
调查方法:试验处理20天后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重,计算鲜重抑制率(%)。
联合作用评价方法:根据Gowing法评价除草剂联合方式(NY/T 1155.7-2006),其公式如下:

式中,X为tolpyralate以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;Y为甲磺草胺以某剂量单用时对靶标杂草的鲜重抑制率;E0为tolpyralate、甲磺草胺二种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的理论值;E为tolpyralate、甲磺草胺两种药剂混用时对靶标杂草鲜重抑制率的实测值。
评价标准:当E–E0>10%时,表示为增效作用;当﹣10%≤E–E0≤10%时,表现为相加作用;当E–E0<﹣10%时,表现为拮抗作用。
试验结果见表1至表9:

综上所述,Tolpyralate与甲磺草胺的混配剂,在重量比1:1~21范围内,对狗尾草、稗草、苘麻、百日草、牵牛、藜、蓼、苍耳、香附子等杂草的防除具有相加或增效作用,在重量比1:5~15范围内具有明显的增效作用,其中重量比1:10增效最明显。
(试验例2、田间药效试验)
供试药剂:实施例1至9中的9种二元复配剂。
对照药剂:Tolpyralate原药,50%甲磺草胺悬浮剂。
供试作物:夏玉米;玉米长势良好,植株健壮,无其他病虫害,为3—4叶期。
防除对象:一年生阔叶、禾本科和莎草科杂草牵牛、苘麻、藜、蓼、马唐、狗尾草、稗草、香附子等,阔叶杂草为2—6叶期,禾本科杂草为3—5叶期,香附子2—4叶期。
试验方法:按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,兑水稀释后,用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷雾选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。喷雾时,要注意将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,防止多喷、漏喷现象。实施7为颗粒剂,采用毒土法施药,每亩拌细土20公斤撒施。
药后1—15天内观察作物的生长情况,以考察药剂对作物是否有药害。
药后20天、40天观察杂草死亡情况,并计数统计杂草株数或鲜重,比较各药剂的除草活性。
本发明的施药例制剂除草效果见下表10(药后20天)和表11(药后40天)。

由表10和表11可知,田间试验结果表明,按质量比1:10的Tolpyralat和甲磺草胺各实施例混配剂,均具有明显的扩大杀草谱、提高除草活性、增强除草效果的作用,显示出显著的增效作用。
施药后3天、7天、15天观察,各实施例处理和对照药剂处理区玉米均未见到明显的黄叶、白化、扭曲、停滞生长、死苗等不良现象,生长均正常,与空白对照区玉米生长一致,无明显差异,表明各实施例混配剂在该用药量情况下对玉米生长安全。

1.一种含甲磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:活性成分为tolpyralate与甲磺草胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含甲磺草胺的作草组合物,其特征在于:tolpyralate与甲磺草胺的质量比为1:1~21。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含甲磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:tolpyralate与甲磺草胺的质量比为1:5~15。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含甲磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:tolpyralate与甲磺草胺的质量比为1:10。

7.根据权利要求1所述的含甲磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述除草组合物的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂或微囊悬浮剂。
8.权利要求1所述的含甲磺草胺的除草组合物在防治玉米田杂草中的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于:所述杂草为玉米田阔叶杂草、禾本科及莎草科杂草杂草。
