Example 1 screening of optimum proportions of oxadiargyl and isoproturon
In order to further understand the combined action of oxadiargyl and isoproturon on weeds, a formula screening test is performed on oxadiargyl and isoproturon compounding.
Test materials: barnyard grass and eclipta, 10 months in 2017, are collected from Ling Qiaoxiang Shajia lake farm in Huaisha, jiangsu province, naturally air-dried at room temperature, packaged into paper bags, and stored in a refrigerator at 4+/-0.5.
Test instrument: PWT-510 spray towers, mertler AB135-S electronic balances, volumetric flasks, triangular flasks, beakers, graduated cylinders, plastic bowls, pipettes, scales, scissors, and the like.
The test method comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing a certain mass of oxadiargyl and isoproturon raw materials, adding methanol for full dissolution, diluting with 0.1% Tween 80 aqueous solution, preparing into a single-dose mother solution, setting a series of proportions according to the mixing purpose, and setting 5-7 concentration gradients for standby. A plastic pot (15 cm. Times.11 cm. Times.7 cm) was filled with air-dried fine soil, and the soil was completely wetted by infiltrating irrigation at the bottom of the plastic pot. The soil is horse liver soil, the pH value is 6.7, the organic matter content is 1.6%, and the horse liver soil is air-dried and sieved for standby. Each plastic pot is respectively sown with 25 grains of barnyard grass and 25 grains of eclipta, and is covered by fine soil with the thickness of about 0.2cm, and the soil is completely wetted by the infiltrating irrigation mode at the bottom of the plastic pot. After the soil is sprayed, the soil is placed into a sunlight greenhouse for culture, and the moisture is supplemented every day to keep the soil moist.
And (5) regularly observing the growth conditions of barnyard grass and eclipta seedlings after emergence. The fresh weights of barnyard grass and eclipta prostrata were investigated 30 days after the drug administration, and the fresh weight inhibition rate, i.e., the control effect on the target weeds, was calculated. Solving a toxicity regression equation of single-dose oxadiargyl, isoproturon and 8 binary mixtures by adopting a DPS data processing system, and calculating ED 50 Values and 95% confidence limits. And calculating the co-toxicity coefficient by using a grand cloud Pei method. Co-toxicity coefficients greater than 120 are expressed as synergy, less than 80 are expressed as antagonism, and between 80 and 120 are expressed as additive.
Test results: after the post-treatment for 20 days, the germination rate of barnyard grass and the eclipta is suddenly reduced after the oxadiargyl and isoproturon are mixed and applied according to the proportion of 15-18:522.5-843.8, the leaves of the seedling weed part whiten to dead, the inhibition effect on the barnyard grass and the eclipta rises along with the increase of the concentration of the medicament, and the anti-aging agent has high biological activity on the barnyard grass and the eclipta.
