Fig. 17 shows a block schematic diagram of a module structure of the product definition module 5108 of the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 17, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the product definition module 5108 includes:
a basic information editing sub-module 5082, wherein the basic information editing sub-module 5082 performs editing operation on the basic information configured by the basic information configuration module 502 based on the received operation instruction;
the policy terms editing sub-module 5084, the policy terms editing sub-module 5084 performs editing operations on the policy terms configured by the policy terms configuration module 504 based on the received operation instructions.
The policy clause editing sub-module 5084 of the present disclosure preferably includes one or more editing controls, such as an add clause control for adding insurance clauses, which may add insurance clauses based on the received operation instructions to implement secondary configuration of the policy clauses, which may include main insurance clause information and additional insurance clause information (see detailed description below).
The policy clause editing sub-module 5084 of the present disclosure may also include a delete control (delete imported insurance clauses), an add-on insurance control (add additional insurance clauses for the imported main insurance clauses).
The basic information editing sub-module 5082 of the present disclosure may include a plurality of editing controls (e.g., editing boxes) to edit information such as product name, product code, insurance duration, product type (personal policy, group policy, etc.) of the insurance product, and the basic information editing sub-module 5082 and the policy clause editing sub-module 5084 of the present disclosure may also be displayed through the display module 516.
According to the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 according to the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the basic information editing sub-module 5082 of the present disclosure generates editable insurance product insurance class information based on the subordinate insurance class information of the imported insurance clause.
Fig. 18 is a block diagram schematically showing the module structure of the policy provision configuration module 504 of the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 18, the policy provision configuration module 504 of the present disclosure preferably includes:
the insurance class extraction sub-module 5042 and the insurance class extraction sub-module 5042 automatically extract the affiliated insurance class information of the imported insurance clauses, so that the basic information editing sub-module 5082 can generate editable insurance product insurance class information based on the affiliated insurance class information of the imported insurance clauses.
In the present disclosure, since the policy clause configuration module 504 configures the policy clauses in a manner of importing the structured data (e.g., metadata) of the insurance clauses, the insurance class extraction sub-module 5042 of the present disclosure can automatically extract the affiliated insurance class information of the insurance clauses.
Illustratively, when the policy clause configuration module 504 imports an insurance clause, the insurance class extraction sub-module 5042 extracts the subordinate insurance class information (e.g., accident) of the insurance clause.
Illustratively, when the policy clause configuration module 504 imports two insurance clauses, the risk class extraction sub-module 5042 extracts the subordinate risk class information of the two insurance clauses, such as accident risk and periodic life risk, respectively.
The basic information editing sub-module 5082 of the present disclosure may generate insurance product risk information based on the affiliated risk information of an insurance clause, for example, the generated insurance product risk information is: and (4) taking accident risk.
The basic information editing sub-module 5082 of the present disclosure may generate insurance product risk information based on the affiliated risk information of the two insurance clauses, for example, the generated insurance product risk information is: accident risk and regular life risk.
Fig. 19 is a block diagram schematically illustrating the module structure of the policy provision configuration module 504 of the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the policy term configuration module 504 also preferably includes a term name extraction sub-module 5044, a term code extraction sub-module 5046, and a term registration docket number extraction sub-module 5048.
Based on the clause name extraction sub-module 5044, automatic extraction of the clause name of the insurance clause can be achieved; based on the clause code extraction sub-module 5046, automatic extraction of the clause codes of insurance clauses can be achieved; based on the clause registration record number extraction sub-module 5048, automatic extraction of the clause registration record number can be realized.

the special contract information configuration sub-module 5086, the special contract information configuration sub-module 5086 is used for importing special contract information which is pre-stored in a memory/database;

According to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the special contract information configuration sub-module 5086 configures the special contract information in a manner of importing structured data of the special contract information, and preferably, the special contract information configuration sub-module 5086 automatically extracts the subordinate risk class information of the imported special contract information. The additional description information configuring sub-module 5088 of the present disclosure configures additional description information in such a manner that structured data of the additional description information is imported, and preferably, the additional description information configuring sub-module 5088 automatically extracts the subordinate risk class information of the imported additional description information.
The special appointment information configuration sub-module 5086 and the additional description information configuration sub-module 5088 may be displayed by the display module 516.
Fig. 21 shows a block diagram of a module structure of an insurance product factory module 510 of the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 according to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 21, preferably, the insurance product factory module 510 of the present disclosure further includes:

The following are technical solutions of the series of applications of the present disclosure, that is, the insurance clause configuration device, the insurance clause configuration method, the insurance class configuration device, and the insurance class configuration method, which are incorporated into the present disclosure by the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the following technical solutions are intended to better complement the insurance product processing apparatus, the insurance product processing method, the electronic device, and the storage medium of the present disclosure, and should not be construed as limiting the insurance product processing apparatus, the insurance product processing method, the electronic device, and the storage medium of the present disclosure.
The insurance class configuration apparatus, the insurance class configuration method, the electronic device, and the readable storage medium according to the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
The insurance class configuration device 1000 of the present disclosure includes:
the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002, the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 configures an nth level risk class based on the received operation instruction, configures an n +1 th level risk class for the configured nth level risk class based on the received operation instruction, where n is a natural number greater than or equal to 1;
the nth level risk class element configuration module is used for configuring the risk class elements of the nth level risk class based on the received operation instruction;
the n + 1-level risk element configuration module is used for configuring the risk elements of the n + 1-level risk based on the received operation instruction;
and the n +1 level risk class element configuration module is used for configuring the n +1 level risk class of the n level risk class according to the configured risk class element of the n level risk class.
It should be noted that, the present disclosure may further include an n +2 th level risk class element configuration module, an n +3 th level risk class element configuration module, and the like, so as to implement configuration of more levels of risk classes. Under the teaching of the technical solution disclosed herein, a first level risk class configuration module, a second level risk class configuration module, a third level risk class configuration module, a fourth level risk class configuration module, etc. are disposed in the insurance risk class configuration device, and all of them fall into the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The hierarchical configuration of the insurance classes can be realized by setting the multi-level insurance class configuration module 1002 to configure the nth +1 level insurance class for the configured nth level insurance class based on the received operation instruction, and the high-efficiency configuration of the lower level insurance class elements can be realized by setting the (n + 1) th level insurance class element configuration module to configure the (n + 1) th level insurance class of the nth level insurance class based on the configured insurance class elements of the nth level insurance class.
The insurance class configuration apparatus 1000 of the present disclosure is described in detail below with an example in which the first level insurance class element configuration module 1004 and the second level insurance class element configuration module 1006 are an nth level insurance class element configuration module and an n +1 th level insurance class element configuration module, respectively.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram schematically illustrating a configuration of an insurance policy configuration device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, an insurance device 1000 according to the present embodiment includes:
the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002, the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 configures a first level risk class based on the received operation instruction, and configures a second level risk class for the configured first level risk class based on the received operation instruction;
a first level risk element configuration module 1004, wherein the first level risk element configuration module 1004 configures the risk elements of the first level risk based on the received operation instruction;
a second-level risk element configuration module 1006, wherein the second-level risk element configuration module 1006 configures the risk elements of the second-level risk class based on the received operation instruction;
wherein, the second level risk class element configuration module 1006 configures the risk class element of the second level risk class of the first level risk class based on the configured risk class element of the first level risk class.
Wherein, the insurance class is a category of insurance, the multi-level insurance class configuration module 1002 may configure a first level insurance class based on the received operation instruction, for example, increase, enable, disable, and/or delete, the number of the first level insurance classes may be one or more, and for example, the first level insurance class may be property insurance, strong insurance, business insurance, accident insurance, health insurance, life-time insurance, periodic life insurance, and the like.
In some embodiments, the first level risk class may be configured to have one second level risk class or more than two second level risk classes, and the second level risk class is a lower level risk class of the first level risk class.
Taking property risk as an example of a first level risk class, it may be configured with a second level risk class such as family property risk.
According to the insurance risk class configuration apparatus 1000 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 includes operation controls such as adding a first level risk class, enabling the first level risk class, disabling the first level risk class, and deleting the first level risk class, and performs configuration of the first level risk class based on these operation controls, and the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 includes operation controls such as adding a second level risk class, enabling the second level risk class, disabling the second level risk class, and deleting the second level risk class, and performs configuration of the second level risk class for the configured first level risk class based on these operation controls.
Those skilled in the art, with the benefit of the present disclosure, may adjust the number/type of the operation controls of the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002, which falls within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, the insurance class configuration apparatus 1000 of the present disclosure further includes a display module 1016, and the multi-level insurance class configuration module 1002, the first-level insurance class element configuration module 1004, and the second-level insurance class element configuration module 1006 may be displayed through the display module 1016.
Fig. 2 is a block diagram schematically illustrating the structure of an insurance policy configuring apparatus 1000 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 2, the insurance device 1000 according to the present embodiment further includes, in addition to the insurance device 1000 according to the above embodiment:
an insurance class element association module 1008, the insurance class element association module 1008 associating the configured insurance class elements of the first level insurance class to the second level insurance class element configuration module 1006 based on the operation instruction received by the second level insurance class element configuration module 1006 (e.g., clicking an edit control to configure the insurance class elements of the second level insurance class), so that the second level insurance class element configuration module 1006 configures the insurance class elements of the second level insurance class of the first level insurance class based on the configured insurance class elements of the first level insurance class.
The insurance class placement device 1000 according to the present embodiment can improve the efficiency of placing insurance elements of lower-level insurance classes (for example, second-level insurance classes) and improve the accuracy of placing insurance elements by providing the insurance element association module 1008.
For the insurance class configuration apparatus 1000 according to the various embodiments of the present disclosure, it is preferable that the first level insurance class element configuration module 1004 and the second level insurance class element configuration module 1006 have the same module structure.
Among other things, the present disclosure preferably ensures that the risk class element association module 1008 can perform the association operations described above by setting the modular structure, i.e., the program architecture, of the subordinate and subordinate risk class element configuration modules to be the same.
For the insurance policy configuring apparatus 1000 according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, preferably, the association operation described above includes a copy operation.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the number of the first level risk class element configuration modules 1004 is one or more than two, so as to configure one or more than two risk class elements of the first level risk class.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, each first-level risk class element configuration module 1004 corresponds to one or more second-level risk class element configuration modules 1006 to configure the risk class elements of one or more second-level risk classes of one first-level risk class.
For the insurance class configuration device 1000 according to each of the above embodiments, preferably, the second level risk class is configured for the configured first level risk class based on the second level risk class having a preset mapping relation with the first level risk class.
The insurance risk type configuration device 1000 of the present disclosure can adapt to the risk type configuration requirements of various application scenarios by preferably configuring the upper and lower level risk type element configuration modules as described above.
For the insurance class configuration apparatus 1000 according to various embodiments of the present disclosure, preferably, the multi-stage insurance class configuration module 1002 includes an insurance class configuration sub-module, and the insurance class configuration sub-module configures one or more than two final subordinate insurance classes for the first-stage insurance class and/or the second-stage insurance class based on the received operation instruction.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 of the insurance risk class configuration apparatus 1000 configures only a plurality of first-level risk classes, and the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 will include a plurality of risk class configuration sub-modules to respectively configure one or more than two final subordinate risk classes (i.e., risk classes) for the respective first-level risk classes.
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 of the insurance class configuration apparatus 1000 configures one or more than two second level risk classes for each of a plurality of first level risk classes, and then the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 will include a plurality of risk class configuration sub-modules to respectively configure one or more than two final subordinate risk classes (i.e., risk classes) for each of the second level risk classes.
In still other embodiments of the present disclosure, if the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 of the insurance risk class configuration apparatus 1000 configures a plurality of first-level risk classes and configures a second-level risk class for a part of the first-level risk classes, the multi-level risk class configuration module 1002 will include a plurality of risk class configuration sub-modules, so as to respectively configure one or more than two final subordinate risk classes for each second-level risk class and configure one or more than two final subordinate risk classes for the first-level risk classes not configured with subordinate risk classes.
With respect to the insurance risk class configuration apparatus 1000 of each of the above embodiments, preferably, the risk species configuration sub-module configures one or more than two final subordinate risk classes for the first-level risk class and/or the second-level risk class based on the final subordinate risk classes stored in the memory/database in advance.
For the insurance risk class configuration device 1000 according to each of the embodiments described above, it is preferable that one or more than two final subordinate risk classes are configured for the first level risk class or the second level risk class based on the final subordinate risk class having a preset mapping relationship with the first level risk class or the second level risk class.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an insurance element configuration module of an insurance-based configuration apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Each risk class element configuration module (including the first level risk class element configuration module 1004, the second level risk class element configuration module 1006, etc.) of the present disclosure includes the following sub-modules:
the risk information element configuration sub-module 2002 is used for configuring risk information elements of risk;
an insurance class clause element configuration sub-module 2004, the insurance class clause element configuration sub-module 2004 being configured to configure clause elements corresponding to one or more final subordinate insurance classes of the first level insurance class and/or the second level insurance class;
wherein the clause element includes one or more insurance clauses.
Among them, the insurance clauses may be insurance clauses configured by the insurance clause configuration means described hereinafter in the present disclosure.
The risk information elements can be risk names, risk codes, remarks and the like.
The risk class information element configuration sub-module 2002 preferably includes a plurality of edit boxes based on which to effect editing/configuration of one or more risk class information elements.
According to the insurance risk class configuration apparatus 1000 of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the risk class clause element configuration submodule 2004 of the present disclosure configures the clause elements of the final subordinate risk class based on the final subordinate risk class configured by the risk class configuration submodule described above.
Illustratively, each risk class element configuration module (first level risk class element configuration module 1004, second level risk class element configuration module 1006, etc.) when configuring the risk class elements, the risk class clause element configuration sub-module 2004 will automatically associate with the last subordinate risk class configured by the risk class configuration sub-module described above, and preferably, may automatically copy the name, code, insurance clause, etc. of the last subordinate risk class configured by the risk class configuration sub-module to the risk class clause element configuration sub-module 2004.
The insurance class clause element configuration sub-module 2004 may include operation controls for editing, viewing, adding clauses, deleting, etc., through which operation instructions are received to implement editing of the clause elements corresponding to the final subordinate insurance class.
Those skilled in the art, with the benefit of the present disclosure, may adjust the type/number of the operation control of the insurance clause element configuration sub-module 2004, and the like, all of which fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
Preferably, the term elements of the last subordinate insurance class are configured based on insurance terms stored in advance in the memory/database and having a preset mapping relationship with the last subordinate insurance class.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an insurance element configuration module of an insurance-based configuration apparatus 1000 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Each risk class element configuration module (including the first level risk class element configuration module 1004, the second level risk class element configuration module 1006, etc.) of the present disclosure includes the following sub-modules:
the risk component library element configuration submodule 2006 is used for configuring component library elements of the first level risk class and/or the second level risk class;
the component library element comprises a responsibility component and a target component, wherein the responsibility component is used for configuring one or more than two related responsibility information, and the target component is used for configuring one or more than two related target information.
The responsibility component can comprise operation controls such as checking and adding, and the target component can also comprise operation controls such as checking and adding.
Based on the operation controls, the responsibility component configures the related responsibility information, and the target component configures the related target information.
The insurance risk class configuration device 1000 according to the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, wherein each related liability information in the liability component has a preset mapping relationship with one or more related target information in the target component; each related target information in the target components and one or more related responsibility information in the responsibility components have a preset mapping relation.
Preferably, the component library elements of the first level risk class and/or the second level risk class are configured based on the related responsibility information and the related target information which are pre-stored in the memory/database and have the preset mapping relation with the first level risk class and/or the second level risk class.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the component library element described above further comprises a special engagement component for configuring one or more than two special engagement information and/or an additional description component for configuring one or more than two additional description information.
The special appointment component may include viewing, adding and other operation controls, and the additional description component may also include viewing, adding and other operation controls.
Based on the operation controls, the special appointment component configures the special appointment information, and the additional description component configures the additional description information.
Preferably, the special appointment component and the additional description component of the first level risk class and/or the second level risk class are configured based on special appointment information and additional description information which are pre-stored in a memory/database and have a preset mapping relationship with the first level risk class and/or the second level risk class.

Each risk class element configuration module (including the first level risk class element configuration module 1004, the second level risk class element configuration module 1006, etc.) of the present disclosure includes the following sub-modules:
the insurance class basic page element configuration sub-module 2008, wherein the insurance class basic page element configuration sub-module 2008 is used for configuring basic page elements related to the first level insurance class and/or the second level insurance class;
the basic page element comprises one or more than two of a basic information component, an applicant component, an insured person component and a beneficiary component, and the basic page element is used for generating an insurance type insurance application operation page (such as a periodic life insurance application operation page) capable of being operated.
The basic information component, the applicant component, the insured component and the beneficiary component are preferably in a table/form, and the basic information component, the applicant component, the insured component and the beneficiary component can all comprise editing controls, so that the basic information component, the applicant component, the insured component and the beneficiary component in the table/form can be edited through the editing controls.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram schematically illustrating the structure of an insurance element configuration module of an insurance-class configuration apparatus 1000 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Each risk class element configuration module (including the first level risk class element configuration module 1004, the second level risk class element configuration module 1006, etc.) of the present disclosure includes:
a basic function configuration sub-module 2010, where the basic function configuration sub-module 2010 is configured to configure the relevant basic functions of the first level risk class and/or the second level risk class;
the basic function configuration sub-module 2010 includes at least one of the following configuration components:
the insurance function configuration component is at least used for configuring insurance rules;
the system comprises an underwriting function configuration component, a resource allocation component and a resource allocation component, wherein the underwriting function configuration component is at least used for configuring underwriting rules;
the payment function configuration component is at least used for configuring payment rules;
the correction function configuration component is at least used for configuring correction rules;
the reporting function configuration component is at least used for configuring reporting rules;
and the claim settling function configuration component is at least used for configuring the claim settling rule.
Taking the configuration component of the underwriting function as an example, the underwriting rules may include automatic underwriting rules, policy-preserving rate tables, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, each configuration component of the basic function configuration sub-module 2010 may configure, based on the received operation instruction, flow information associated with each function configuration component, for example, an underwriting function configuration component, and the associated flow information may include data definition, job level management, task definition, and the like.
The insurance class configuration device 1000 of the present disclosure can be associated with other modules/devices in the insurance system by setting the basic function configuration sub-module 2010.
For example, the application function configuration component of the present disclosure may be associated with an application processing device/module in the insurance system, the approval function configuration component may be associated with an approval processing device/module in the insurance system, the payment function configuration component may be associated with a payment processing device/module in the insurance system, the correction function configuration component may be associated with a correction processing device/module in the insurance system, the application function configuration component may be associated with an application processing device/module in the insurance system, and the application function configuration component may be associated with an application processing device/module in the insurance system.
It should be noted that the insurance policy configuring apparatus 1000 of the present disclosure may be implemented by a hardware implementation using a processing system, and referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a dashed module therein may be a computer software program module.
The insurance class configuring apparatus 1000 of the present disclosure can also be implemented entirely based on a computer software program architecture.
The present disclosure also provides an insurance risk configuration method, including:
configuring an nth level risk class based on the received operation instruction, and configuring an n +1 th level risk class for the configured nth level risk class based on the received operation instruction;
configuring an insurance class element of the nth level insurance class based on the received operation instruction;
configuring a risk class element of the (n + 1) th level risk class based on the received operation instruction;

The insurance clause configuring device, the insurance clause configuring method, the electronic device and the readable storage medium of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to fig. 9 to 14.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram schematically illustrating the structure of an insurance clause configuring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 9, the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of the present disclosure includes:
a main insurance clause information configuration module 3002, the main insurance clause information configuration module 3002 is used for configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;

The main insurance clause information configuration module 3002 described in the present disclosure can receive an operation instruction to configure the main insurance clause information of the insurance clauses, taking "personal injury insurance clauses" as an example of the main insurance clauses, and the main insurance clause information may include a clause name, a clause code, a registration record number, a record time, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the insurance clause configuring means 3000 further comprises a display module 3016.
The main insurance clause information configuration module 3002 may be displayed through the display module 3016.
The major insurance clause information configuration module 3002 preferably includes a plurality of edit boxes based on which to effect editing/configuration of one or more major insurance clause information.
The main insurance clause information configuration module 3002 may perform operations such as editing/configuring of the main insurance clause information based on the received operation instruction.
The operation instruction described in the present disclosure may be an operation instruction input by an operator based on an input device such as a touch screen, a mouse, a keyboard, and the like.
The related responsibility configuration module 3004 described in the present disclosure can also be displayed through the display module 3016, taking "personal accident insurance clause" as an example, the related responsibility information described in the present disclosure can be responsibility information related to principal insurance clause, such as "accident personal accident insurance premium", "accident injury insurance premium", and the like.
The related responsibility configuration module 3004 preferably includes an add control by which related responsibility information already stored in the memory/database can be added and an edit control by which the added related responsibility information can be edited/deleted.
The relevant responsibility configuration module 3004 may perform operations such as addition, editing/deletion of relevant responsibility information based on the received operation instruction.
The related responsibility information described above includes information of the related subject and at least one piece of related responsibility for paying related to the information of the related subject, and the related responsibility configuration module 3004 includes a configuration sub-module of the related subject and a related responsibility for paying related sub-module.
The related benefits responsibility information described above in the present disclosure can also be expressed as related benefits responsibility information, and the related subject information described in the present disclosure can be "insured" or the like. The related indemnity responsibility information described in the present disclosure may be information of "the identity", "the physical disability" of the insured person, etc., on the basis of which the insurer (insurance company) makes an indemnity. For the insured, the relevant loss liability information described in this disclosure corresponds to the relevant loss information.
The person skilled in the art can set two or more pieces of related claim responsibility information in the memory/database in advance in the form of metadata (data directory), and the related claim responsibility configuration sub-module can configure the related claim responsibility information in the related responsibility information based on the related claim responsibility information stored in the memory/database in advance.
The related responsibility information described above may further include responsibility identification information, and the responsibility identification information may include a responsibility name (for example, accident insurance), a responsibility code, and the like, and accordingly, the related responsibility configuration module 3004 of the present disclosure may include a responsibility identification information configuration sub-module, which may configure the responsibility identification information based on the received operation instruction.
The related target configuration sub-module, the related benefits responsibility configuration sub-module, and the responsibility identification information configuration sub-module described above may each include an add control/edit control. Under the teaching of the technical scheme disclosed by the present disclosure, a person skilled in the art performs structural adjustment on the related target configuration sub-module, the related claim payment responsibility configuration sub-module, and the responsibility identification information configuration sub-module, which all fall into the protection scope of the present disclosure.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the related responsibility configuration sub-module of the present disclosure can automatically configure the related subject information in the related responsibility information based on the related subject information configured by the related subject configuration module 3006.
Further, according to still another preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the relevant responsibility configuration sub-module of the present disclosure is capable of configuring the relevant subject information in the relevant responsibility information based on the received operation instruction.
In the present disclosure, the information of the related target and the information of the related reimbursement responsibility have a preset mapping relationship.
The related subject configuration module 3006 described in this disclosure may be displayed by the display module 3016.
The related object configuring module 3006 preferably includes an adding control by which related object information already stored in the memory/database can be added, and an editing control by which the added related object information can be deleted or the like.
The related subject configuration module 3006 may perform operations such as addition/deletion of related subject information based on the received operation instruction.
The save control 3008 described in this disclosure may be displayed via the display module 3016.
The save control 3008 may perform a save based on the received operation instruction to perform main insurance clause information, related responsibility information, related subject information, etc. to complete the insurance clause configuration.
The display module 3016 of the present disclosure preferably displays the main insurance clause information configuration module 3002, the related responsibility configuration module 3004, the related target configuration module 3006, the save control 3008, and the like at the same time.
Under the teaching of the technical solution disclosed herein, the adjustment of the display modes of the main insurance clause information configuration module 3002, the related responsibility configuration module 3004, the related target configuration module 3006, the saving control 3008, and the like, by those skilled in the art, all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
Preferably, the related responsibility information described in the present disclosure has a preset mapping relationship with the related target information, and the preset mapping relationship may be stored in a memory/database in a table form, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, one related target information may have a preset mapping relationship with one or more than two limited number of related responsibility information, and one related responsibility information may have a preset mapping relationship with one or more than two limited number of related target information.
According to one embodiment of the disclosure, the related responsibility information is "accident insurance premium" and "accident disability insurance premium", and the related subject information is "insured", that is, two pieces of related responsibility information have a mapping relationship with one piece of related subject information.
The insurance clause configuring apparatus 3000 of the present disclosure implements the modular configuration of the clause-related information (related responsibility information, related target information, etc.) having the mapping relationship, thereby improving the configuration efficiency of the insurance clauses, and since the different clause-related information (related responsibility information, related target information, etc.) has the preset mapping relationship, redundant operations/processes during the configuration of the insurance clauses are reduced, thereby further improving the configuration efficiency of the insurance clauses.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram schematically illustrating the structure of an insurance clause configuring device 3000 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 10, the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of the present embodiment includes:
a main insurance clause information configuration module 3002, wherein the main insurance clause information configuration module 3002 is used for configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
a related responsibility configuration module 3004, the related responsibility configuration module 3004 being configured for configuring at least one related responsibility information for the insurance clause;
a related subject configuration module 3006, the related subject configuration module 3006 being for configuring at least one related subject information of the insurance clause;
an additional insurance clause configuration module 3010, the additional insurance clause configuration module 3010 is configured to configure at least one additional insurance clause information of the insurance clauses;

On the basis of the insurance clause configuring means 3000 shown in fig. 9, the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of the present embodiment preferably further includes an additional insurance clause configuring module 3010.
The additional insurance clause configuration module 3010 can be displayed through the display module 3016 described above.
The additional insurance clause configuration module 3010 preferably includes an add control by which additional insurance clause information already stored in the memory/database can be added and an edit control by which additional insurance clause information can be edited/deleted, etc.
The additional insurance clause configuration module 3010 may perform operations such as addition, editing/deletion of additional insurance clause information based on the received operation instruction.
In the process of configuring an insurance product, an insurance clause to be configured often includes a main insurance clause and an additional insurance clause attached to the main insurance clause, for example, for a personal accident injury insurance clause (main insurance clause), additional accident injury ambulance expense insurance clause, additional accident injury medical expense insurance clause, additional accident injury hospitalization close insurance clause and other additional insurance clause information may be attached.
The associated risk classes described above may be risk classes having a hierarchical relationship, such as a first level risk class and a second level risk class that is a lower level risk class of the first level risk class.
For example, vehicle insurance may be considered a first level insurance class and vehicle commercial insurance may be considered a second level insurance class, both of which are associated insurance classes.
The associated risk class may also be a risk class with some common attributes, such as risk classes with personal attributes: health risks, accident risks and the like, wherein the health risks and the accident risks both have personal attributes and are related risks.
With the insurance clause configuring device 3000 of the above embodiment, it is preferable that the additional insurance clause information described in the present disclosure has a preset mapping relationship with the main insurance clause information described in the present disclosure.
As for the insurance clause configuration device 3000 of each embodiment described above, preferably, a mapping relationship between the additional insurance clause information and the main insurance clause information may be configured in advance, a certain main insurance clause information may establish a mapping relationship with a plurality of additional insurance clause information, and a certain additional insurance clause information may also establish a mapping relationship with a plurality of main insurance clause information.
Fig. 9 and 10 each show a block schematic configuration of an insurance clause configuring means 3000 employing a hardware implementation of a processing system.
The insurance policy configuration device 1000 and the insurance clause configuration device 3000 described in the present disclosure may be implemented based on the same hardware structure using the processing system, and both may be implemented based on one hardware structure.
For example, the insurance class configuration means 1000 and the insurance clause configuration means 3000 are configured in one electronic device (e.g., a computer).
The display module 1016 and the display module 3016 described above in this disclosure may be the same display module or different display modules.
It should be noted that the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of the present disclosure can also be implemented in the form of a computer software program architecture.
With the insurance clause configuring device 3000 according to each of the above embodiments, preferably, the mapping relationship between the related responsibility information and the related subject information is a mapping relationship based on a code.
For example, the storage/database may store a plurality of "related responsibility information" (i.e. insurance responsibility information related to insurance clauses), a plurality of "related subject information" (i.e. information of insurance subjects related to insurance clauses), each of the "related responsibility information" is assigned a code (preferably a digital code), each of the "related subject information" is also assigned a code (preferably a digital code), and based on the codes, a code-based mapping relationship between the related responsibility information and the related subject information can be established.
With the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of each of the above embodiments, each of the above-described insurance classes is given a code to characterize the association relationship between each of the insurance classes.
Illustratively, the risk classes may be life-long, accident, motor vehicle insurance, strong insurance, business insurance and the like, each of which may be assigned with a code (preferably a digital code), for example, the code for motor vehicle insurance is 01, the code for strong insurance is 011, and the code for business insurance is 012, and the association relationship between the risk classes may be characterized based on the coding features of the risk classes.
It should be noted that, in the light of the technical solutions disclosed herein, those skilled in the art should characterize the risk class based on various coding features, and all such characterizations fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset mapping relationship between the additional insurance clause information and the main insurance clause information described in the present disclosure is a mapping relationship based on coding.
Preferably, the related responsibility information is called from related responsibility information stored in the form of metadata, the related subject information is called from related subject information stored in the form of metadata, and the additional insurance clause information is called from additional insurance clause information stored in the form of metadata.
Fig. 11 is a block diagram schematically showing the structure of an insurance clause configuring means 3000 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 11, the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of the present embodiment includes:
a main insurance clause information configuration module 3002, wherein the main insurance clause information configuration module 3002 is used for configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
a related responsibility configuration module 3004, the related responsibility configuration module 3004 being configured for configuring at least one related responsibility information for the insurance clause;

the rule parameter table described in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a tariff table, a professional classification table, and the like, and the rule parameter configuration module 3012 performs an editing operation on the rule parameter table based on the received operation instruction.
The rule parameter configuration module 3012 preferably includes an add control by which one or more rule parameter tables already stored in memory/database can be added and an edit control by which the added rule parameter tables can be edited/deleted, etc.
The constant definitions described in this disclosure may be grace period, litigation time, etc., and preferably, these constant definitions are expressed in the form of a string.
The constant definition configuration module 3014 preferably includes an add control by which one or more constant definitions already stored in the memory/database can be added and an edit control by which the added constant definitions can be edited/deleted, etc.
It should be noted that the constant definition configuration module 3014 of the present disclosure may also perform constant definition configuration in an editing manner other than the manner of editing at least one of a character string, a numerical value, and a date, and all of them fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The rule parameter configuration module 3012 and the constant definition configuration module 3014 may be displayed by the display module 3016 described above.
With the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of each of the embodiments described above, the main insurance clause information preferably includes main insurance clause docket information, and the additional insurance clause information preferably includes additional insurance clause docket information.

The insurance clause configuring means 3000 of the present disclosure may include corresponding modules that perform each or several of the steps of the above-described flowcharts. Accordingly, each step or several steps in the above-described flowcharts may be performed by a respective module, and the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of the present disclosure may include one or more of these modules. The modules may be one or more software modules specifically configured to perform the respective steps.
Any process or method descriptions in flow charts or otherwise described herein may be understood as representing modules, segments, or portions of code which include one or more executable instructions for implementing specific logical functions or steps in the process, and alternate implementations are included within the scope of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure in which functions may be executed out of order from that shown or discussed, including substantially concurrently or in reverse order, depending on the functionality involved, as would be understood by those reasonably skilled in the art of the implementation of the present disclosure. The processor performs the various methods and processes described above. In some embodiments, some or all of the software programs may be loaded and/or installed via memory and/or a communication interface. When the software program is loaded into memory and executed by a processor, one or more steps of the method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the processor may be configured to perform one of the methods described above in any other suitable manner (e.g., by means of firmware).
The logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein may be embodied in any readable storage medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions.
The disclosure also provides an electronic device and a readable storage medium.
An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a memory storing the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of any one embodiment of the present disclosure in a manner of storing execution instructions; and the processor executes the execution instructions stored by the memory to complete the insurance clause configuration.
An electronic device according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a memory storing execution instructions; a processor executing the execution instructions stored by the memory to cause the processor to perform the insurance clause configuring method of any embodiment of the present disclosure.
According to a readable storage medium of an embodiment of the present disclosure, the readable storage medium stores the insurance clause configuring means 3000 of any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure in a manner of storing execution instructions.
According to a readable storage medium of a further aspect of the present disclosure, the readable storage medium has stored therein an execution instruction, which when executed by a processor, is for implementing the insurance clause configuring method of any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
For the purposes of this description, a "readable storage medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable read-only memory (CDROM). In addition, the readable storage medium may even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in the memory.
The present disclosure also provides an insurance system, comprising:
an insurance clause configuring means 3000 according to any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the insurance clause configuring means 3000 being for configuring insurance clauses;
the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 according to any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 creates an insurance product based on insurance clauses, which are configured by the insurance clause configuring apparatus 3000, and are stored in a memory/database in advance.
Preferably, the insurance system of the present disclosure further includes:
the insurance category configuration device 1000 according to any embodiment of the present disclosure, the insurance category configuration device 1000 is at least configured to configure the affiliated insurance category information of the insurance clause;
the insurance product processing means 5000 generates insurance product risk information based on the risk information belonging to the insurance clauses configured by the insurance risk configuration means 1000.
The insurance system of the present disclosure can be realized by a computer program software architecture, and also can be realized based on a hardware structure of a sampling processing system, which is not described in detail.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, comprising: a memory storing the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 according to any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure in a manner of storing execution instructions; and the processor executes the execution instructions stored by the memory to complete the processing of the insurance product.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, comprising: a memory storing execution instructions; a processor executing the execution instructions stored by the memory to cause the processor to perform the insurance product processing method S500 of any embodiment of the present disclosure.
This still provides an electronic equipment, includes: a memory storing the insurance system of any one embodiment of the present disclosure in a manner of storing execution instructions; a processor that executes execution instructions stored by the memory to perform configuration of the insurance clauses and/or processing of the insurance product.
The present disclosure also provides a readable storage medium storing the insurance product processing apparatus 5000 of any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure in a manner of storing execution instructions.
The present disclosure also provides a readable storage medium having stored therein execution instructions, which when executed by a processor, are used to implement the insurance product processing method S500 according to any embodiment of the present disclosure.
The architecture of the hardware implementation described above in this disclosure may be implemented using a bus architecture. The bus architecture may include any number of interconnecting buses and bridges depending on the specific application of the hardware and the overall design constraints. The bus 1100/3100/5100 couples various circuits including the one or more processors 1200/3200/5200, memory 1300/3300/5300, and/or hardware modules together. The bus 1100/3100/5100 may also connect various other circuits 1400/3400/5400 such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, external antennas, and the like.
The bus 1100/3100/5100 may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one connection line is shown, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
In the description herein, reference to the description of the terms "one embodiment/implementation," "some embodiments/implementations," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment/implementation or example is included in at least one embodiment/implementation or example of the present application. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms described above are not necessarily the same embodiment/mode or example. Claims (10)

1. An insurance product handling apparatus, comprising:
a basic information configuration module, which configures basic information of the insurance product to be created based on the received operation instruction, wherein the basic information at least comprises a product name;
the policy clause configuration module imports insurance clauses pre-stored in a memory/database, and carries out selection operation on the imported insurance clauses based on the received operation instruction so as to configure the policy clauses of the insurance product; and
a creation module that creates the insurance product based on the received operation instructions, the configured basic information, and the selected insurance clauses.
2. The insurance product processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the policy terms configuration module imports the insurance terms in a manner of importing structured data of the insurance terms.
3. The insurance product processing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the structured data of insurance clauses includes subordinate insurance class information of insurance clauses;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
an insurance product factory module that automatically acquires the insurance product created by the creation module and makes the insurance product in an editable state;
preferably, the insurance product factory module includes:
the product definition module carries out editing operation on one or more than two created insurance products based on the received operation instruction;
preferably, the product definition module comprises:
the basic information editing sub-module carries out editing operation on the basic information configured by the basic information configuration module based on the received operation instruction; and
the policy clause editing sub-module is used for editing the policy clauses configured by the policy clause configuration module based on the received operation instruction;
preferably, the basic information editing sub-module generates editable insurance product insurance information based on the affiliated insurance information of the imported insurance clauses;
preferably, the policy clause configuration module comprises:
the insurance class extraction sub-module is used for automatically extracting the affiliated insurance class information of the imported insurance clauses so that the basic information editing sub-module can generate editable insurance product insurance class information based on the affiliated insurance class information of the imported insurance clauses;
preferably, the product definition module further comprises:
the special appointment information configuration sub-module is used for importing special appointment information which is pre-stored in a memory/database;
preferably, the product definition module further comprises:
the additional description information configuration sub-module is used for importing additional description information which is pre-stored in a memory/database;
preferably, the insurance product factory module includes an insurance product editing control that activates the product definition module based on the received operation instruction;
preferably, the insurance product factory module comprises an insurance product newly-added control, and the insurance product newly-added control activates the basic information configuration module and the policy clause configuration module based on a received operation instruction, so that the creation module can create an insurance product;
preferably, the product definition module further comprises:
the storage control stores the insurance product edited by the product definition module based on the received operation instruction;
preferably, the product definition module further comprises:
the storage control carries out storage operation on the saved insurance products based on the received operation instruction so as to enable the insurance products to be in a pre-release state;
preferably, the product definition module further comprises:
the issuing control carries out online/network issuing operation on the stored insurance products in the pre-issuing state based on the received operation instruction;
preferably, the insurance product factory module further comprises:
the product state generation sub-module generates a first state of the product based on the trigger of the saving control and/or the trigger of the creation module;
preferably, the insurance product factory module further comprises:
the system comprises a product interface configuration module, a management module and a management module, wherein the product interface configuration module is used for configuring related personnel information of insurance products, related target information of the insurance products and/or related insurance information of the insurance products in a metadata mode;

the product rule configuration module is used for configuring at least one of an insurance application rule, an insurance check rule, a payment rule, a correction rule, a case report rule and a claim settlement rule based on the insurance class information to which the insurance product belongs;
preferably, the product rule configuration module includes: at least one of an application rule configuration component, an insurance approval rule configuration component, a payment rule configuration component, a correction rule configuration component, a report rule configuration component and a claim settlement rule configuration component;
each rule configuration component performs rule configuration based on one or more functions/tasks which can be executed by each sub-module of the product function configuration module;
preferably, the metadata of the product interface configuration sub-module can be previewed/displayed in the form of fields.
4. An insurance product processing method, comprising:
configuring basic information of an insurance product to be created based on the received operation instruction, wherein the basic information at least comprises a product name;
importing insurance clauses pre-stored in a memory/database;
selecting the imported insurance clauses to configure the policy clauses of the insurance product; and
creating the insurance product based on the received operation instructions, the configured basic information and the selected insurance clauses;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
editing one or more created insurance products based on the received operation instruction;
preferably, the editing operation is performed on one or more than two created insurance products based on the received operation instruction, and the editing operation comprises the following steps:
editing the configured basic information based on the received operation instruction; and
editing the configured policy clauses based on the received operation instruction;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
automatically acquiring the created insurance product and making the created insurance product in an editable state.
5. An insurance system, comprising:
insurance clause configuration means for configuring insurance clauses; and
the insurance product processing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the insurance product processing apparatus creates an insurance product based on insurance clauses pre-stored in a memory/database configured by the insurance clause configuring apparatus;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
the insurance type configuration device is at least used for configuring the affiliated insurance type information of the insurance clauses;
the insurance product processing device generates the insurance product insurance class information based on the subordinate insurance class information of the insurance clauses configured by the insurance class configuration device.
6. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory storing the insurance product processing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3 in a manner that stores execution instructions; and
a processor that executes the execution instructions stored by the memory to complete processing of the insurance product.
7. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory storing execution instructions; and
a processor that executes execution instructions stored by the memory to cause the processor to perform the insurance product handling method of claim 4.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory storing the insurance system of claim 4 in a manner that stores execution instructions; and
a processor that executes execution instructions stored by the memory to perform configuration of terms of insurance 5 and/or processing of insurance products.
9. A readable storage medium storing the insurance product processing apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 3 in a manner to store execution instructions.
10. A readable storage medium having stored therein execution instructions, the execution instructions when executed by a processor, for implementing the insurance product processing method of claim 4.
