The stress is measured and calculated according to the maximum deflection angle, when the maximum deflection is ensured to be corrected smoothly, the appearance of the protective bar does not cause negative influence on the production space, other equipment and personnel safety, and the analysis result is shown in table 1:

The experimental result shows that when the number of the rollers 13 is 22 or more, there is no friction between the rollers 13, and the friction force is the smallest and the most smooth, but considering the cost, the number of the rollers 13 is determined to be 22.
The roller 13 is preferably a hollow cylindrical nylon roller with the diameter of 30mm, the thickness of 5mm and the length of 50 mm.
The protective bar is symmetrically fixed on two sides of the track machine through the base and the bolts, and a double-bolt fixed conveying guide device is adopted for ensuring the stability of the structure. Specifically, referring to fig. 3-4, the base comprises a height adjusting plate 21, a supporting rod 22 and an interval adjusting bolt, a plurality of waist holes which are beneficial to adjusting the fixed height are formed in the height adjusting plate 21, the height adjusting plate 21 is fixed below two sides of the rail machine, the interval adjusting bolt is fixed on the protective bars, and the interval between the protective bars on two sides is adjusted through adjusting the fixed depth of the interval adjusting bolt. The device is fixed at the head and the tail of the rail machine through bolts by measurement, avoids the open angle positions of the front and the rear guard bars, and is fixed with the rail machine at the positions which are about 1/5 away from the two ends.
In the implementation process, after the conveying and guiding device is installed, the safety of the tobacco basket is checked mainly through the sense organ check of workers before use: checking whether the main stress components of the smoke basket have the phenomena of integral or local instability, fatigue deformation, cracks, severe corrosion and the like; the connection of the metal structure and the welding seam have no obvious deformation cracking; whether the bolt connection is loosened or damaged or not and whether enough pretightening force exists or not so as to avoid influencing the calibration effect of the basket position running track.
Debugging operation and effect verification
After installation and safety inspection, the vacuum rail machine is utilized to convey the tobacco baskets;
and continuously testing 20 batches of cigarettes, recording the failure times, and displaying the failure times to be 0 according to the result, so that the device can realize the expected effect and is put into application.
