By providing the bracket 122, the load-bearing capacity of the second backrest 12 can be increased, and the stability and firmness of the support can be increased no matter the second backrest 12 is used as a seat or is used for a user to have a rest while lying. For example, in the example of fig. 4, the mount 13 may be used to support the seat in conjunction with the bracket 122 when the user is lying down, which may prevent the second backrest 12 from collapsing and reduce user concern.
The form of the support 122 is not limited in the present application, and may be, for example, a splayed support, a triangular support, or the like. The stand 122 may be folded away when not in use to avoid taking up excess space. In addition, in the state of fig. 1, the small articles can be hung by using the protruding area of the bracket 122 to enhance the practicability.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the second backrest 12 may be turned forward by the third recliner 121; the second backrest 12 can be lifted before being turned forward to prevent interference with the first backrest 11 during turning.
When a user desires to clean or refurbish the interior of the vehicle, it may be desirable to fold the seat to minimize seat volume, increase vehicle interior space, and protect the seat from wear. At this time, the base 10 may be turned forward to the position shown in fig. 6, the first backrest 11 may be turned forward to the original position of the base 10, and the second backrest 12 may be turned. To avoid interference, the second backrest 12 may be lifted first, and then the second backrest 12 may be folded upside down over the first backrest 11.
Specifically, the second backrest 12 may be lifted in any of the following ways.
The first method is as follows: one end of the second backrest 12 close to the base 10 is provided with a telescopic part, and the height of the second backrest 12 is adjusted by the telescopic part in a telescopic way. Normally, the telescopic portion is in a retracted state, and when it is necessary to raise the second backrest 12, the telescopic portion can be extended to raise the second backrest 12.
The second method comprises the following steps: the folding seat is provided with a lifting adjusting mechanism for lifting the second backrest 12. The lifting adjustment mechanism is, for example, a cylinder-driven or electric-driven structure, and adjusts the height of the second backrest 12 by a push rod, an expansion rod, or the like.
In any of the above-described modes, the normal use of the third recliner 121 is not affected when the second backrest 12 is adjusted to be high.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, a first preset distance is provided between the first backrest 11 and the base 10, a second preset distance is provided between the first backrest 11 and the second backrest 12, and the first backrest 11 can be turned backwards through the second recliner 111, so that the upper end of the first backrest 11 abuts against the second backrest 12, and the first backrest 11 forms a lumbar pad.
This application can add the function of bustle through first back 11 upset backward promptly. By setting the first preset interval and the second preset interval, conditions are provided for the first backrest 11 to be turned backwards. In order to form a more comfortable lumbar pad, the first backrest 11 may be designed to be relatively small, for example, one-half or one-third as large as the second backrest 12, and when the first backrest 11 is turned backwards, one end of the first backrest abuts against the base 10 and the other end of the first backrest abuts against the second backrest 12, so that the lumbar region of the user can be supported at a position close to the lumbar region of the user.
As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the folding seat further comprises a headrest, and the headrest is detachably mounted on the top of the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12.
By arranging the headrest, the length of the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12 is prolonged equivalently, the leaning area of the back, the neck or the head can be increased, and the comfort of the seat is further improved.
Preferably, the headrest includes a backrest portion 141 and a headrest portion 142, the headrest portion 142 is disposed above the backrest portion 141, and the headrest portion 142 can rotate back and forth relative to the backrest portion 141.
When the first backrest 11 is turned forward for use, the first backrest 11 cannot be provided with a large volume due to limited space, and when the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12 is used as a backrest, the length of the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12 is limited, and the whole back of a user may not be leaned on. By providing a backrest portion 141 which provides a resting position for the user in the region near the shoulders, and a headrest portion 142 which provides support for the user's neck and head, the resting position of the user is improved.
Further, the neck and head of the user can be optimally placed by adjusting the rotation of the headrest portion 142. For example, in the functional position of fig. 1, the headrest portion 142 may be rotated back as appropriate to relieve fatigue on the user's neck and head. In the functional position of fig. 4, the head rest portion 142 can be rotated forward to raise its position to achieve the effect of a pillow.
In some embodiments, the backrest portion 141 is removably connected to the headrest portion 142. Specifically, the headrest portion 142 is provided with a first insertion portion, the backrest portion 141 is provided with a first receiving portion adapted to the first insertion portion, and the first insertion portion is in insertion fit with the first receiving portion. The first insertion part is, for example, an insertion rod, an insertion tube (such as a steel tube), and the first receiving part is, for example, a slot. Further, in order to ensure the connection strength between the backrest portion 141 and the headrest portion 142, the first inserting portion may be provided with a locking portion, and correspondingly, the first receiving portion is provided with a matching portion, and when the first inserting portion is inserted into the first receiving portion, the locking portion and the matching portion are locked at the same time. The locking portion is, for example, a barb, and the fitting portion is, for example, a stopper rib.
Further, the first receiving portion is provided with a plurality of receiving positions so as to be capable of switching among the plurality of receiving positions when the headrest portion 142 rotates relative to the backrest portion 141. The plurality of receiving positions are, for example, a plurality of slots communicating with each other, so that the first inserting portion of the headrest portion 142 can be adapted to match the corresponding receiving position when the headrest portion is rotated.
In other embodiments, the first inserting portion may be disposed on the backrest portion 141, and correspondingly, the first receiving portion is disposed on the headrest portion 142.
In other embodiments, the backrest 141 is detachably connected to the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12. Specifically, the backrest 141 is provided with a second inserting portion, the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12 is provided with a second receiving portion adapted to the second inserting portion, and the second inserting portion is inserted into and matched with the second receiving portion. The second insertion part is, for example, an insertion rod, an insertion tube (such as a steel tube), etc., and the second receiving part is, for example, a slot. Furthermore, in order to ensure the connection strength, the second plug-in part can be provided with a locking part, correspondingly, the second receiving part is provided with a matching part, and when the second plug-in part is plugged in the second receiving part, the locking part and the matching part are simultaneously locked. The locking portion is, for example, a barb, and the fitting portion is, for example, a stopper rib.
In other embodiments, the backrest 141 can rotate back and forth relative to the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12 to improve the leaning angle of the user.
In the embodiment that the backrest 141 is detachably connected to the first backrest 11 or the second backrest 12, and the backrest 141 is detachably connected to the headrest 142, the user can replace the backrest 141 and the headrest 142 with different specifications/sizes according to his/her needs, so as to further improve the user experience.
On the basis of above-mentioned folding seat, this application still can provide the car including above-mentioned folding seat, optimizes the performance of car through promoting folding seat's performance.
Where not mentioned in this application, can be accomplished using or referencing existing technology.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A folding seat, comprising:
the base is provided with a first angle adjuster, and the base can be turned forwards or backwards through the first angle adjuster;
the first backrest and the second backrest are arranged on one side, away from the first angle adjuster, of the base in parallel, and the first backrest is arranged between the base and the second backrest;
the first backrest is provided with a second adjuster, the first backrest can turn forwards through the second adjuster, the second backrest is provided with a third adjuster, and the second backrest can turn backwards through the third adjuster.
2. A folding seat according to claim 1,
the base can be turned forwards to a first position or a second position, wherein the base is parallel to the horizontal plane in the first position, and the base is inclined downwards relative to the horizontal plane to form a leg support in the second position.
3. A folding seat according to claim 1,
the second backrest can be turned backwards to a third position or a fourth position, in the third position, the second backrest is parallel to the horizontal plane, and in the fourth position, the second backrest inclines obliquely relative to the horizontal plane.

the folding seat further comprises a back cushion, wherein the back cushion is detachably mounted at the top of the first backrest or the second backrest.
