Abstract
The invention provides a printing method of a metal-imitating carving handicraft printed matter, which comprises the following steps of designing a metal-imitating carving pattern, deconstructing the metal-imitating carving pattern, and obtaining a die with a metal-imitating carving microstructure; transferring the graphic and text information on the metal-imitated carving microstructure to the surface of the resin film by using the through pipe die; vacuum aluminizing is carried out on the resin film bearing the graphic and text information to form a relief surface; transferring the relief surface to a printing stock to obtain a printing semi-finished product; performing color rendering on the relief surface on the printing semi-finished product by using ink color printing to form a printed matter of the metal-imitation carving process; the printing method of the metal-imitating carving craft printed matter provided by the invention can present naked eye three-dimensional effect and dynamic change effect, can reduce process links and reduce production cost.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of printing, and particularly relates to a metal-imitating carving craft printed matter and a printing method.
Background
The hot embossing and hot stamping technology is commonly used in the printing industry, namely, embossing processing is carried out on a stamping position while hot stamping is realized, so that a printing material is stamped and formed in one step, the hot embossing and hot stamping technology is favorable for carrying out the hot stamping treatment on large-area patterns, the manufacturing effect is attractive, and the hot embossing and hot stamping technology is generally used for printing patterns imitating three-dimensional effects (such as embossments and the like). But the printing technology of the hot embossing and hot stamping is difficult to restore aiming at the more precise metal engraving effect. Preferably, the bottom layer of the plain net flower is a bottom color layer printed by using 100% special yellow ink through printing, the middle tone layer of the pattern layer is a pattern layer printed by using red ink, the tone range of the pattern area is 10% -70%, and the background area is left without ink.
Preferably, the resin film is retained or removed when the embossed surface is transferred to a paper substrate.

transferring the relief surface to a printing stock to obtain a printed semi-finished product, wherein the surface of the printed semi-finished product is bright and pure white gloss, has higher brightness and strong glare effect compared with the traditional holographic white, has texture similar to the metal glare effect, and simulates the three-dimensional dynamic change of metal texture to realize special optical texture effect, and the surface of the printed semi-finished product is bright and pure white gloss;
and finally, performing color rendering on the embossed surface by using ink color printing on the printed semi-finished product to form a printed matter imitating the metal carving process.

and performing color rendering on the relief surface by using ink color printing on the printing semi-finished product to form a printed matter imitating the metal carving process.
