1. The processing method of the composite pine wood flame-retardant board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, selecting a rotary-cut pine rotary-cut board as a base material of the composite flame-retardant board;
s2, cooking the pine rotary cutting plate in a sealed tank by using the solution for pine degreasing treatment;
s3, after the soaking is finished, discharging the solution, and vacuumizing;
s4, cooling the pine rotary-cut plate, and taking out the pine rotary-cut plate from the sealed tank after cooling to normal temperature;
s5, drying the pine rotary cutting board taken out of the sealed tank for later use;
s6, preparing a flame-retardant solvent, wherein the ratio of the flame-retardant solvent to water is 1: 7, soaking the pine rotary cutting board in the S5 in a flame-retardant solvent, and cooking by adopting a cooking method until the components of the flame-retardant solvent completely permeate into the wood fibers of the pine rotary cutting board;
s7, drying the rotary-cut pine boards, coating glue on the rotary-cut pine boards, and sticking the rotary-cut pine boards into a multi-layer composite pine board;
s8, heating and pressing the composite pine board by using pressing equipment, and naturally drying after pressing;
and S9, after air drying, performing wood packaging to obtain the composite pine flame-retardant board.

The method for processing the composite pine wood flame-retardant board according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, sawn timber of the pine wood after rotary cutting is divided into three sawn timber of a thin board, a middle board and a thick board, wherein the thickness of the thin board is 20-22mm, the thickness of the middle board is 26-30mm, and the thickness of the thick board is more than 40 mm.

The method for processing the composite pine wood fire retardant board according to claim 1, wherein in the S2, the cooking solution is a mixture of NaHCO3+ Na2CO3+ Ca (CIO3) + active agent, the cooking solution is mixed according to the proportion of the pH value of 10-12, and the temperature for cooking the pine wood rotary cutting board by using the solution is 75-85 ℃.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S2, the time for cooking the pine wood rotary cutting board with the solution depends on the thickness of the sawn timber, and the cooking time for the pine wood rotary cutting board is 8-24 hours.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pine rotary cut board is heated by steam for 2-4 hours according to the thickness of the sawn timber and maintained at 60-80 ℃ after the solution is discharged at step S3.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S5, the moisture content of the pine rotary-cut board is maintained within 10-12% after the pine rotary-cut board is dried.
7. The method for processing the composite pine wood flame-retardant board according to claim 1, wherein in the step S6, the cooking temperature is 80-85 ℃, the cooking time is 25-35 hours, and the vacuum-pumping treatment is performed after the cooking is completed.

The processing method of the composite pine wood flame-retardant board as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step S6, the flame-retardant solvent comprises ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, zinc borate, magnesium hydroxide and water, and the components are as follows in parts by weight: 8 parts of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 15 parts of zinc borate, 3 parts of magnesium hydroxide and the balance of water.
9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S9, the composite pine wood fire-retardant board is polished and trimmed before being packaged.
10. The composite pine flame-retardant board is processed based on the processing method of the composite pine flame-retardant board disclosed by claims 1-9, and is characterized in that pine materials of pine trees are used as base materials of the composite flame-retardant board.
