A feeding and dust-binding device is used for cleaning and dust-binding paper foreign matters in production of etching lines of lead frames and is characterized by comprising a feeding machine for conveying paper, a double-roller dust-binding machine connected with the feeding machine and used for carrying out dust-binding treatment on the paper, and a spacer receiving machine connected with the double-roller dust-binding machine and used for receiving materials, wherein the feeding machine comprises a plurality of lifting feeding platforms and a feeding suction nozzle cylinder arranged above the feeding platforms and used for producing and sucking materials; the double-roller dust adhering machine comprises four groups of upper and lower silica gel dust adhering rollers and two groups of upper and lower dust adhering paper; the spacer material receiving machine comprises a plurality of material receiving discs which are arranged in parallel and the height of each material receiving disc can be adjusted.
2. The feeding and dust-binding equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeder further comprises an intelligent suction device for sensing whether paper separation exists or not to control the feeding nozzle cylinder to suck.
3. A feeding and dust-binding apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the feeder further comprises a touch control device for controlling and monitoring production quantity in real time.
4. A feeding and dust-binding apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the feeding platforms is four, and correspondingly, the number of the feeding nozzle cylinders is four.
5. A feeding and dust-binding device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the position of the dust-binding paper is provided with a pull-out mechanism for facilitating the replacement of the dust-binding paper.
