本申请实施例提供一种通信方法及装置,该方法包括:终端设备获取网络设备的配置信息。终端设备根据配置信息确定统计信息,其中,统计信息用于统计针对下行传输的解码结果。终端设备发送统计信息。通过根据配置信息确定针对下行传输的解码结果的统计信息,并发送统计信息,以使得在HARQ进程关闭了HARQ反馈功能的情况下,网络设备仍然可以确定终端设备的真实信道环境,从而提升调度性能,以提升通信质量。
