技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有透明区域以及标识的医疗产品。
背景技术
根据准则2011/62/EU，欧盟要求采取措施来识别假药并且防止假药进入供应链。根据医疗设备法规(EU)2017/745，对于医疗产品也产生类似的要求。在此需要设备唯一标识符(UDI)作为标识。在此，膜例如袋的印刷在技术上以及在可能的可渗出的成分(“浸出物”)方面都是要求高的。
发明内容
因此，本发明基于如下目的：实现一种医疗产品和一种方法，在所述医疗产品和方法中，标识良好地附着，承受消毒过程并且耐消毒剂。除此之外必须遵循在使用期限内对于药物而言在提取物/浸出物方面等的严格要求。
该目的通过根据权利要求1的医疗产品和根据权利要求10的方法来实现。
然后提出，在透明区域上存在烫印膜并且在烫印膜上存在热转印膜，所述热转印膜本身具有标识，其中标识与烫印膜具有不同的颜色。
在优选的设计方案中，透明区域本身是膜，例如袋膜。烫印膜被施加到所述透明区域上并且最后热转印膜被施加到该烫印膜上。
所述热转印膜由标识构成或至少具有标识。
优选地，透明区域是膜。

可考虑的是，烫印膜部段地或整体上是白色的，并且热转印膜部段地或整体上是黑色的。
为了确保标识的足够的使用寿命，热转印膜能够构成用于承受医疗产品的灭菌过程。这优选意味着标识能够承受在124℃或更高温度下的温度处理。
标识的其他优选的特性是其在透明区域例如在袋、软管等上的好的附着和/或其对消毒剂的耐受性和/或其在使用寿命内不具有任何提取物/浸出物。
优选地，医药产品是袋，所述袋包含新鲜的或使用过的透析溶液或透析液浓缩物或呈固体或液体形式的药物。
本发明还涉及根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于制备医疗产品的方法，其中，在烫印法中，首先将烫印膜施加到透明区域上，并且其中在另一步骤中将热转印膜施加到所述烫印膜上。

所述透明区域是膜。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的医疗产品，
其特征在于，
所述医疗产品是袋。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的医疗产品，
其特征在于，
所述标识是代码或者所述标识包括代码。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的医疗产品，
其特征在于，
所述标识是非加密信息，或者所述标识包括非加密信息。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的医疗产品，
其特征在于，
所述烫印膜与所述热转印膜和/或所述标识相比具有更浅的颜色。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的医疗产品，
其特征在于，
所述标识包括序列化信息。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的医疗产品，
其特征在于，
所述烫印膜部段地或整体上是白色的，并且所述热转印膜或所述标识部段地或整体上是黑色的。
