Abstract

技术领域
本公开涉及一种高度可调的椎间融合器,更详细地,涉及一种椎间融合器,其构成为以最小高度插入椎体之间,并且,其固定力由于通过端板插入的接骨螺钉得以改善。
背景技术
脊椎包括32至35块椎骨(vertebra)和椎间盘(intervertebral disk),简称为椎间盘。脊椎作为身体的中心部分连接顶部的颅骨和底部的骨盆。
脊椎由7块颈椎(cervical vertebrae)、12块胸椎(thoracic vertebrae)、5块腰椎(lumbar vertebrae)、5块骶椎(sacrum)和3至5块尾椎(coccyx)组成。对成人而言,5块骶椎融合为一个骶骨,并且,3至5块尾椎融合为一块尾骨。
脊椎融合术是一种用于长期持续的严重脊椎疾病的治疗方法。在脊椎融合术中,除去椎间盘(interverterbral disk)并将作为其替代物的融合器(cage)插入相邻的椎体之间来使相邻的椎体彼此融合。
根据融合器插入方向,用于腰椎的脊椎融合术可以区分为后路腰椎椎体间融合术(PLIF,Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion)、经椎间孔腰椎间融合术(TLIF,Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion)、侧路腰椎椎体间融合术(LLIF,LateralLumbar Interbody Fusion)、斜外侧腰椎椎间融合术(OLIF,Oblique Lumber InterbodyFusion)、前路腰椎椎间融合术(ALIF,Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion)等。
后路腰椎椎体间融合术(PLIF)为沿着脊椎的中心线进行切割以完全露出椎体,除去脊椎骨后方的一部分,除去椎间盘,并插入PLIF融合器的方法。
后路腰椎椎体间融合术(PLIF)为脊椎融合术中最古老的方法,且为在将两块或三块的椎骨融合在一起时必不可少的方法。然而,后路腰椎椎体间融合术有如下缺点:由于手术过程,在神经、韧带和肌肉中发生粘连的可能性较高,并且,由于切割面积大,恢复时间也长,有些患者可能有严重的后遗症。
对PLIF融合器而言,一对小型融合器设置于左右两侧,具有在用于椎间融合术的所有融合器中最小的尺寸。
经椎间孔腰椎间融合术(TLIF)为沿着脊椎肌肉两侧形成较小的切口且以最低限度露出脊椎体,然后除去脊椎关节部位以露出神经孔的同时,插入TLIF融合器以替代椎间盘的手术方法。这种手术方法出血量少,且可以减少手术时间,因此适用于单关节手术,但需要对多个部位进行手术时,应进行PLIF手术。由于TLIF融合器大多形成为圆弧形状,通过将TLIF融合器插入椎体之间并使其转动,TLIF融合器中突出的部分朝向腹部。TLIF融合器大于PLIF融合器,然而,其支撑面积小于稍后描述的LLIF融合器或ALIF融合器的支撑面积。
前路腰椎椎间融合术(ALIF)具有从手术的恢复较快且无需忧虑粘连等的诸多优点。但是,由于其在切割前方(腹部)并推开内脏器官的同时接近脊椎来进行,需要非常熟练的技术。ALIF融合器的优点是,其在所有脊椎融合术融合器中最大的支撑面积。
作为这种ALIF融合器,公开了一种具有孔的自支撑融合器(集成框架,IntegratedCage)(US2014-0277487A),其中,螺钉可以通过所述孔插入固定于椎体以防止手术后融合器的脱离。
另外,US9585762和US2019-0133782A公开一种自立型ALIF融合器,其具有可调的高度。然而,在US9585762中,融合器高度由竖直型棘轮302调节,实质上被调节的是角度,而不是高度。对于US2019-0133782A而言,虽然可以调节其高度,其结构太复杂,因此不容易制造。

技术问题
为了解决前述的技术问题,本公开目的在于提供一种脊椎融合器,其可以以最小高度插入椎体之间,可以在插入状态下调节高度的同时能够稳定地支撑一对端板的移动,尤其,所述椎间融合器的固定力由于通过端板插入的接骨螺钉得以改善。
技术方案
为了实现前述的目的,本公开提供一种椎间融合器,其特征在于,包括:第一远端和第二远端,其接触相邻的椎体;远端移动块,其固定为可以相对于形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板的一端的板倾斜部移动;近端移动块,其固定为可以相对于形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板的另一端的板倾斜部移动;调节部件,其可转动地固定于所述近端移动块且螺钉结合至所述远端移动块,以能够调节所述远端移动块与所述近端移动块之间的距离;第一引导部,其朝向所述第二端板形成于所述第一端板;第二引导部,其朝向所述第一端板形成于所述第二端板,且通过与所述第一引导部的滑动约束所述第一端板和所述第二端板互相接近或隔开的运动方向;接骨螺钉,其通过形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板中的接骨螺钉孔插入;以及锁紧部件,其结合至所述近端移动块以防止所述接骨螺钉脱离,其中,所述第一引导部和所述第二引导部形成为支撑所述第一端板和所述第二端板在长度方向或宽度方向上的负荷。
所述椎间融合器的特征在于,在所述远端移动块和所述近端移动块形成有块滑动件,并且,在所述板倾斜部形成有板滑动件,其相对所述块滑动件进行滑动。
所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,所述远端移动块的块滑动件设置于与板倾斜部相对应的块倾斜部的两侧,在设置于所述两侧的块滑动件的外侧设置有块辅助滑动件,并且,与所述块辅助滑动件相对应的板辅助滑动件形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板上。
另外,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,块加固倾斜部形成于所述块倾斜部的中心部,并且,与所述加固倾斜部相对应的加固倾斜部位形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板上。
并且,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,所述调节部件在一端具有与所述远端移动块螺栓结合的螺栓部,并且在另一端具有调节部件支撑面,其能够相对于所述近端移动块在预定的位置进行转动。
另外,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,所述第一引导部包括向所述第二端板突出的支柱,并且,所述第二引导部包括延伸壁,其向所述第一端板突出以能够对所述支柱进行滑动。
并且,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,在所述支柱的周围形成有容纳部,其在所述第一端板和所述第二端板接近时能够容纳所述延伸壁。
并且,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,在所述延伸壁上形成有引导槽,其用于诱导所述支柱的插入。
另外,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,在所述延伸壁上形成有间隙切割部,其防止所述接骨螺钉的干扰。
另外,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,所述锁紧部件包括用于盖住所述接骨螺钉的锁板和贯穿所述锁板且固定于所述近端移动块的锁紧螺栓,其中,在所述近端移动块中形成有锁紧螺栓结合部,其能够将锁紧螺栓结合至所述调节部件的前端。
并且,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,在所述锁板的后端形成有锁紧突起,其朝向所述接骨螺钉突出。
并且,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,所述锁紧螺栓再结合时接触并支持所述调节部件。
另外,所述椎间融合器的特征还在于,在所述接骨螺钉的远端部形成有没有螺纹的锚部。
另外,所述锚部的特征在于,朝向所述接骨螺钉的长度方向延伸形成的锚槽。
并且,所述锚部的特征还在于,具有以放射状突出的锚突起。
有益效果
根据本公开,可以使用一个融合器替代具有给定范围内的高度的融合器。因此,对制造商来说,可以减少需要生产的产品组的数目和库存量。并且,与具有以预设间隔预设的高度的常规的椎间融合器不同,本公开的椎间融合器的高度是可以根据患者椎体间距离线性地调节的,因此可以在根据患者状态的最佳高度进行手术。
另外,由于可以在最小高度插入所述融合器,不必根据适当的椎间间隔附加生产测试插入物,并且,医疗人员也无需在依序插入复数个测试插入物并确保插入空间。

所述椎间融合器100包括:第一端板102和第二端板104,其在上下方向上彼此面对;远端移动块108和近端移动块106,其布置于所述第一端板102与所述第二端板104之间且可以根据所述第一端板101、202和所述第二端板104之间的距离移动;调节部件110,其通过所述近端移动块106且连接至所述远端移动块108;接骨螺钉120,其插入所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104以固定于椎体;以及锁紧部件,其构成为防止所述接骨螺钉120脱离。

并且,加固倾斜部座位166从所述远端移动块座位164延伸。下面记载的加固倾斜部200可以位于所述加固倾斜部座位166,并且,在所述远端移动块108移动时,所述加固倾斜部座位166防止所述加固倾斜部200与所述第二板体122之间发生的干扰。
如图12和图13所示,块倾斜部174围绕具有调节部件孔188的近端连接管体190形成于所述近端移动块106上,其中,所述调节部件110被插入并支撑在所述调节部件孔188。在所述块倾斜部174的两侧形成有块滑动件180,其可滑动地联接至形成于所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104的板滑动件132和158。所述调节部件孔188包括:支撑部184,其与所述调节部件110接触以支撑所述调节部件110;以及支撑钳口186,其形成于所述支撑部184的远端侧以防止所述调节部件110脱离。并且,针孔178形成于所述近端移动块106的侧部,以防止位于支撑部184的所述调节部件110从中心脱离。并且,在所述近端移动块106的侧部形成有机具座位176,以使用机具固定所述椎间融合器100。并且,在相对于插入所述调节部件110的区域的近端侧形成有锁紧螺栓联接部182,其联接至下面记载的锁紧螺栓114。
如图14和图15中所示,在所述远端移动块108的中心部形成有远端连接管体198,其具有螺纹连接至所述调节部件110的移动块螺纹部202,并且在所述远端连接管体198的两侧形成有叶片部196。块倾斜部194形成于所述叶片部196,并且,块滑动件204设置于所述叶片部196的两侧。辅助块滑动件206形成于所述块滑动件204的外侧。所述块滑动件204和所述辅助块滑动件206分别构成为可滑动地结合至第一端板102的板滑动件142和辅助块滑动件144以及第二端板104的板滑动件168和辅助板滑动件170。
所述远端移动块108具有远端壁192以容易插入椎体之间,并且,所述远端壁192与所述块倾斜部194形成为一体。并且,在最小高度状态下,所述远端壁192与所述第一端板102的端部和所述第二端板104的端部接触而整体上形成一个插入部。尤其,在所述远端壁192的两侧形成有远端弯曲面208,以使插入更加容易。
加固倾斜部200形成于所述远端移动块108的中心,以在所述块滑动件204和所述辅助块滑动件206支撑负载时加固所述远端移动块108。如上所述,所述加固倾斜部200插入所述第一端板102的加固倾斜部座位140和所述第二端板104的加固倾斜部座位166的同时稳定地就位。
所述远端移动块108和所述近端移动块106实质上具有楔状结构,且构成为在使所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104上升或下降时推动或支撑所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104。
所述调节部件110可以实质上具有如图16所示的螺栓形状。换言之,所述调节部件110具有调节部件支撑面210和调节螺纹部214。连接部212可以形成于所述调节部件支撑面210与所述调节螺纹部214之间。在所述调节部件支撑面210的近端侧形成有针座位218,并且,工具槽216可以形成于所述针座位218的中心部分以向所述调节部件110提供驱动力。虽然所述调节螺纹部214为外螺纹,但在附图中省略详细描述。
所述调节部件支撑面210与所述远端移动块108的支撑部184接触且被可转动地支撑。所述调节螺钉部214螺纹连接至所述调节部件110的移动块螺纹部202。所述移动块螺纹部202为内螺纹,但在附图中省略详细描述。并且,由于所述调节部件支撑面210远端侧的间隙面与所述支撑钳口186接触,所述调节部件110不会从所述远端移动块108朝向远端侧脱离。并且,针部件118插入所述针座位218并位于所述针座位218,以使所述调节部件110不会在所述远端移动块108的近端侧方向脱离。
结果,所述调节部件120可以在所述调节部件110的给定内部位置转动。
在所述第一板体122的两侧,在厚度方向即朝向所述第二端板104的方向上形成有一对支柱124。并且,在所述支柱124周围形成有容纳部126,其中可以容纳将在下面提及的延伸壁148。并且,在所述第二板体146的两侧在厚度方向即朝向所述第一端板102的方向上形成有延伸壁148,且在所述延伸壁148的内侧形成有槽150,其可以容纳并引导所述支柱124。结果,由于所述支柱124容纳在所述槽150内部并在其内上下移动,所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104在受到制约的状态下彼此接近或隔开。在此,所述支柱124和所述延伸壁148与第一引导部和第二引导部相对应。所述第一引导部和所述第二引导部支撑所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104的长度方向或宽度方向上的负荷或扭转。
并且,在俯视时,所述延伸壁148形成为具有大约U字形状以围绕所述支柱124。并且,在所述延伸壁148上形成有间隙切割面149,以防止所述接骨螺钉120插入狭窄的空间时所述延伸壁148阻碍所述接骨螺钉120的插入。
所述锁紧部件可以包括:锁板112,其盖住所述接骨螺钉120;锁紧螺栓114,其通过所述锁板112固定于所述近端移动块106。
如图17和图18所示,所述锁板112具有大约板状的锁板体220,并且,从所述锁板体220的两侧延伸的盖部222可以形成为稍微弯曲,以覆盖所述锁紧螺栓114。并且,锁紧突起228可以形成于所述盖部222的后端,即所述盖部222的远端侧。所述锁紧突起228可以形成为实质上半球形状,且可以进行各种变形。由于所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104之间的间隔可以改变,分别插入所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104的接骨螺钉120的螺钉头236之间的间隔也可以改变。因此,所述锁紧突起228优选形成为所述盖部222的后端,使得所述第一端板102与所述第二端板104之间的间隔最小到最大改变的所有区域中能够覆盖所述螺钉头236。
并且,锁紧螺栓孔226形成于所述锁板体220的中心部,以接收所述锁紧螺栓114的一部分。锁紧螺栓座位224形成于所述锁紧螺栓孔226周围以支撑所述锁紧螺栓114的锁紧螺栓头230的后端。并且,锁紧螺栓紧固部182形成于所述近端移动块106联接部182,使得锁紧螺栓114能够联接至所述调节部件110的前端。所述锁紧螺栓联接部182为内螺纹,但在附图中省略详细描述。
所述锁紧螺栓114包括:锁紧螺栓头230,其构成为安装于所述锁紧螺栓座位224;锁紧螺纹部234,其上形成有用于联接至所述锁紧螺栓联接部182的螺纹;以及工具槽232,其用于与工具结合。尤其,还可以在所述锁紧螺栓114中形成环槽,且将固定环116插进所述环槽以防止所述锁紧螺栓114从所述锁板112脱离。
当所述锁紧螺栓114紧固至所述近端移动块106,所述锁紧螺栓114与所述调节部件110接触,由此,所述锁紧螺栓114推动所述调节部件110。此时,在所述锁紧螺栓114与所述调节部件110之间产生摩擦力。结果,在所述调节部件110的螺纹区域的摩擦力增强,因此,即使负载,尤其反复性负载施加到所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104,所述调节部件110也不被松开。
下面,参照图20至图23,对根据实施例的接骨螺钉120和作为其变形例的接骨螺钉242、252和264进行描述。
图20所示的接骨螺钉120是根据现有技术的接骨螺钉。所述接骨螺钉120包括:螺钉头236,其构成为当所述接骨螺钉120插入所述接骨螺钉孔134和160时限制所述接骨螺钉120插入的程度;工具槽238,其形成于所述螺钉头236中以接收工具;以及螺纹部240,其与所述螺钉头236形成为一体且构成为插入椎体。所述螺纹部240包括双头螺纹和单头螺纹,以均适于松质骨(cancellous bone)和皮质骨(cortical bone)。
图21所示的接骨螺钉242包括:螺钉头244;工具槽246,其形成于所述螺钉头244中;以及椎体插入区域,其与所述螺钉头244形成为一体且在近端具有螺纹部248且在远端具有锚部250。
在使用ALIF融合器进行手术时,为了设定最初方向,需要诸如锥子(awl)的单独机具。并且,紧固至松质骨(cancellous bone)的螺钉的固定力并不大,因此,在这区域中的螺纹往往没有很大的意义。因此,所述接骨螺钉242包括形成于所述螺纹部248远端部的锚部250。在这种情况下,在设定最初方向时不需要附加的机具机具,并且,由于在一定区域通过打击进行插入,可以减少由螺钉转动而引起的不便。
所述接骨螺钉242的锚部250具有钉子(nail)的形状,其中只有柄部(shank)的端部具有易于插入的圆锤形尖端。
图22所示的接骨螺钉252包括:螺钉头254;工具槽256,其形成于所述螺钉头254中;以锥体插入区域,其与所述螺钉头244形成为一体且在近端部具有螺钉部258且在远端部具有锚部260。并且,在所述锚部260中形成有锚槽262。
所述锚槽262在所述接骨螺钉252的长度方向上形成,且用于增加与骨接触的面积来增强锚固力。
图23所示的接骨螺钉264包括:螺钉头266;工具槽268,其形成于所述螺钉头266中;以及椎体插入区域,其与所述螺钉头268形成为一体且在近端部部具有螺纹部270且在远端部具有锚部272。另外,锚部274形成于所述锚部272中形成有锚槽274,并且,在放径向上突出的锚突起276形成于所述锚部274。
所述锚槽274在所述接骨螺钉264的长度方向上形成以增加与骨接触的面积来增强锚固力,同时,可以由所述锚突起276防止所述接骨螺钉264脱离。
所述椎间融合器100的构成如上所述,下面,对使用所述椎间融合器100的手术方法进行描述。
首先,通过使用手术机器确保到椎体的手术路径,且去除椎间盘。接着,在使用无图示的融合器支架把持所述椎间融合器100的状态下将所述椎间融合器100插入已除去椎间盘的椎体之间。
然后,通过将诸如螺丝刀的机具插入所述调节部件110的工具槽216并使所述机具在一个方向上转动来使所述近端移动块106和所述远端移动块108互相接近,由此,所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104彼此间隔开。
然后,将所述接骨螺钉120插入且固定于所述第一端板102的所述接骨螺钉孔134和所述第二端板104的所述接骨螺钉孔160。此时,为了插入所述接骨螺钉120,最初使用称为锥子(awl)的集聚形成孔,并通过所形成的孔使用钻机增加孔的深度。然后,通过使用称为攻丝机(tapper)的集聚形成其尺寸略小于所述接骨螺钉120的螺纹以形成螺纹移动的路径,并使用螺丝刀等机具使所述接骨螺钉120转动并插入。可以省略由所述攻丝机形成螺纹。
然而,对于图21至23所述的骨钉242、252、264而言,省略这种锥子、钻头、攻丝机等机具,直接用木槌(mallet)等机具打击并对所述骨钉242、252、264进行方向设定和初期插入,并用球杆等机具使所述骨钉242、252、264转动以插入剩余的螺纹部区间。
如上所述插入接骨螺钉120、242、252、264后,使所述锁板112接近所述近端移动块106,并使用螺丝刀等机具使所述锁紧螺栓114转动并联接至所述近端移动块106的锁紧螺栓联接部182,由此结束所述椎间融合器100的插入过程。
类似地,在所述椎间融合器100被不正确插入或为再手术除去所述椎间融合器100的情况下,使用螺丝刀等机具使所述锁紧螺栓114反向转动,由此从所述近端移动块106分离所述锁板112。接着,通过使用螺丝刀等机具使所述接骨螺钉120、242、252、264转动来使所述接骨螺钉120、242、252、264从所述椎间融合器100脱离。在这种情况下,通过使所述接骨螺钉242、252或264的螺纹部分解开并用锥子等机具拔出所述接骨螺钉242、252或264来从所述椎间融合器100分离具有锚部的接骨螺钉242、252或264。
然后,在以无图示的融合器支架把持所述椎间融合器100的状态下,通过将螺丝刀等机具插入所述调节部件110并使所述机具反向转动来使所述近端移动块106与所述远端移动块108彼此间隔开。接着,使所述第一端板102和所述第二端板104彼此接近来减小所述椎间融合器100的高度。然后,从所述椎体除去所述椎间融合器100。
虽然如上所述参照本公开优选实施例进行了描述,本领域普通技术人员应当能够理解从不超出记载于下面的权利要求书中的本公开思想和领域的范围内能够对本公开进行各种修改和变更。
工业实用性
根据本公开,可以对给定的高度范围使用只有一个融合器,由此可以减少库存量、生产量和在手术中医疗人员的反复任务和负担。并且,由于可以减少手术时间和出血量,可以显著缩短患者回复时间。因此,本公开可以广泛适用于相关领域。

Claims (15)
1.一种椎间融合器,其特征在于,包括:第一端板和第二端板,其构成为与相邻的椎体接触;
远端移动块,其固定为能够相对于板倾斜部移动,所述板倾斜部形成于所述第一端板的一端部和所述第二端板的一端部;
近端移动块,其固定为能够相对于板倾斜部移动,所述板倾斜部形成于所述第一端板的另一端部和所述第二端板的另一端部;
调节部件,其可转动地固定于所述近端移动块且螺纹连接至所述远端移动块,以调节所述远端移动块与所述近端移动块之间的距离;
第一引导部,其朝向所述第二端板形成于所述第一端板上;
第二引导部,其朝向所述第一端板形成于所述第二端板上,且通过所述第二引导部与所述第一引导部之间的滑动来限制所述第一端板和所述第二端板彼此接近或隔开的运动方向;
接骨螺钉,其构成为插入形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板中的接骨螺钉孔;以及
锁定构件,其构成为紧固至所述近端移动块以防止所述接骨螺钉脱离,
其中,所述第一引导部和所述第二引导部支撑在所述第一端板和所述第二端板的长度方向或宽度方向上的负载。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,块滑动件形成于所述远端移动块和所述近端移动块上,并且,能够相对于所述块滑动件进行滑动的板滑动件形成于所述板倾斜部上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,所述远端移动块的块滑动件设置于与板倾斜部相对应的块倾斜部的两侧,辅助块滑动件设置于所述块滑动件的外侧,并且,与所述辅助块滑动件相对应的辅助板滑动件形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,加固倾斜部形成于所述块倾斜部的中心部,并且,与所述加固倾斜部相对应的加固倾斜部座位形成于所述第一端板和所述第二端板上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,所述调节部件:螺纹部,其形成于所述调节部件的一端且构成为螺纹连接至所述远端移动块;以及调节部件支撑面,其形成于所述调节部件的另一端且可以在给定的位置相对于所述近端移动块转动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,所述第一引导部包括向所述第二端板突出的支柱,并且,所述第二引导部包括延伸壁,其向所述第一端板突出以能够相对于所述支柱进行滑动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,容纳部形成于所述支柱附近以在所述第一端板和所述第二端板彼此接近时容纳所述延伸壁。
8.根据权利要求7所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,引导槽形成于所述延伸壁以引导所述支柱的插入。
9.根据权利要求7所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,间隙切割部形成于所述延伸壁上以防止与所述接骨螺钉发生干扰。
10.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,所述锁定构件包括:锁板,其构成为覆盖所述接骨螺钉;锁紧螺栓,其构成为贯穿所述锁板且固定于所述近端移动块,并且,锁紧螺栓联接部形成于所述近端移动块上,使得所述锁紧螺栓联接至所述调节部件的前端。
11.根据权利要求10所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,在所述锁板的后端形成有锁定突起,其朝向所述接骨螺钉突出。
12.根据权利要求10所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,所述锁紧螺栓在联接时与所述调节部件接触并推动所述调节部件。
13.根据权利要求1所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,没有螺纹的锚部形成于所述接骨螺钉的远端部上。
14.根据权利要求13所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,所述锚部具有锚槽,其在所述接骨螺钉的长度方向延伸。
15.根据权利要求14所述的椎间融合器,其特征在于,所述锚部具有以放射状突出的锚突起。
