Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with one or more embodiments of the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of one or more embodiments of the specification, as detailed in the claims that follow.
It should be noted that: in other embodiments, the steps of the corresponding methods are not necessarily performed in the order shown and described in this specification. In some other embodiments, the methods may include more or fewer steps than those described herein. Moreover, a single step described in this specification may be broken down into multiple steps in other embodiments; multiple steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
With the development of mobile electronic devices, the comprehensive performance and the application ecology of mobile terminals are continuously upgraded, and the mobile terminals play an indispensable important role in the scenes of life, entertainment, work and the like. But in the productivity scene, the PC terminal is still the first choice for mass office. Therefore, this leads to a demand for a user to have access to an application installed on a PC terminal on a mobile terminal or to an application installed on a mobile terminal on a PC terminal in daily life.
The operating system carried by the PC terminal and the operating system carried by the mobile terminal are usually different; moreover, different operating systems present environmental barriers to application execution and often also have different application ecology. Therefore, it is very significant how to reach the application running environment barrier between different operating systems and realize the application ecology complementation between different operating systems.
In the related art, in order to open the application running environment barrier between different operating systems and implement remote access to an application across the operating systems, the following technical solutions are generally adopted: the following description will be given taking an example of implementing remote access to an android application installed in an android operating system installed in a mobile terminal in a Windows operating system installed in a PC terminal.
In the first scheme, a user can simultaneously load an android subsystem in a Windows operating system, so that android applications are installed in the android subsystem, and the user can access the android applications in the Windows operating system loaded by a PC terminal. However, in this scheme, the subsystem needs to be installed in the Windows operating system, and the operation cost for downloading, installing, and managing the subsystem is high. Moreover, the android application installed in the android subsystem is completely independent of the android system carried by the mobile terminal of the user, and when the android application and the android system cannot directly perform data transmission synchronization, or higher cost is required to realize the data transmission synchronization of the android application and the android system.
In another scheme, the barrier of the application running environment between different operating systems can be opened through the screen projection function; for example, screen projection software may be installed in an android system carried by the mobile terminal, and through the screen projection software, a screen of the mobile terminal is projected to the PC terminal, and through the screen projection mode, a user may remotely access an application on the mobile terminal through a Windows operating system carried by the PC terminal. However, in the technical solution, the application is accessed across the operating systems in a screen-casting manner, and the mobile terminal is usually required to open the operating authority of the entire operating system to the PC terminal, which has a greater security risk.
In the third scheme, a user can purchase cloud services from a service provider, and deploys android applications installed in an android system carried by a mobile terminal to a cloud end, so that the user can remotely access the android applications deployed at the cloud end through the cloud services in a Windows operating system carried by a PC terminal. However, in the technical solution, depending on the cloud service provided by the service provider, the user needs to purchase the cloud resource from the service provider, which is high in implementation cost.
In the fourth scheme, a user can install desktop remote control software in a Windows operating system loaded on a PC terminal, perform desktop-level streaming processing on a system desktop of the android system through the remote control software, convert pictures related to the desktop into data streams and transmit the data streams to the Windows operating system, so as to realize remote access to applications installed in the android system. However, in this technical solution, performing desktop-level streaming processing for the operating system may increase the operation complexity of the user when remotely accessing the application across the operating systems. For example, the user needs to remotely open a system desktop, and then further open an application that the user needs to access in the system desktop.
As described above, when the technical solution is used to open the application running environment barrier between different operating systems and implement remote access to an application across operating systems, the problems of security risk, high implementation complexity and implementation cost, and high operation complexity of a user still exist.
In view of the above, the present specification aims to propose a streaming transport protocol-based remote access scheme for applications across operating systems.
The scheme conception of this specification lies in:
between a streaming service program running in a first operating system hosted by a first terminal and a streaming client program running in a second operating system hosted by a second terminal, there is a streaming transmission channel created based on a supported streaming transmission protocol, through which the streaming service program can transmit an application interface generated during the running of an application to the streaming client program, and through which the streaming client program can transmit operation data of a user for the application to the streaming service program, the first operating system may respond to the operation data of the user transmitted by the second operating system, the target application is run in the first operating system to complete the operation corresponding to the operation data, and an application screen generated in the process of running the target application, and transmitting the data stream to the streaming client program through the streaming transmission channel.
In this way, on the first aspect, application running environment barriers between different operating systems can be opened, and application ecology complementation between the first operating system and the second operating system is achieved.
In the second aspect, since the user can perform cross-operating system data transmission interaction with the streaming service program through the streaming client program to point-to-point remote access to the target application installed in the first operating system, in the whole access process, the operating authority of the whole operating system of the first operating system does not need to be opened to the user, and thus the security risk that the operating authority of the whole operating system of the first operating system is opened to the user can be avoided.
In a third aspect, since the streaming transport protocol is a general-purpose transport protocol, the peer-to-peer remote access across the operating systems for the target application is realized based on the general-purpose transport protocol, and the implementation complexity and the implementation cost of the remote access across the operating systems for the target application can be significantly reduced. For example, based on this scheme, the user may no longer need to purchase cloud services to pay additional costs.
In a fourth aspect, since the present application is actually a streaming scheme for a specific target application installed in the first operating system based on a streaming transport protocol, and is not a streaming scheme for the first operating system, compared with a conventional scheme for streaming an operating system to implement remote access to an application across operating systems, the present application is a relatively lightweight streaming scheme, which can reduce the operation complexity of a user when performing remote access to an application across operating systems.
For example, compared with the fourth scheme shown above, the user no longer needs to remotely open the system desktop, and then further opens the application that the user needs to access in the system desktop, but can perform remote access to the application across operating systems point-to-point based on the streaming client program, so that the operation of the user is simpler and more convenient.
The application access scheme of the present specification is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is an architectural diagram of an application access system across operating systems provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a first terminal 102, a connection channel 104, a second terminal 106, and the like.
The first terminal 102 and the second terminal 106 are one type of electronic device that a user may use. In fact, it is obvious that the user can also use electronic devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., to which one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited. The connection channels 104 may include connection channels constructed of at least one type of wired or wireless connection.
In an embodiment, a first terminal is taken as a PC terminal, a second terminal is taken as a mobile terminal, and a user accesses an application in the PC terminal through the mobile terminal, for example, the PC terminal can cooperate with the mobile terminal; the user can operate a target application in the PC terminal through the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal transmits collected operation data to the PC terminal through the connecting channel 104, then the PC terminal processes an operation interface of the target application based on the cross-operating system application access scheme of the specification, and the application interface is transmitted to the mobile terminal, so that the cross-operating system remote access of the target application is completed. In another embodiment, the first terminal 102 may access an application in the second terminal 106; the collected operation data is transmitted to the second terminal 106 through the connection channel 104 by the first terminal 102, the second terminal 106 processes the running interface of the target application based on the application access scheme of the cross-operating system of the present specification, and transmits the application interface to the first terminal 102, so as to complete the remote access of the cross-operating system for the target application.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an application access method across operating systems according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method can be applied to a streaming service program running in a first operating system hosted by a first terminal device, and a streaming client program running in a second operating system hosted by a second terminal; the first terminal device and the second terminal device may be, for example, PC terminals or mobile terminals shown in fig. 1. Wherein the first operating system and the second operating system may be different; the streaming client program maintains a list of at least a portion of the applications installed in the first operating system.
The method comprises the following steps that remote data transmission interaction is carried out between first terminal equipment and second terminal equipment, and the following steps are carried out:
step 202, the streaming client program responds to the access operation of a user to the target application in the list, and transmits the operation data of the user to the target application to the streaming service program through the streaming transmission channel;
the streaming client program may include any client program developed based on a streaming transport protocol supported by a terminal, and may be specifically configured to remotely transmit operation data of a user for a certain target application to a streaming server program matched with the target application when the user accesses the certain target application installed in an operating system in which the streaming server program is located.
Correspondingly, the streaming service program may also include a service program in any form developed based on a streaming transport protocol supported by the terminal, and is specifically configured to run the target application in an operating system in which the streaming service program is located according to the operation data transmitted by the streaming client program, complete an operation corresponding to the operation data, and transmit an application screen generated in a running process of the target application to the streaming client program.
At least one streaming transmission channel created based on the streaming transmission protocol may exist between the streaming client program and the streaming server program.
In this case, when the user accesses a certain target application installed in the operating system where the streaming service program is located, the streaming client program may remotely transmit the operation data of the user for the target application to the streaming service program matched therewith through the streaming transmission channel in a streaming transmission manner. And after the streaming server program runs the target application in the operating system according to the operation data, the streaming server program can remotely transmit the application picture generated in the running process of the target application to the streaming client program matched with the streaming server program in a streaming transmission mode through the streaming transmission channel.
It should be noted that the specific type of the streaming transport protocol is not particularly limited in this specification. For example, in practical applications, the streaming transport protocol may specifically be a real-time streaming transport protocol; for example, the rtsp (real Time Streaming protocol) protocol may be used.
The specific process of creating a streaming transmission channel based on the supported streaming transmission protocol is not described in detail in this specification.
For example, in implementation, a connection between the first terminal and the second terminal may be established first, and the connection may be established by establishing a wired connection or establishing a wireless connection. For example, the wired connection may be established through a wired interface such as USB, network cable, lightning, etc.; or wireless connection can be established through WiFi, Bluetooth, Zigbee and other wireless transmission modes; or to establish both a priority connection and a wireless connection. After the connection is established between the first terminal and the second terminal, the connection can be used as a physical transmission channel of the bottom layer, and the application layer can establish the streaming transmission channel based on the supported streaming transmission protocol.
In addition, it should be noted that, the remote transmission of data in a streaming transmission manner through a streaming transmission channel generally refers to a process of converting data to be transmitted into a data stream form based on the above streaming transmission protocol, and transmitting the converted data stream to an opposite end of the channel through the streaming transmission channel.
In practical applications, for example, a user at the second terminal side remotely accesses an application in an operating system installed on the first terminal, in this case, the streaming service program may be installed in the first operating system installed on the first terminal, and a streaming client program that cooperates with the streaming service program may be installed in the second operating system installed on the second terminal.
The operating system installed in the first terminal may be different from the operating system installed in the second terminal; for example, the first terminal may be a PC terminal equipped with a windows system, and the second terminal may be a mobile terminal equipped with an android system. Of course, in practical applications, the first terminal may also be a mobile terminal equipped with an android system, and the second terminal may be a PC terminal equipped with a windows system, which is not particularly limited in this specification.
It should be understood that the remote access to an application described herein refers to remote access to an application across operating systems; for example, the user on the mobile terminal side may remotely access an application installed on the PC terminal, or the user on the PC terminal side may remotely access an application installed on the mobile terminal.
In practical applications, the streaming service program and the streaming client program may be installed in both a first operating system installed in the first terminal and a second operating system installed in the second terminal. By the method, the user at the second terminal can remotely access the application in the first operating system loaded on the first terminal, and the user at the first terminal can remotely access the application in the second operating system loaded on the second terminal, so that the two-way access between the first terminal and the second terminal across the operating systems is realized. For convenience of explanation, in the following embodiments, an example is given in which a user on the second terminal side is realized to remotely access an application in the first operating system installed in the first terminal.
In this specification, in order to facilitate a user at the second terminal to remotely access an application in the first operating system hosted by the first terminal, the streaming client installed in the first operating system hosted by the first terminal may maintain a list of at least a part of the applications installed in the second operating system in which the streaming service program is located in advance.
In an embodiment shown, when the streaming client program obtains a list of at least a part of applications installed in a first operating system in which the streaming service program is located, a list obtaining request may be transmitted to the streaming service program through the streaming transmission channel. When receiving the list acquisition request, the streaming service program may respond to the acquired list acquisition request and transmit a list of at least part of applications installed in the first operating system where the streaming service program is located to the streaming client program through the streaming transmission channel.
For example, in an example, the streaming service program may remotely open a service interface for acquiring the list to the streaming client program, and in this case, the list acquisition request may be an interface call request submitted by the streaming service program to the service interface.
It should be noted that, in an actual application, the applications in the list may include only a part of applications in all applications installed in the first operating system where the streaming service program is located. For example, in one example, the applications in the list may include only applications that have been installed in the first operating system that have been authorized by the user.
In this specification, the streaming client program may output and display the list, which is maintained in advance, to a user at the second terminal through a user interface.
In this case, the user at the second terminal side can quickly initiate the remote access to the target application by triggering the relevant target application in the output list. For example, the user may quickly select a target application in the list through a user operation such as clicking, double-clicking, or the like, to initiate access to the target application.
And after acquiring the access operation of the user to the target application in the list, the streaming client program can respond to the access operation to acquire the operation data of the user to the target application, and then remotely transmit the operation data to the streaming service program through the streaming transmission channel. It should be noted that the data type of the operation data generally corresponds to the type of the access operation triggered by the user for the target application. In an actual application, the access operation of the user for the target application may specifically include a start operation of starting the target application, and an interactive operation completed in an application interface of the target application after the target application is started. Therefore, the operation data may include startup operation data corresponding to the startup operation and interoperation data corresponding to the interoperation.
For example, in practical applications, the starting operation and the interactive operation may be user operations triggered by a user through an input device such as a mouse, a keyboard, and a touch screen corresponding to the terminal, which is not limited in this specification. For example, the starting operation may be a selection operation, such as clicking, double-clicking, etc., for the target application triggered by the user. The above interactive operation may be an interactive operation triggered by a user in an application interface of the target application, such as copying, cutting, modifying and the like for content in the interface, which is not illustrated in this specification.
And 204, the streaming server program responds to the operation data, runs the target application in the first operating system, and transmits an application picture generated in the process of running the target application to the streaming client program through the streaming transmission channel in a data stream mode.
In this embodiment, the streaming service program may receive, through the streaming transmission channel, operation data of a user for a target application in the list, where the operation data is transmitted by the streaming client, and after receiving the operation data, run the target application in the first operating system, complete an operation corresponding to the operation data, and transmit an application screen generated in the process of running the target application to the streaming client program through the streaming transmission channel in a data stream form.
The type of the application screen may be, by corresponding to the type of the operation data, an application start screen generated in a process of starting the target application, or an application interaction screen in a process of completing an interaction operation by a user in an application interface of the target application after the target application is started.
For example, in an example, if the operation data is start operation data corresponding to a start operation of a user for the target application, in this case, the streaming service program may start the target application in the first operating system in response to the start operation data, and transmit an application start screen generated in the process of starting the target application to the streaming client program in the form of a data stream through the streaming transmission channel.
In another example, if the operation data includes interactive operation data corresponding to an interactive operation performed by a user in an application interface of the target application after the target application is started, in this case, the streaming service program may respond to the interactive operation data, run the target application in the first operating system to perform an interactive action corresponding to the interactive operation data, and transmit an application interactive screen of the target application during the process of performing the interactive action corresponding to the interactive operation data to the streaming client program through the streaming transmission channel in the form of a data stream.
And step 206, the streaming client program outputs and displays the application picture to the user so as to complete the remote access of the cross-operating system aiming at the target application.
After receiving the application screen generated in the process of running the target application on the first operating system, which is transmitted by the streaming server through the streaming transmission channel, the streaming client program may output and display the application screen to the user.
For example, in an example, the streaming transport protocol may specifically be a real-time streaming transport protocol, in which case, the streaming client program may play the application screen to the user in real time through a user interface, so that the user can perceive the operation feedback of the target application for the user in real time.
In the above embodiment, the example that the user at the second terminal remotely accesses the application in the operating system hosted by the first terminal is taken as an example to describe, in an actual application, the implementation process that the user at the first terminal remotely accesses the application in the operating system hosted by the second terminal is similar to the implementation process described in detail above, and is not described in detail in this specification.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a system structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the system includes:
the streaming service program 302 may specifically run in a first operating system installed in the first terminal.
The streaming client 304 may specifically run in a second operating system hosted by the second terminal. It should be noted that the first operating system and the second operating system may be different.
As shown in fig. 3, between the streaming service program 302 and the streaming client program 304, there may be at least one streaming transport channel created based on the supported streaming transport protocol. In addition, the streaming client program 304 may maintain a list of at least some of the applications installed in the first operating system.
The streaming client program 304 can transmit the operation data of the user for the target application to the streaming service program through the streaming transmission channel in response to the access operation of the user for the target application in the list;
the streaming service program 302, in response to the operation data, may run the target application in the first operating system, and transmit an application screen generated in the process of running the target application to the streaming client program through the streaming transmission channel in the form of a data stream, and the streaming client program performs output presentation to the user, so as to complete remote access across operating systems for the target application.
For example, taking the first terminal as a PC terminal, the second terminal as a mobile terminal, and a user at the mobile terminal side remotely accesses an application in the PC terminal as an example, the streaming client 304 in the mobile terminal may obtain a list in the streaming service program 302 in the PC terminal, and may transmit operation data of the user for a target application in the list to the streaming service program 302 in the PC terminal through the streaming transmission channel, and the streaming service program in the streaming service program 302 in the PC terminal may respond to the operation data, transmit an application screen in a running process of the target application to the streaming client 304 in the mobile terminal through the streaming transmission channel, and the streaming client 304 in the mobile terminal performs output presentation on the user to complete remote access across operating systems for the target application.
