Background

In the prior art, some technical solutions analyze data features of an insurance clause text aiming at a domestic insurance clause text, formulate a data structure hierarchy according to a data structure form of the insurance clause, differentiate and set up criteria, perform structuring of the insurance clause content by using a natural language processing technology, extract important attribute words and descriptor words according to different contents of the insurance clause, perform structured storage of the content in a key value pair form, and finally obtain structured data in an attribute name and description value form.
The technical solutions in the prior art mainly have the following problems:

With the insurance clause configuring apparatus 1000 according to the above embodiment, it is preferable that the additional insurance clause information described in the present disclosure has a preset mapping relationship with the main insurance clause information described in the present disclosure.
For the insurance clause configuring device 1000 according to each of the embodiments described above, preferably, a mapping relationship between the additional insurance clause information and the main insurance clause information may be configured in advance, a certain main insurance clause information may establish a mapping relationship with a plurality of additional insurance clause information, and a certain additional insurance clause information may also establish a mapping relationship with a plurality of main insurance clause information.
Fig. 1 and 2 each show a block schematic diagram of the structure of an insurance clause configuring apparatus 1000 employing a hardware implementation of a processing system.
The architecture of the hardware implementation may be implemented using a bus architecture. The bus architecture may include any number of interconnecting buses and bridges depending on the specific application of the hardware and the overall design constraints. The bus 1100 couples various circuits including the one or more processors 1200, the memory 1300, and/or the hardware modules together. The bus 1100 may also connect various other circuits 1400, such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, external antennas, and the like.
The bus 1100 may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one connection line is shown, but this does not indicate only one bus or one type of bus.
It should be noted that the insurance clause configuring apparatus 1000 of the present disclosure can also be implemented in the form of a computer software program architecture.
For the insurance clause configuring device 1000 according to each of the above embodiments, preferably, the mapping relationship between the related responsibility information and the related subject information is a mapping relationship based on a code.
For example, the storage/database may store a plurality of "related responsibility information" (i.e. insurance responsibility information related to insurance clauses), a plurality of "related subject information" (i.e. information of insurance subjects related to insurance clauses), each of the "related responsibility information" is assigned a code (preferably a digital code), each of the "related subject information" is also assigned a code (preferably a digital code), and based on the codes, a code-based mapping relationship between the related responsibility information and the related subject information can be established.
With respect to the insurance clause configuring apparatus 1000 of each of the above embodiments, each of the above-described insurance classes is given a code to characterize an association relationship between each of the insurance classes.
Illustratively, the risk classes may be life-long, accident, motor vehicle insurance, strong insurance, business insurance and the like, each of which may be assigned with a code (preferably a digital code), for example, the code for motor vehicle insurance is 01, the code for strong insurance is 011, and the code for business insurance is 012, and the association relationship between the risk classes may be characterized based on the coding features of the risk classes.
It should be noted that, in the light of the technical solutions disclosed herein, those skilled in the art should characterize the risk class based on various coding features, and all such characterizations fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset mapping relationship between the additional insurance clause information and the main insurance clause information described in the present disclosure is a mapping relationship based on encoding.
Preferably, the related responsibility information is called from related responsibility information stored in the form of metadata, the related subject information is called from related subject information stored in the form of metadata, and the additional insurance clause information is called from additional insurance clause information stored in the form of metadata.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram schematically illustrating the structure of an insurance clause configuring apparatus 1000 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 3, the insurance clause configuring apparatus 1000 of the present embodiment includes:
the main insurance clause information configuration module 1002, the main insurance clause information configuration module 1002 is used for configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
a related responsibility configuration module 1004, wherein the related responsibility configuration module 1004 is used for configuring at least one piece of related responsibility information of the insurance clause;
a related object configuration module 1006, the related object configuration module 1006 being configured to configure at least one related object information of the insurance clause;
an additional insurance clause configuration module 1010, wherein the additional insurance clause configuration module 1010 is used for configuring at least one additional insurance clause information of the insurance clauses;
a rule parameter configuration module 1012, wherein the rule parameter configuration module 1012 configures rule parameters in a mode of editing a rule parameter table;
a constant definition configuration module 1014, wherein the constant definition configuration module 1014 performs constant definition configuration in a manner of editing at least one of a character string, a numerical value and a date;
and the saving control 1008 is used for saving the main insurance clause information, the related responsibility information, the related target information, the additional insurance clause information, the rule parameter table and the constant definition based on the received operation instruction so as to complete insurance clause configuration.
The related responsibility information and the related target information have a preset mapping relation;
the risk class to which the additional risk clause information belongs and the risk class to which the main risk clause information belongs are the same risk class or associated risk classes;
the rule parameter table described in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a tariff table, a vocational classification table, and the like, and the rule parameter configuration module 1012 performs an editing operation on the rule parameter table based on the received operation instruction.
The rule parameter configuration module 1012 preferably includes an add control by which one or more rule parameter tables already stored in the memory/database can be added and an edit control by which the added rule parameter tables can be edited/deleted, etc.
The constant definitions described in this disclosure may be grace period, litigation time, etc., and preferably, these constant definitions are expressed in the form of a string.
The constant definition configuration module 1014 preferably includes an add control by which one or more constant definitions already stored in the memory/database can be added, and an edit control by which the added constant definitions can be edited/deleted, etc.
It should be noted that the constant definition configuration module 1014 of the present disclosure may also perform constant definition configuration in other editing manners besides the manner of editing at least one of a character string, a numerical value, and a date, and all of them fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
The rule parameter configuration module 1012 and the constant definition configuration module 1014 may each be displayed via the display module 1016 described above.
With the insurance clause configuring means 1000 of each of the embodiments described above, the main insurance clause information preferably includes main insurance clause docket information, and the additional insurance clause information preferably includes additional insurance clause docket information.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an insurance clause configuring method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 4, the insurance clause configuring method S100 of the present disclosure includes:
s102, configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
s104, configuring at least one piece of related responsibility information of the insurance clause;
s106, configuring at least one piece of related target information of insurance clauses;
and S108, at least storing the main insurance clause information, the related responsibility information and the related target information to complete insurance clause configuration.
The related responsibility information and the related target information have a preset mapping relation.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an insurance clause configuring method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 5, the insurance clause configuring method S100 of the present embodiment includes:
s102, configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
s104, configuring at least one piece of related responsibility information of the insurance clause;
s106, configuring at least one piece of related target information of insurance clauses;
s108, configuring at least one piece of additional insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
s110, at least storing the main insurance clause information, the related responsibility information, the related target information and the additional insurance clause information to complete insurance clause configuration.
The related responsibility information and the related subject information have a preset mapping relation, the risk class to which the additional risk item information belongs and the risk class to which the main risk item information belongs are the same risk class or related risk classes, and the additional risk item information and the main risk item information have the preset mapping relation.
The related responsibility information comprises related subject information and at least one piece of related claim payment responsibility information related to the related subject information.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an insurance clause configuring method according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 6, the insurance clause configuring method S100 of the present embodiment includes:
s102, configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
s104, configuring at least one piece of related responsibility information of insurance clauses;
s106, configuring at least one piece of related target information of insurance clauses;
s108, configuring at least one piece of additional insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
s110, configuring at least one rule parameter table of insurance clauses;
s112, configuring at least one constant definition of insurance clauses;
s114, main insurance clause information, related responsibility information, related target information, additional insurance clause information, a rule parameter table and constant definition are saved to complete insurance clause configuration.
The related responsibility information and the related target information have a preset mapping relationship, the risk class to which the additional risk item information belongs and the risk class to which the main risk item information belongs are the same risk class or an associated risk class, and the additional risk item information and the main risk item information have the preset mapping relationship.
The insurance clause configuring means 1000 of the present disclosure may include corresponding modules that perform each or several of the steps of the above-described flowcharts. Accordingly, each step or several steps in the above-described flowcharts may be performed by a respective module, and the insurance clause configuring means 1000 of the present disclosure may include one or more of these modules. The modules may be one or more software modules specifically configured to perform the respective steps.
Any process or method descriptions in flow charts or otherwise described herein may be understood as representing modules, segments, or portions of code which include one or more executable instructions for implementing specific logical functions or steps in the process, and alternate implementations are included within the scope of the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure in which functions may be executed out of order from that shown or discussed, including substantially concurrently or in reverse order, depending on the functionality involved, as would be understood by those reasonably skilled in the art of the implementation of the present disclosure. The processor performs the various methods and processes described above. For example, method embodiments in the present disclosure may be implemented as a software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as a memory. In some embodiments, some or all of the software program may be loaded and/or installed via memory and/or a communication interface. When the software program is loaded into memory and executed by a processor, one or more steps of the method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the processor may be configured to perform one of the methods described above in any other suitable manner (e.g., by means of firmware).
The logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein may be embodied in any readable storage medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device and a readable storage medium.
An electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a memory storing the insurance clause configuring means 1000 of any one embodiment of the present disclosure in a manner of storing execution instructions; and the processor executes the execution instructions stored in the memory to complete the insurance clause configuration.
An electronic device according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a memory storing execution instructions; the processor executes the execution instructions stored in the memory, so that the processor executes the insurance clause configuration method of any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
According to a readable storage medium of an embodiment of the present disclosure, the readable storage medium stores the insurance clause configuring apparatus 1000 of any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure in a manner of storing execution instructions.
According to a still further aspect of the present disclosure, a readable storage medium has stored therein an execution instruction, which when executed by a processor, is used for implementing an insurance clause configuring method of any one of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
For the purposes of this description, a "readable storage medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable read-only memory (CDROM). Further, the readable storage medium may even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a memory.

Claims (10)

1. An insurance clause configuring apparatus, comprising:
the main insurance clause information configuration module is used for configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
a related responsibility configuration module for configuring at least one related responsibility information for the insurance clause;
a related subject configuration module for configuring information of at least one related subject of the insurance clause; and
the saving control at least saves the main insurance clause information, the related responsibility information and the related target information based on the received operation instruction so as to complete the insurance clause configuration;
and the related responsibility information and the related target information have a preset mapping relation.
2. The insurance clause configuring device according to claim 1, wherein the related responsibility information includes related subject information and at least one related benefits responsibility information related to the related subject information, and the related responsibility configuring module includes a related subject configuring sub-module and a related benefits responsibility configuring sub-module.
3. The insurance clause configuring device according to claim 2, wherein the related responsibility configuring sub-module is capable of automatically configuring the related subject information in the related responsibility information based on the related subject information configured by the related subject configuring module.
4. The insurance clause configuring device according to claim 2, wherein the related responsibility configuring sub-module is capable of configuring the related subject information in the related responsibility information based on the received operation instruction.
5. The insurance clause configuring device according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the information of the related subject and the information of the related reimbursement obligation have a preset mapping relationship;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
an additional insurance clause configuration module, wherein the additional insurance clause configuration module is used for configuring at least one additional insurance clause information of the insurance clause;
the risk class to which the additional risk clause information belongs and the risk class to which the main risk clause information belongs are the same risk class or associated risk classes;
preferably, the additional insurance clause information and the main insurance clause information have a preset mapping relation;
preferably, the saving control saves at least the main insurance clause information, the related responsibility information, the related target information and the additional insurance clause information based on the received operation instruction so as to complete the insurance clause configuration;
preferably, the mapping relationship between the related responsibility information and the related target information is a mapping relationship based on coding;
preferably, each risk class is endowed with codes to represent the incidence relation among the risk classes;
preferably, the preset mapping relationship between the additional insurance clause information and the main insurance clause information is a mapping relationship based on coding;
preferably, the related responsibility information is called from related responsibility information stored in the form of metadata, and the related target information is called from related target information stored in the form of metadata;
preferably, the additional insurance clause information is called from additional insurance clause information stored in the form of metadata;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
the rule parameter configuration module is used for configuring rule parameters in a mode of editing a rule parameter table;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
a constant definition configuration module which carries out constant definition configuration in a mode of editing at least one of character strings, numerical values and dates;
preferably, the main insurance clause information at least comprises main insurance clause filing information;
preferably, the additional insurance clause information at least includes additional insurance clause docket information.
6. A method for configuring insurance clauses, comprising:
configuring at least one main insurance clause information of insurance clauses;
configuring at least one piece of related liability information for the insurance clause;
configuring information of at least one relevant target of the insurance clause; and
at least saving the main insurance clause information, the related responsibility information and the related target information to complete the insurance clause configuration;
the related responsibility information and the related target information have a preset mapping relation;
preferably, the related responsibility information includes information of related subject matter and at least one related indemnity responsibility information related to the information of related subject matter;
preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
configuring at least one additional insurance clause information of the insurance clause;
the main insurance clause information, the related responsibility information, the related target information and the additional insurance clause information are saved to complete the insurance clause configuration;
preferably, the risk class to which the additional risk clause information belongs and the risk class to which the main risk clause information belongs are the same risk class or associated risk class;
preferably, the additional insurance clause information and the main insurance clause information have a preset mapping relationship.
7. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory storing the insurance clause configuring means of any one of claims 1 to 5 in a manner to store execution instructions; and
a processor that executes execution instructions stored by the memory to complete insurance clause configuration.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory storing execution instructions; and
a processor that executes execution instructions stored by the memory such that the processor performs the insurance clause configuring method of claim 6.
9. A readable storage medium storing the insurance clause configuring apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5 in a manner of storing execution instructions.
10. A readable storage medium having stored therein execution instructions, the execution instructions when executed by a processor, for implementing the insurance clause configuring method of claim 6.
