Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for processing a renewed order is provided, as shown in fig. 1, where the method is applied to an order server, and specifically includes the following steps:
s102, receiving a target order sent by a user terminal, wherein the target order comprises order information and user information of a target user;
in this embodiment, the target order is an order with a time limit, and the target order includes, but is not limited to, a rental order, a housing order, an article rental order, and the like. Such as hotel orders, car rental orders, gaming device rental orders, and software use/subscription orders.
In addition, the user terminal in the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal, a PC, and other orders capable of data communication. The order server in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a service server, which is in network connection with the mobile terminal through a local area network or a wide area network and is capable of performing data communication with the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, through a preset application program or a web platform of the user terminal, the user may log in the preset platform to send an order request of the target order to the order server. Specifically, the user terminal creates a target order and pays corresponding fees in a preset application program or a webpage platform, and after the target order is paid successfully, the preset application program or the webpage platform sends an order request of the target order to an order server.
The order information in the target order includes, but is not limited to, the time the order was placed, the payment method, the payment fee, the order number, the account number of the order placed, and the service duration period of the target order. The user information for the target order includes, but is not limited to, service user, contact address, etc.
In one example, for example, in hotel housing orders, a housing order is after 14:00 of an incoming time of 12 months and 1 day, and before 12:00 of an outgoing time of 12 months and 2 days, the duration of the housing order is 13:00 of 12 months and 1 day to 12:00 of 12 months and 2 days, a service user is an incoming user, and the contact way of the service user is a mobile phone number or a mailbox.
In this embodiment, after receiving a target order sent by a user terminal, an order server obtains corresponding order information and user information from the target order.
S104, if the target order is determined to be a renewal order according to the user information and the order information, a renewal order notification message is pushed to a merchant terminal of a merchant corresponding to the target order, so that the merchant can process the renewal order; the order renewal notification message is used for indicating that the target order is a renewed order and the renewed order has a continuation relation with the current order corresponding to the user information.
Specifically, in this embodiment, whether the target order is a renewal order is determined according to the user information opinion and the order information. For example, whether the target order is a renewal order is determined according to the order placing account number and the service duration period in the target order and the service user. And when the target order is determined to be a renewal order, a renewal order notification message of the target order is pushed to the merchant terminal, the merchant is notified that the target order is the renewal order, and the target order is processed in time.
In addition, the order renewal notification message may be presented in the merchant terminal through prompting methods such as sound, animation, vibration and the like, so as to remind the merchant of receiving the order renewal. In this embodiment, the pushing manner of the order renewal notification message is not limited at all.
In this embodiment, the renewal order is a continuation relationship with the current order currently existing by the user, such as a continuation of use of a service, an item, or a room, including but not limited to a continuation relationship over time for a certain item, a certain room, and a certain service. For example, a renewal order for a room in a hotel; and, successive lease orders in time for a certain equipment.
In addition, the continuation relationship between the current order and the renewed order includes, but is not limited to, the continuation relationship on the specification or type of the equivalent goods or services, for example, the specification of the room is single room, double room, family room, etc.; the article types are all, for example, game discs of the same type.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a target order sent by a user terminal is received, where the target order includes order information and user information of a target user; and if the target order is determined to be the renewed order according to the user information and the order information, pushing a renewed order notification message to a merchant terminal of a merchant corresponding to the target order so that the merchant processes the renewed order, wherein the renewed order notification message is used for indicating that the target order is the renewed order, and the renewed order has a continuation relation with the current order corresponding to the user information. In the embodiment, the order of the target user is divided into the newly added order and the renewed order, and after the target order is determined to be the renewed order according to the user information and the order information, the renewal notification message is pushed to the merchant, so that the processing efficiency of the merchant on the renewed order is improved, the digital operation of the merchant is assisted, the communication cost between the merchant and the user is reduced, and the technical problems that in the related technology, the merchant cannot distinguish whether the order placed by the user is the renewed order and cannot confirm the order for the user in time, the communication cost between the merchant and the user is too high, and the user experience price is poor are solved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the method further includes, but is not limited to: and if the target order is a renewal order, distributing service resources for the target order according to the current order.
Specifically, under the condition that the target order is determined to be a renewal order, service resources are distributed based on the target order according to current resources corresponding to the user information through a platform or a platform server where a merchant is located. Such as deferring items, rooms, or other rental items that the user information is currently ordering for without reassignment.
For example, if the user currently orders room 1101 at hotel A, the check-in time is 12:00 on day 05 of month 01 to 12:00 on day 06 of month 01. If the renewed order of the user is received from 12:00 of 06 days of 01 months to 12:00 of 08 days of 01 months of the hotel A, the room 1101 of the hotel A is continuously allocated to the user without transacting the check-in procedure for the user again.
By the above example, if the target order is the renewal order, the service resources are allocated to the target order according to the current order, and the service resources allocated to the renewal order are consistent with the service resources of the current order of the user, so that the continuity of the service enjoyed by the user is ensured.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the method further includes, but is not limited to: and if the target order is determined to be a new order according to the user information and the order information, pushing a new order notification message corresponding to the target order to the merchant terminal.
Specifically, whether the target order is a renewal order or not is judged according to the order placing account number and the service duration period in the target order and the service user. And when the target order is determined to be a newly added order, pushing a newly added order notification message of the target order to the merchant terminal, and notifying the merchant that the target order is the newly added order so as to process the target order in time.
By the above example, when the target order is a new order, a new order notification message corresponding to the target order is pushed to the merchant terminal, and different notification messages are pushed to the merchant terminal by distinguishing the renewed order and the new order, so that the communication cost between the merchant and the user is reduced.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after receiving the target order sent by the user terminal, the method further includes, but is not limited to: and if the effective order corresponding to the user information exists in the preset database, determining that the target order is a renewal order of the effective order.
It should be noted that the target user who creates the target order and the user corresponding to the user information may be the same individual, or may be two different individuals, and in this embodiment, the service person in the user information is mainly used.
Specifically, the user information in this embodiment includes, but is not limited to, contact information and identity information of the service person. The identity information includes but is not limited to identity ID, identification card number, name, gender, and the like; the contact information includes but is not limited to a cell phone number, a mailbox, a social account number and the like.
Then, after the order server receives the target order sent by the user terminal, matching the currently existing order of the user information according to the merchant information of the merchant, the identity information in the user information and the contact way, and judging whether an unfinished order corresponding to the user information exists in a preset database of the order server, namely an ongoing effective order corresponding to the user information. If an effective order corresponding to the user information exists in a preset database of the order server, determining that the target order is a renewal order of the effective order; otherwise, an effective order corresponding to the user information does not exist in a preset database of the order server, or the orders corresponding to the user information are all ending orders, and if the target order is determined to be the new order.
In an example, when a user places an order through a mobile phone APP, the server will query the database for an order in progress by the merchant (excluding the finished order) according to the merchant ID and the mobile phone number of the check-in person in the order information, and determine whether there is an order with the same mobile phone number as the check-in person. If not, the order type of the order is judged as a new order; if yes, finding the nearest in-process order, and judging that the order type of the order is a renewal order.
By the above example, the preset database of the order server is matched according to the user information, whether an effective order corresponding to the user information exists in the preset database is judged, and whether the target order is a renewed order is judged, so that the newly added order and the renewed order are accurately identified, and the communication cost between a merchant and a user is reduced.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the order information includes order placing time, where if an effective order corresponding to the user information exists in the preset database, the target order is determined to be a renewal order of the effective order, which includes but is not limited to: and if the order placing time is earlier than the ending time of the effective order, determining that the target order is a renewal order of the effective order.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, in the case where there is an effective order corresponding to the target order, it is also necessary to determine a time relationship between the effective order and the target order. For example, if the order placing time of the renewed order is earlier than the end time of the valid order, the target order is determined to be a renewed order, which is the condition that the renewal must occur before the last order is ended. And if the order placing time of the renewed order is later than the ending time of the effective order, namely the effective order is ended and the order is placed again, the target order is regarded as a new order and cannot be counted as the renewed order.
In an example, when a user places an order through a mobile phone APP, the server will search for an order in progress by the merchant (excluding the finished order) in an order database according to a merchant ID and a mobile phone number of a check-in person in order information, and determine whether there is an order with the same mobile phone number as the check-in person. If not, the order type is judged as a new order; if so, finding a latest in-progress order, comparing the order placing time of the newly placed order with the order time to be returned of the latest in-progress order, if the order placing time is earlier than the order time to be returned of the latest order, and the ending date of the latest order is the same as the starting date of the new order, judging that the order type of the order is a renewed order, otherwise, judging that the order is the new order.
By the above example, if the order placing time of the target order is earlier than the end time of the valid order, the target order is determined to be the order renewal order of the valid order, and the accurate distinguishing of the order renewal order and the newly added order is realized.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the order information further includes a first order time period, wherein if the order placing time is earlier than the end time of the valid order, the target order is determined to be a renewed order of the valid order, which includes but is not limited to: and if the adjacent time interval between the second order time period and the first order time period of the effective order is less than or equal to the preset time threshold, determining that the target order is a renewed order of the effective order.
Specifically, the order renewal judgment conditions in this embodiment are described as follows:
1. the contact way of the effective order and the target order check-in person is consistent;
specifically, taking a housing order as an example, if there is no historical order consistent with the mobile phone number of the order taker, it is proved that the order taker never takes a bill at the store, or the order taker takes a bill before but the order is finished (the check-out is handled); otherwise, the target order is a new order.
2. On the premise that an effective order exists, the order placing time of the target order needs to be earlier than the end time of the effective order, and the adjacent time interval between the second order time period and the first order time period of the effective order is smaller than or equal to a preset time threshold;
specifically, the order is considered to be placed later when the new order is placed earlier than the latest order due time and when the date when the valid order ends is the same date as the target order start time, i.e., the adjacent time interval between the duration of the valid order and the duration of the target order is less than one day.
For example, taking a housing order as an example, the ending date of the latest in-progress order and the starting date of the newly placed order must be renewed on the same day, so that the renewal is continuous, and if the latest in-progress order is the ending of the day, the newly placed order is entered the next night, and the interval is 1 day, the order is not renewed and only the new order can be calculated.
By the above example, if the adjacent time interval between the second order time period and the first order time period of the valid order is smaller than or equal to the preset time threshold, the target order is determined to be a renewed order of the valid order, and further, the renewed order and the newly added order are accurately distinguished.
As some optional embodiments, if it is determined that the target order is a renewal order according to the user information and the order information, pushing a renewal order notification message to a merchant terminal of a merchant corresponding to the target order, further including but not limited to: after the order renewal notification message is pushed to the merchant terminal for a preset time, or after confirmation operation of the merchant acting on the order renewal notification message is received, the verification order renewal behavior of the merchant is recorded into a preset database of the order server.
Specifically, after the order server judges the order type of the target order, the order notification message is pushed to the merchant terminal, and the merchant terminal gives different guidance to the merchant through sound and vision according to the type of the notification message.
When the order type is a new order, the audible prompt is "you have a new place to fill in order! "new order is displayed on the order information pop-up window, and obvious visual prompt is given to the merchant; when the order type is order renewal, the voice prompts that "you have an order renewal and ask for confirmation in time! "order renewal" is displayed on the order information pop-up window to give the merchant an obvious visual prompt. The visual distinguishing of different orders by merchants is enhanced through sound and visual prompts, the merchants are guided to leave vacant houses for newly added orders, and the orders which are continuously ordered are verified and confirmed.
Next, when the order is renewed, a "check renew" button is added on the order pop-up window, and it is specified that the order is confirmed within 30 minutes, and the check-in record is verified, which room is renewed. If the merchant does not operate, over 30 minutes, the automatic default merchant has confirmed the renewal order. And the server side records the verification renewal behavior of the merchant into a database to be used as the basis for judging responsibility of responsibility dispute in the future. The problem that the platform cannot judge responsibility when a potential dispute occurs is solved.
It should be noted that, according to the embodiment of the present invention, a target order sent by a user terminal is received, where the target order includes order information and user information of a target user; and if the target order is determined to be a renewed order according to the user information and the order information, pushing a renewed order notification message to a merchant terminal of a merchant corresponding to the target order so that the merchant can process the renewed order, wherein the renewed order notification message is used for indicating that the target order is the renewed order, and the renewed order has a continuation relation with the current order corresponding to the user information. In the embodiment, the order of the target user is divided into the newly added order and the renewed order, and after the target order is determined to be the renewed order according to the user information and the order information, the renewal notification message is pushed to the merchant, so that the processing efficiency of the merchant on the renewed order is improved, the merchant is assisted in digital operation, the communication cost between the merchant and the user is reduced, and the technical problems that in the related technology, the merchant cannot distinguish whether the order placed by the user is the renewed order and cannot confirm the order for the user in time, the communication cost between the merchant and the user is too high, and the user experience price is poor are solved.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required by the invention.
Through the description of the foregoing embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the method according to the foregoing embodiments may be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly may also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g., ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (e.g., a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
