and generating tool change task information according to the evaluation result and the design change application.

evaluating the rationality of the design change application to obtain a rationality evaluation result;
when the rationality evaluation result is that the evaluation is passed, determining a change range, change test information, cost information and approval information according to the design change application;
and determining a review result according to the change range, the change test information, the cost information and the approval information.
