The collecting cup 50 can pass through the first opening 11 and the second opening 23 under the driving of the rotating arm 30, a one-way conduction part 60 detachably connected with the mounting part 31 is arranged at the bottom of the collecting cup 50, and the one-way conduction part 60 is used for preventing urine in the collecting cup 50 from leaking. The top of the sample tube 70 is open, and the horizontal height of the top end of the sample tube 70 is lower than the horizontal height of the bottom end of the one-way conduction part 60. The elevating unit 80 is used to drive the cuvette 70 to ascend to connect the cuvette 70 to the one-way conduction unit 60, or to drive the cuvette 70 to descend to disconnect the cuvette 70 from the one-way conduction unit 60. The pusher assembly 90 is used to push the collection cup 50 away from the rotating arm 30 and into the drop hole 22.
When the rotating arm 30 is at the placing position, the rotating arm 30 is located in the first housing 20, and the collecting cup 50 can be connected with the mounting portion 31 through the placing hole 21. When the rotating arm 30 is at the collecting station, the rotating arm 30 drives the collecting cup 50 to pass through the first opening 11 and locate in the inner cavity of the toilet body 10. When the rotating arm 30 is at the liquid loading station, the rotating arm 30 drives the collecting cup 50 to rotate out of the first casing 20, and the one-way conduction part 60 is located right above the sample tube 70.
Before the middle section urine needs to be gathered to this urine sampler at the patient, at first receive disposable collection cup 50 and sample tube 70 in the inspection administrative or technical offices, during the use, install collection cup 50 on being in the swinging boom 30 of placing the station through placing hole 21, install sample tube 70 on lifting unit 80 again, at this moment, the level on sample tube 70 top is the level that is less than one-way conduction portion 60 bottom, like this, just can guarantee that sample tube 70 can not interfere the removal of collecting cup 50 and one-way conduction portion 60.
Then, the patient sits on the toilet body 10 to urinate, and after the initial section of urine is discharged, the patient presses the switch button 100 to start the rotary driving member 40, and the rotary driving member 40 drives the rotary arm 30 to be screwed into the toilet body 10 through the first opening 11, and at this time, the rotary arm 30 is located on the collecting station. The collection cup 50 is screwed into the toilet body 10 along with the rotary arm 30 and collects the midstream urine of the patient, and the urine in the collection cup 50 cannot leak out under the action of the one-way conduction part 60.
When the patient feels the end of urination, the switch button 100 is pressed again, the rotary drive member 40 drives the rotary arm 30 to sequentially pass through the first opening 11 and the second opening 23 and to be screwed out of the first housing 20, at this time, the rotary arm 30 is positioned at the liquid loading station, and the one-way conduction part 60 is positioned right above the sample tube 70. Then, the elevating unit 80 drives the sample tube 70 to ascend, so that the sample tube 70 is communicated with the one-way conduction part 60, and the urine in the collecting cup 50 flows into the sample tube 70 through the one-way conduction part 60. Then, the elevating member 80 further drives the sample tube 70 to descend, so that the sample tube 70 is separated from the one-way guiding portion 60, and the one-way guiding portion 60 is closed, and no matter whether there is any excess urine in the collecting cup 50, no leakage occurs.
The controller then activates the rotary drive member 40 to drive the rotary arm 30 through the second opening 23 and into the first housing 20, at which time the rotary arm 30 returns to the collection station. The controller then activates the pusher assembly 90 to push the collection cup 50 away from the pivot arm 30 and into the drop hole 22, thereby collecting the used collection cup 50.
Because the rotating arm 30 has returned to the placing station, the patient can wait for the next use without interfering with the sample tube 70 filled with urine, and the patient can conveniently take the sample tube 70 away for inspection, thereby realizing the collection of the middle section urine. Of course, a buckle cover can be designed on the sample tube 70, and the buckle cover is connected with the sample tube 70 through a connecting belt, so that the patient can buckle the top end of the sample tube 70 with the buckle cover first, and then take out the sample tube 70. Alternatively, a screw portion may be formed on the outer wall of the sample tube 70, and the patient may be screwed to the sample tube 70 by using a screw cap.
The urine sampler for physical examination of this embodiment, its structural design is reasonable, makes things convenient for women's colony to use, during the collection, can avoid initial section urine and terminal section urine, only collects the section urine to guarantee follow-up inspection and diagnostic accuracy. After the collection, outside the swinging arm 30 drove collection cup 50 and unscrewed first casing 20, redesign through the structure to collecting cup 50 and appearance pipe 70, under the mutually supporting of appearance pipe 70, lifting unit 80 and one way conduction portion 60, can pack the urine in the collection cup 50 into in the appearance pipe 70 to realize the transfer of urine, so, just need not have patient's oneself operation, avoided the pollution to patient's both hands and appearance pipe 70, also avoided the pollution to the urine sample.
Moreover, after urine is transferred into the sample tube 70, the collecting cup 50 is screwed into the first casing 20 by the rotating arm 30, and the pushing assembly 90 is designed to push the collecting cup 50 to be separated from the rotating arm 30 and drop into the dropping hole 22 by the pushing assembly 90, so that the used collecting cup 50 is collected. This urine sampler for physical examination structural design is reasonable, makes things convenient for women's crowd to use, has realized collecting in can packing into appearance pipe 70 with urine automation after accomplishing, has reduced manual operation, has improved the automation.
In one embodiment, the one-way conduction portion 60 includes a connection tube 61, a plug 62, a support 63, and a return spring 64. The connection tube 61 is disposed at the bottom of the collection cup 50 and communicates with the collection cup 50, a drain hole 611 is formed at the bottom end of the connection tube 61, and the outer diameter of the connection tube 61 is smaller than the inner diameter of the sample tube 70. The plug 62, the support 63 and the return spring 64 are all disposed in the connecting tube 61, and the plug 62 is provided with a conical surface 621 for blocking the drain hole 611.
The support 63 is located above the plug 62, and the support 63 is provided with a plurality of first arms 65, one end of each first arm 65 being connected to the inner wall of the connection pipe 61. A return spring 64 is connected to the plug 62 and the support 63, respectively, the return spring 64 being intended to urge the plug 62 towards a movement away from the support 63. A pin 71 is arranged in the sample tube 70, the pin 71 is provided with a plurality of second support arms 72, one end of each second support arm 72 is connected to the inner wall of the sample tube 70, and the horizontal height of the top end of the pin 71 is lower than that of the top end of the sample tube 70.
The conical surface 621 of the plug 62 is adapted to the edge of the drainage hole 611 near the end of the plug 62, so that urine in the collection cup 50 flows into the connection tube 61 through the gap of the first arm 65, and the return spring 64 always pushes the plug 62, so that the conical surface 621 of the plug 62 abuts against the chamfer of the drainage hole 611, and thus the urine in the collection cup 50 does not leak out of the drainage hole 611. Since the connection tube 61 is restricted by the mounting portion 31 of the rotary arm 30, when the rotary arm 30 is at the liquid loading station, the lifting unit 80 drives the sample tube 70 to rise, so that the sample tube 70 and the one-way conduction portion 60 are engaged with each other and communicated with each other. Specifically, the tip of the sample tube 70 is first fitted to the outside of the connection tube 61, so that the urine discharged from the drainage hole 611 does not flow out of the sample tube 70. When the sample tube 70 is lifted, the pin 71 pushes the plug 62 upwards and further compresses the return spring 64, so that a gap is formed between the plug 62 and the drainage hole 611, and urine in the connection tube 61 flows into the sample tube 70 through the gap between the drainage hole 611 and the second arm 72, thereby transferring the urine or loading the sample tube 70.
After a certain amount of urine is filled in the sample tube 70, the lifting assembly 80 drives the sample tube 70 to descend, so that the pin 71 moves downwards continuously, the return spring 64 pushes the plug 62 to plug the drain hole 611, the plug 62 is closed, and no matter whether the collection cup 50 contains excessive urine, the excessive urine cannot leak from the drain hole 611.
When the sample tube 70 is completely separated from the connection tube 61, the controller activates the rotary driving member 40 to drive the rotary arm 30 to pass through the second opening 23 and screw into the first housing 20, and at this time, the rotary arm 30 returns to the collection station. The controller then activates the pusher assembly 90 to push the collection cup 50 away from the pivot arm 30 and into the drop hole 22, thereby collecting the used collection cup 50.
In one embodiment, the mounting portion 31 is provided with a U-shaped opening 32, the mounting portion 31 includes two parallel upper clamping blocks 311 and lower clamping blocks 312, and a clamping groove 313 is formed between the upper clamping blocks 311 and the lower clamping blocks 312. The connecting tube 61 is adapted to fit into the U-shaped opening 32, and the outer wall of the connecting tube 61 is provided with an annular flange 66, and the annular flange 66 is adapted to fit into the locking groove 313.
When the collecting cup 50 is mounted on the mounting portion 31, the connecting tube 61 and the U-shaped opening 32, and the annular flange 66 and the catching groove 313 are aligned, respectively, and then the annular flange 66 is caught in the catching groove 313 along the length direction of the rotating arm 30, so that it is ensured that the connecting tube 61 and the collecting cup 50 do not fall off during the rotation of the rotating arm 30.
Moreover, because the annular flange 66 is limited in the clamping groove 313 between the upper clamping block 311 and the lower clamping block 312, when the rotating arm 30 is at the liquid loading station, the lifting assembly 80 drives the sample tube 70 to ascend, and the connecting tube 61 and the collecting cup 50 cannot be jacked up in the process that the sample tube 70 is sleeved with the connecting tube 61 or the pin 71 upwards abuts against and pushes the plug 62, thereby ensuring the stability in the liquid loading process.
In one embodiment, the length of the upper clamp block 311 is less than the length of the lower clamp block 312. Since the connection tube 61 is well aligned with the U-shaped opening 32 and the annular flange 66 is not well positioned with the locking slot 313, the upper clamp block 311 is designed to have a length shorter than that of the lower clamp block 312, so that the patient can easily find the position of the annular flange 66 and the locking slot 313 in the future, thereby quickly mounting the collection cup 50 on the rotary arm 30.
In one embodiment, the blanking hole 22 is provided below the placing hole 21, the second housing 24 is provided at the bottom of the first housing 20, and the top of the second housing 24 communicates with the blanking hole 22.
