Abstract
The invention discloses a ring cooling machine, an on-line aligning device of the ring cooling machine and an on-line aligning method. The device at least comprises a frame, and an inner ring carrier roller group and an outer ring carrier roller group which are annularly arranged on the frame; the device is characterized in that a plurality of groups of online adjustable carrier rollers uniformly distributed on the circumference according to a preset angle are arranged in the inner ring carrier roller group and/or the outer ring carrier roller group, and the online adjustable carrier rollers comprise; the carrier roller is arranged on a carrier roller bracket through a rotating shaft, and the carrier roller bracket is arranged on the rack through a slewing bearing; and the controlled driving mechanism is arranged on the frame, and the driving end of the controlled driving mechanism is in driving connection with the carrier roller bracket. Background
The circular cooler is an important component for stable operation of the large and medium circular coolers. The revolving body of the conventional circular cooler is supported by an inner ring of carrier roller set and an outer ring of carrier roller set which are annularly arranged, and the revolving body rotates on the carrier rollers. Because the revolving body does not have a fixed circle center, the circle center of the revolving body which inevitably moves in actual production deviates from the circle center of the fixedly installed carrier roller set, and even derailment accidents and damage of the sealing device occur in serious cases.

detecting whether the detection data of each online rotator position detection sensor exceeds a preset threshold value in real time;
and if the detection data of one or more online revolving body position detection sensors exceed a preset threshold value, sending a deflection instruction to the online adjustable carrier roller at the corresponding position.
