Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a zoned heating and cooling mesh belt dryer, which can divide a drying device into two drying zones to dry two sides of cat litter, respectively, so as to solve the problem of uneven drying of cat litter during the drying process, and set the drying zone as a circular blowing structure, thereby shortening the drying time, reducing the pollution of dust to the external environment, and effectively utilizing the heat source to improve the productivity.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a zoned heating and cooling type mesh belt dryer, comprising: a mesh belt type conveyor belt; the drying box is characterized by comprising a first drying area and a second drying area which are arranged inside the drying box, a dust collecting area which is arranged at the bottoms of the first drying area and the second drying area, and a cooling area which is arranged at the tail end of the mesh belt type conveying belt, wherein the air flow inside the first drying area and the second drying area passes through the mesh belt type conveying belt to flow, and the flowing direction of the air flow is opposite.
According to the zoned heating and cooling type mesh belt dryer, the side surfaces of the first drying zone and the second drying zone are respectively provided with the heating zone, the top of the first drying zone is provided with the first fan for blowing air in the heating zone into the first drying zone, and the top of the second drying zone is provided with the second fan for blowing air in the second drying zone into the heating zone.
According to the zoned heating and cooling type mesh belt dryer, the bottom of the heating zone is communicated with the middle part of the mesh belt conveyor belt.
According to the zoned heating and cooling mesh belt type dryer, the cooling fan is arranged on the side face of the cooling zone, and air is sucked into the bottom of the mesh belt type conveyor belt from the top of the mesh belt type conveyor belt and then is discharged.
According to the zoned heating and cooling type mesh belt dryer, the first drying zone and the second drying zone are respectively provided with the material turning teeth, and a brush for flattening cat litter is arranged between the drying box and the top of the mesh belt conveyor belt.
According to the zoned heating and cooling mesh belt type dryer, the top of the tail end of the mesh belt type conveyor belt is also provided with the crushing assembly, and the crushing assembly comprises the vibrating piece arranged on the top of the tail end of the mesh belt type conveyor belt and the driving motor for driving the vibrating piece to vibrate.
According to the zoned heating and cooling mesh belt type dryer, the two sides of the vibrating piece are provided with the ash blocking plates, the vibrating column is arranged between the two ash blocking plates, the side surface of one ash blocking plate is provided with the sliding column, and the side surface of the other ash blocking plate is provided with the limiting column.
According to the zoned heating and cooling mesh belt type dryer, mounting plates are arranged on two sides of the tail end of the mesh belt type conveyor belt, the sliding column and the limiting column penetrate through the mounting plates, and meanwhile, a reset spring is sleeved on the limiting column.
According to the zoned heating and cooling mesh belt type dryer, the mounting plate close to one side of the sliding column is provided with the driving motor, and the output end of the driving motor is provided with the cam abutted against the top of the sliding column.
The invention provides a zoned heating and cooling mesh belt type dryer, comprising: the mesh belt type conveyor belt ensures that when the fan blows the interior of the cat litter in the process of transporting and drying the cat litter, airflow can flow through the mesh belt type conveyor belt to dry the cat litter, and meanwhile, dust in the cat litter can enter the dust collection area at the bottom of the drying box through the mesh belt type conveyor belt; the drying box comprises a first drying area and a second drying area which are arranged inside the drying box, a dust collecting area which is arranged at the bottom of the first drying area and the bottom of the second drying area, and a cooling area which is arranged at the tail end of the mesh belt type conveying belt, wherein air flows inside the first drying area and the second drying area pass through the mesh belt type conveying belt to flow, the flowing directions of the air flows are opposite, and therefore when cat litter is dried, the bottom surface and the top surface of the cat litter are dried by arranging the two drying areas, and the phenomenon that the cat litter is not dried completely in the drying process is prevented.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments, it being understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention provides a zoned heating and cooling mesh belt type dryer, which comprises a mesh belt type conveyor belt 5, and ensures that when a fan is driven by a fan motor 12 to rotate to blow air to the inside in the process of cat litter transportation and drying, airflow can flow through the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5 to dry cat litter, and meanwhile, dust in the cat litter can enter a dust collection area 7 at the bottom of a drying box through the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5; the drying box is characterized in that the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5 penetrates through the drying box, the drying box comprises a first drying area 3 and a second drying area 4 which are arranged inside the drying box, a dust collecting area 7 which is arranged at the bottoms of the first drying area 3 and the second drying area 4, and a cooling area which is arranged at the tail end of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5, and air flows inside the first drying area 3 and the second drying area 4 flow through the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5 and flow directions of the air flows are opposite, so that when cat litter is dried, the bottom surface and the top surface of cat litter are dried by arranging the two drying areas, and the phenomenon that the cat litter is not dried completely in the drying process is prevented.
Preferably, the side surfaces of the first drying zone 3 and the second drying zone 4 of the present invention are both provided with a heating zone 10, a heating rod 11 is arranged inside the heating zone 10, the top of the first drying zone 3 is provided with a first fan 1 for blowing air inside the heating zone 10 into the first drying zone 3, the top of the second drying zone 4 is provided with a second fan 2 for blowing air inside the second drying zone 4 into the heating zone 10, the bottom of the heating zone 10 is communicated with the middle part of the mesh belt conveyor 5, so as to ensure that the top of each heating zone 10 is communicated with the top of the drying zone and the bottom of the heating zone 10 is communicated with the middle of the mesh belt conveyor 5, thus realizing that air flow inside the two drying zones is circulated from the middle to the top of the mesh belt conveyor 5, and ensuring that when drying cat litter, the air flow can heat and dry moisture carried on the cat litter to the maximum extent, and the airflow is circulated, so that the drying effect of the cat litter is optimized.
In addition, a cooling fan 9 is arranged on the side surface of the cooling area, air is sucked into the bottom of the mesh belt type conveyor belt from the top of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5 by the cooling fan 9 and then is discharged, and the cooling fan 9 is additionally arranged at the tail part of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5, so that the sufficient cooling effect of the heated and dried cat litter in the drying box is ensured, meanwhile, dust in the process of cooling the cat litter can be reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
Furthermore, the first drying zone 3 and the second drying zone 4 are both provided with material turning teeth 15, a brush 1616 for flattening the cat litter is arranged between the drying box and the top of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5, the cat litter is ensured to be turned over in the drying process through the material turning teeth 15, the drying effect of the cat litter is further optimized, and meanwhile, the brush 1616 is arranged for flattening the cat litter, so that the drying area of the cat litter in the drying process is ensured.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, preferably, the top of the tail end of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5 is further provided with a crushing assembly 8, the crushing assembly 8 comprises a vibrating element arranged on the top of the tail end of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5 and a driving motor 85 for driving the vibrating element to vibrate, two sides of the vibrating element are provided with ash blocking plates 81, a vibrating column 82 is arranged between the two ash blocking plates 81, a sliding column 83 is arranged on the side surface of one ash blocking plate 81, and a limiting column 87 is arranged on the side surface of the other ash blocking plate 81, so that the vibrating element can vibrate back and forth on the top surface of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5 to shatter the dried cat litter, and the dried cat litter is prevented from caking.
Preferably, mounting plates are arranged on two sides of the tail end of the mesh belt type conveyor belt 5, the sliding column 83 and the limiting column 87 penetrate through the mounting plates, meanwhile, a return spring 86 is sleeved on the limiting column 87, the driving motor 85 is mounted on the mounting plate close to one side of the sliding column 83, a cam 84 which is abutted to the top of the sliding column 83 is arranged at the output end of the driving motor 85, the driving motor 85 rotates to drive the cam 84 to rotate and be matched with the return spring 86, the cam 84 drives the sliding column 83 to slide, and therefore the vibrating piece is driven to vibrate back and forth between the mounting plates, the vibrating column 82 is guaranteed to vibrate cat litter, caking of the cat litter is smashed, and the quality of finished cat litter is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in use, the cat litter to be dried is placed at the inlet of the mesh belt conveyor 5, then the cat litter enters the first drying zone 3 under the rotation action of the mesh belt conveyor 5 driven by the conveyor roller 6, the first fan 1 disposed at the top of the first drying zone 3 is communicated with the heating zone 10 through the connecting pipe 13, the first fan 1 draws the dry hot air inside the heating zone 10 into the first drying zone 3, the hot air dries the upper surface of the cat litter, and then enters the heating zone 10 again from the middle of the top of the mesh belt conveyor 5 to complete the functional cycle process, in this embodiment, the method of taking out the internal wet air may be to set a drying agent inside the circulation passage, absorb the water vapor, or add an external air inlet and an external air outlet, and discharge the internal wet air (both methods are prior art, no repeated description is made here), then the cat litter enters into second drying zone 4 and dries the bottom of cat litter with the same reason, and after the stoving was accomplished, the cat litter enters into the cooling zone and cools off and the crushing operation of caking, then enters into next process, and at the cat litter motion in-process, the dust enters into collection dirt district 7 under the action of gravity of self, then discharges through setting up the valve after long-time the accumulation, accomplishes the stoving operation of cat litter.
In summary, the present invention provides a zoned heating and cooling mesh belt dryer, comprising: the mesh belt type conveyor belt ensures that when the fan blows the inside of the cat litter in the process of transporting and drying the cat litter, airflow can flow through the mesh belt type conveyor belt to dry the cat litter, and meanwhile, dust in the cat litter can enter a dust collection area at the bottom of the drying box through the mesh belt type conveyor belt; the drying box comprises a first drying area and a second drying area which are arranged inside the drying box, a dust collecting area which is arranged at the bottom of the first drying area and the bottom of the second drying area, and a cooling area which is arranged at the tail end of the mesh belt type conveying belt, wherein air flows inside the first drying area and the second drying area pass through the mesh belt type conveying belt to flow, the flowing directions of the air flows are opposite, and therefore when cat litter is dried, the bottom surface and the top surface of the cat litter are dried by arranging the two drying areas, and the phenomenon that the cat litter is not dried completely in the drying process is prevented.
