Background
When the air conditioner is in heating operation in winter, because the air conditioner outdoor absorbs heat from outdoor air, the ambient temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger is low, and water vapor in the air can be condensed into frost to be attached to the surface of the outdoor heat exchanger. Thick frost reduces the heat exchange capability of the air conditioner outdoor unit, thereby reducing the heating efficiency of the air conditioner.
However, the conventional defrosting method is to defrost an external unit of the air conditioner by controlling the air conditioner to perform a preset defrosting program: in order to defrost the air conditioner, the four-way reversing valve is switched to a refrigeration cycle flow, and high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants discharged by the compressor are discharged into an air conditioner external unit through the four-way reversing valve so as to melt a frost layer on the air conditioner external unit.
When the air conditioner executes a defrosting program, the indoor evaporator absorbs heat of a room, so that the temperature of the room is reduced, particularly in cold winter, the defrosting time of the outdoor unit is long, the heat dissipation of the room through a wall is severe, the fluctuation of the indoor temperature is large, and the comfort of the room is seriously influenced.

The following describes a defrosting method and device for an external unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a defrosting method for an external unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including but not limited to the following steps:
step 101: and acquiring current outdoor environment information and the temperature of an air conditioner outdoor unit.
The current outdoor environment information is outdoor real-time environment information of the air conditioner user, and the current environment information may include: current weather conditions (e.g., cloudy, rainy, etc.), current outdoor temperature, current outdoor humidity. Of course, other environmental information related to defrosting of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, such as wind speed, temperature difference, etc., may be included. The temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is the surface temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit fins.
The current outdoor environment information can be acquired from the internet in a mode of networking the air conditioner. A manner of acquiring current outdoor environment information and temperature of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner will be briefly described.
In order to save server resources, and also in most cases, it is not common that the weather condition in one area changes abruptly in a short time, so the period for acquiring the current weather condition may be set, for example, to acquire the current weather condition every 15 minutes. Of course, the user can also consider the long-term weather of the area where the user is located to determine a more appropriate sampling period of the current weather condition.
For the current outdoor temperature and the current outdoor humidity, the current outdoor temperature and the current outdoor humidity in the continuous time length can be obtained, and the sampling period can also be set according to needs.
For the temperature of the air conditioner external unit, a temperature sensor can be arranged on the surface of the air conditioner external unit fin to obtain the real-time temperature of the air conditioner external unit.
Specifically, a plurality of temperature sensors may be dispersedly disposed on the surface of the fin of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the average value of the temperatures of the air conditioner outdoor unit collected by all the temperature sensors is used as the target temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Step 102: and before the air conditioner executes a defrosting program, controlling the electric heater to execute defrosting operation on the air conditioner external unit according to the current outdoor environment information and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit.
The defrosting program of the air conditioner is a defrosting function of the air conditioner, and the general principle is as follows: when the defrosting is carried out on the air conditioner outdoor unit, the four-way reversing valve of the air conditioner is switched to a refrigeration cycle flow, and high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerants discharged by the compressor are discharged into the air conditioner outdoor unit through the four-way reversing valve so as to melt a frost layer on the air conditioner outdoor unit. Because the indoor temperature of the user is reduced after the air conditioner runs the defrosting program, and great influence is brought to the experience of the user, the defrosting operation of the air conditioner is executed before the air conditioner runs the defrosting program.
In order to ensure that the defrosting operation is performed before the air conditioner operation program, the processor or the controller of the air conditioner preferentially controls the electric heater to perform the defrosting operation before entering the defrosting operation, and the defrosting operation may be continued or not performed again only after the defrosting operation by the electric heater is confirmed.
After the current outdoor environment information and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit are obtained, the server or the processor can comprehensively judge and process the current outdoor environment information and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit, determine whether the air conditioner outdoor unit frosts or not, and control the electric heater to perform defrosting operation on the air conditioner outdoor unit.
Optionally, the present invention determines whether the air conditioner external unit is frosted by determining whether the value ranges of the current outdoor environment information and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit are within a preset value range.
It should be noted that the electric heater in the present invention may be disposed on a surface of the air conditioner external unit fin, and after the electric heater is turned on, the electric heater starts to heat the air conditioner external unit fin. After the air conditioner external unit fin is heated, the surface temperature gradually rises, so that the aim of defrosting or deicing is fulfilled.
According to the defrosting method of the air conditioner external unit, before the air conditioner executes a defrosting program, the electric heater is controlled to execute defrosting operation on the air conditioner external unit according to the current outdoor environment information and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit, so that the aim of defrosting the air conditioner external unit is fulfilled, the indoor temperature of a user is kept stable, the comfort of the room is improved, and better experience is brought to the user.
Based on the content of the foregoing embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the present invention provides a defrosting method for an external unit of an air conditioner, where, when the current outdoor environment information includes a current outdoor temperature and a current outdoor humidity, before the air conditioner performs a defrosting procedure, according to the current outdoor environment information and the temperature of the external unit of the air conditioner, an electric heater is controlled to perform a defrosting operation on the external unit of the air conditioner, and the defrosting method includes: under the condition that the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity and the temperature of an air conditioner outdoor unit meet preset conditions, controlling the electric heater to execute defrosting operation; the electric heater is powered by a solar cell.
The preset condition in the invention can be set according to the frosting condition of the area where the user is located. Frosting conditions are generally related to air temperature, air humidity, and attached objects. Since the temperature of the surface of the object is low and the temperature of the air near the surface of the object is high, there is a temperature difference between the air and the surface of the object. If the temperature difference between the object surface and the air is mainly caused by radiation cooling of the object surface, the air will cool when the warmer air comes into contact with the colder object surface, and when the water vapor supersaturation is reached, the excess water vapor will precipitate and frost will form. Based on the principle, the invention comprehensively judges whether the air conditioner external unit meets the frosting condition or not by judging the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity and the air conditioner external unit temperature.
Furthermore, the invention sets preset conditions according to the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit, and the electric heater is started to defrost the air conditioner external unit only under the condition that the preset conditions are met. The purpose of doing so is that only under the condition that the external machine of the air conditioner is judged to be frosted or frozen, the electric heater is started to execute the defrosting operation; and under the condition that the air conditioner external unit is not frosted or frozen, the electric heater is not started, so that the function of automatic defrosting is realized.
Alternatively, the preset conditions may be set such that the current outdoor temperature and the temperature of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are within the preset temperature range, and the current outdoor humidity is within the preset humidity range. For example, the preset temperature range may be set to-8 degrees celsius to 8 degrees celsius, the preset humidity range may be characterized by relative humidity, and the preset humidity range must be greater than 55%.
Optionally, a solar cell is used in the present invention to provide power to the electric heater. The solar cell panel absorbs sunlight, and converts solar energy into electric energy to be stored in the solar cell. Traditional battery can be chooseed for use to solar cell, and this solar cell is connected with solar cell panel, and solar cell panel can set up in sunshine sufficient place, can set up at balcony or roof for example to produce more electric energy.
On the day of good sunshine, the solar cell panel can convert solar energy into electric energy to be stored in the solar cell. When the preset conditions are met, the air conditioner processor or the server can control the electric heater to be started, and the solar cell provides electric energy for the electric heater.
According to the defrosting method of the air conditioner external unit, provided by the invention, the electric heater is started to execute defrosting operation only under the condition that the air conditioner external unit is frosted or frozen, and the defrosting operation is not executed when the air conditioner external unit is not frosted or frozen, so that the defrosting purpose is achieved, the energy waste is reduced, and furthermore, the solar cell is used for supplying power to the electric heater, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.
Based on the content of the foregoing embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the present invention provides a defrosting method for an external unit of an air conditioner, where in a case where the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity, and the temperature of the external unit of the air conditioner meet preset conditions, the defrosting method includes: and under the conditions that the current outdoor temperature is less than or equal to a first temperature threshold, the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is less than or equal to a second temperature threshold, and the current outdoor humidity is greater than or equal to a humidity threshold, controlling the electric heater to execute defrosting operation.
In general, the temperature of the surface of the object will be lower than the outdoor ambient temperature. For example, when the outdoor ambient temperature is 5 degrees celsius, the object surface temperature may be lower than 0 degree celsius. Based on this, the first temperature threshold of the current outdoor temperature set in the invention is larger than the second temperature threshold of the air conditioner outdoor unit temperature, and the frosting of the air conditioner outdoor unit is caused only under the condition that the current outdoor temperature and the air conditioner outdoor unit temperature have a temperature difference and the humidity in the air is higher.
Alternatively, the present invention sets the first temperature threshold to 5 degrees celsius, the second temperature threshold to 1 degree celsius, and the humidity threshold (relative humidity) to 55%.
It should be noted that the first temperature threshold, the second temperature threshold, and the humidity threshold set in the present invention are only one of many embodiments, and the specific setting manner may be adaptively selected according to different regions or users, and the setting manner in the present invention does not limit the protection scope of the present invention.
For example, under the conditions that the current outdoor temperature is 5 degrees celsius, the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is 0 degrees celsius, and the current outdoor humidity is 60%, the conditions that the current outdoor temperature (5 degrees celsius) is less than or equal to a first temperature threshold (5 degrees celsius), the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit (0 degrees celsius) is less than or equal to a second temperature threshold (1 degree celsius), and the current outdoor humidity (60%) is greater than or equal to a humidity threshold (55%) are met. In this case, it can be determined that the condition of frosting of the air conditioner external unit is satisfied, and at this time, the electric heater can be turned on to perform the defrosting operation of the air conditioner external unit.
Under the conditions that the current outdoor temperature is 7 ℃, the temperature of an air conditioner outdoor unit is 2 ℃ and the current outdoor humidity is 60%. Although the current outdoor humidity is 60%, the condition that the current outdoor humidity is greater than or equal to the humidity threshold (55%) is met, since the current outdoor temperature (7 ℃) is greater than the first temperature threshold (5 ℃), the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit (2 ℃) is greater than the second temperature threshold, that is, the current outdoor temperature and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit do not meet the preset condition. For the condition, the condition that the air conditioner external unit is frosted can be judged, the electric heater is not started at the moment, and the air conditioner external unit does not need to be defrosted.
It should be noted that, when the air conditioner external unit is defrosted, a defrosting threshold time may be set, and the time for defrosting the air conditioner external unit each time is greater than or equal to the defrosting threshold time. For example, the defrosting threshold time may be set to 15 minutes, and the defrosting operation may be performed for at least 15 minutes using the electric heater every time the air-conditioner external unit is defrosted.
After the defrosting operation is executed, when the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit do not accord with preset conditions, the defrosting operation is not executed. Specifically, in the next cycle after the defrosting operation is performed once, the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity, and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit may be obtained in the same manner, and whether the air conditioner external unit is frosted may be determined according to the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity, and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit. If the current outdoor temperature reaches 10 degrees centigrade, for example, with the rise of the current outdoor temperature, it indicates that the preset condition is not met, and the defrosting operation is not continued.
According to the defrosting method of the air conditioner external unit, different and specific conditions are set for the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit, the air conditioner external unit is determined to be in accordance with the frosting condition only when the current outdoor temperature, the current outdoor humidity and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit all meet the preset conditions, the defrosting operation is carried out on the air conditioner external unit, the effects of defrosting with frost and defrosting without frost are achieved, and the defrosting process is more automatic and intelligent.
Based on the content of the foregoing embodiment, as an alternative embodiment, the present invention provides a defrosting method for an external unit of an air conditioner, where in a case where the current outdoor temperature is equal to or less than a first temperature threshold, the external unit of the air conditioner is equal to or less than a second temperature threshold, and the current outdoor humidity is equal to or greater than a humidity threshold, the controlling of the electric heater to perform a defrosting operation includes: determining the frosting degree of the air conditioner external unit according to the current outdoor temperature, the temperature of the air conditioner external unit and the current outdoor humidity; determining the heating power and the heating time of the electric heater according to the frosting degree; and controlling the electric heater to execute the defrosting operation according to the heating power and the heating time length.
The frosting degree of the air conditioner external unit is also different due to the outdoor environment information and the temperature change of the air conditioner external unit. The invention can divide the frosting degree of the air conditioner external unit into three grades of high, medium and low according to the outdoor environment information and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit. The specific division mode can be set according to the outdoor environment information and the interval in which the value of the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit falls.
Optionally, when the current outdoor temperature is less than or equal to 5 degrees celsius but greater than 3 degrees celsius and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is less than or equal to 1 degree celsius, the frosting degree is set to a low level when the current outdoor humidity is greater than the humidity threshold.
When the current outdoor temperature is less than or equal to 3 ℃ and greater than 0 ℃, and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is less than or equal to 1 ℃, and when the current outdoor humidity is greater than the humidity threshold value, the frosting degree is set to be at a middle level.
When the current outdoor temperature and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit are both less than or equal to 0 ℃ and the current outdoor humidity is greater than the humidity threshold value, the frosting degree is set to be at a high level.
It should be noted that the frost formation degree determination method in the present invention is only one of many embodiments, and the specific setting method may be adaptively selected according to different regions or users, and the setting method of the frost formation degree in the present invention does not limit the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to more effectively perform the defrosting operation of the air conditioner external unit, the present invention sets different heating powers and heating durations for the electric heater according to the degree of frost formation. The air conditioner external unit with high frosting degree can be defrosted only by higher heating power and longer heating time, and the air conditioner external unit with low frosting degree can be defrosted only by lower heating power and shorter heating time.
For example, for an air conditioner external unit with a high frost formation degree, the heating power of the electric heater is set to be high, and the heating time is set to be 35 minutes; setting the heating power of the electric heater to be at a medium level and setting the heating time to be 25 minutes for the air conditioner external unit with the frosting degree of the medium level; and for the air conditioner external unit with low frosting degree, setting the heating power of the electric heater to be low and setting the heating time to be 15 minutes.
For example, when the current outdoor temperature is 2 degrees celsius, the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is 0 degrees celsius, and the current outdoor humidity is 60%, it may be determined that the frosting degree of the air conditioner outdoor unit is at a medium level, the electric heater is turned on, and the electric heater is controlled to defrost the air conditioner outdoor unit with a medium level heating power, and the defrosting time is 25 minutes.
According to the defrosting method of the air conditioner external unit, the frosting degree of the air conditioner external unit is determined according to the current outdoor environment information and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit, different defrosting schemes are set according to different frosting degrees, and the air conditioner external unit can be defrosted in a more targeted mode.
Based on the content of the foregoing embodiment, as an optional embodiment, the present invention provides a defrosting method for an external unit of an air conditioner, where, when current outdoor environment information includes a current weather condition, before an air conditioner performs a defrosting procedure, an electric heater is controlled to perform a defrosting operation on the external unit of the air conditioner according to the current outdoor environment information and a temperature of the external unit of the air conditioner, and the defrosting method includes: and controlling the electric heater to execute defrosting operation under the condition that the current weather condition is rainy and the temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit is less than or equal to a third temperature threshold value within continuous preset time.
Specifically, the current weather conditions may be obtained through the internet using a server. For example, if the area where the user is located is a, the server may determine, through the location where the air conditioner is located, that the area where the user is located is a, and obtain the current weather condition of the area a.
In the present invention, the rainy day may refer to a weather condition such as light rain, heavy rain, snow, rain and snow. Under the condition that the current weather condition is rainy, and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit is kept low for a long time, the air conditioner external unit can frost.
The preset time period in the present invention may be empirically set to 60 minutes, and the third temperature threshold may be 0 ℃. Namely, under the rainy weather condition, the temperature of the air conditioner external unit is continuously kept below 0 ℃ (including 0 ℃) within 60 minutes, and it can be determined that the air conditioner external unit is frosted.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the setting of the preset time period and the third temperature threshold is only one of many embodiments, and the specific setting manner may be adaptively selected according to different regions, and the setting manner in the present invention does not limit the protection scope of the present invention.
In one example, when the current weather condition is light rain and the temperature of the air conditioner external unit is minus 1 ℃ for 65 minutes continuously, it may be determined that the air conditioner external unit is frosted, and the electric heater may be turned on to defrost the air conditioner external unit.
Furthermore, the frosting degree of the air conditioner external unit can be set to be high under the condition, the electric heater can be controlled to perform defrosting operation on the air conditioner external unit in a high-power heating mode, and the defrosting time can be prolonged as long as possible in an adaptive mode.
According to the defrosting method of the air conditioner external unit, the influence of weather conditions on the frosting of the air conditioner external unit is considered, whether the air conditioner external unit is frosted or not is comprehensively judged according to the temperature of the air conditioner external unit within the preset time, and an electric heater is controlled to defrost the air conditioner external unit.
