the driving part comprises a driving gear, and the adjusting part comprises an electric telescopic rod;
the transmission part comprises a rotating disc, a first sleeve and a first transmission gear, a first meshing gear and a second meshing gear are arranged above the rotating disc, a first limiting groove is formed in the first sleeve, the rotating disc and the first transmission gear are both arranged on the outer side of the first sleeve, the driving gear is meshed with the first transmission gear, the first sleeve is movably sleeved on the outer side of the central tube, and the electric telescopic rod is connected with the first sleeve and used for driving the transmission part to move along the central tube;
when the first limiting groove in the first sleeve is in inserted connection with the first limiting rib on the outer side of the central tube, the driving gear drives the central tube and the information data display component to rotate through the first transmission gear;

when the first meshing teeth are meshed with the second transmission gear, the driving gear drives the first telescopic assembly to do linear motion along the axis direction of the central pipe through the first transmission gear, and then the display screen is driven to rotate on the base.
