It is known that the valve needle is to be mounted in the valve housing 2, and therefore, the valve housing 2 and the plug-in post portion 21 are both cylindrical members. With this design, even if the plug post portion 21 is deflected by a small angle from the mounting hole portion 11 at the time of initial mounting, the plug post portion 21 can be smoothly inserted, and the valve housing 2 can be more easily assembled.
After the press fitting of the valve sleeve 2 is completed, in order to ensure the connection reliability of the valve sleeve 2 and the valve seat 1, the valve sleeve 2 and the valve seat 1 are usually required to be welded, and a common welding mode is furnace welding. To facilitate the filling and flowing of the solder, a solder groove 213 may be provided on the inner wall of the mounting hole portion 11 and/or the outer wall of the plug post portion 21, and the solder may flow from bottom to top and fill each solder groove 213 to solder the valve housing 2 and the valve seat 1.
The shape, number, mounting positions, and the like of the solder tanks 213 are not limited, and may be specifically determined according to actual conditions. For example, the shape of the solder bath 213 may be any one of a spiral type (as shown in fig. 1), a curved type, a straight type (as shown in fig. 3), or a combination of any several types; the solder grooves 213 may be distributed only on the outer wall of the close-fitting section 21a, but may be distributed over the entire plug-in post portion 21.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the inner wall of the mounting hole portion 11 may be provided with solder inlet grooves 111, and the solder inlet grooves 111 may form solder inlets a in cooperation with the tapered sections 212 of the sub-columns farthest from the stopper column portion 22, and during soldering, solder may enter from the solder inlets a and gradually fill in the gaps between the plug column portion 21 and the mounting hole portion 11 and the respective solder inlet grooves 111.
Since such welding is internal welding, it is difficult to visually observe the welding from the outside of the valve seat body. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, the gap 221 is formed at the abutting position of the limit post portion 22 and the valve seat 1, and the gap 221 may be located on the valve seat 1, or may be located on the limit post portion 22, or may be located on both the valve seat 1 and the limit post portion 22, and the gap 221 may be communicated with the solder groove 213, so that when the solder is sufficient, the solder may flow out from the gap 221, and thus, the filling condition of the solder may be intuitively determined, as shown in fig. 7, and when the welding is completed, the solder may seal the gap 221.
