Electric steering engine based on ball worm gear transmission
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater vehicles, and particularly relates to a low-noise high-efficiency electrically-driven steering engine based on ball, worm gear and worm transmission.
Background
The steering engine is an important component of an underwater vehicle control system and also an important source of submarine noise. The noise reduction of the steering engine is an important way for improving the stealth performance of the underwater vehicle. At present, gear transmission systems or hydraulic transmission systems are mostly adopted for underwater sailing devices, the two systems are complex in structure and large in occupied size, and meanwhile, the problems of high noise and oil leakage exist, and the secrecy of the underwater sailing device is extremely unfavorable; meanwhile, the complicated structure and machining errors may cause that the response speed and the transmission precision cannot reach the expected effect. The ball worm gear transmission has the advantages of high transmission efficiency, stable operation, low noise, large transmission ratio and the like, and the advantages can just make up the defects of the existing steering engine to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to design a brand new scheme based on bionic joint driving to realize a high-performance underwater vehicle steering engine with low vibration, low dead weight, high efficiency, low noise and long service life, aiming at solving the problem that the existing steering engine scheme cannot meet the requirement of accurate control of an underwater vehicle in China due to low efficiency, large volume, high noise and heating.

further, the worm is a ball worm;
furthermore, the ball worm is connected to a rotating shaft of the driving motor in a transmission manner through an elastic coupling;
furthermore, the ball worm and the steering engine output shaft are supported in the shell through at least one pair of conical roller bearings which are arranged back to back;
further, an angle potentiometer for monitoring the rotation angle of the output shaft of the steering engine is arranged in the shell;
furthermore, the worm wheel is a sector worm wheel and is connected to the output shaft of the steering engine through a spline.
Further, the housing includes an upper end cap and a lower base; the upper bearing seat body and the lower bearing seat body for mounting the tapered roller bearing are respectively and integrally formed on the upper end cover and the lower base;
furthermore, mechanical limits positioned at two sides of the sector worm wheel are integrally formed in the shell.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the electrically-driven steering engine, the ball worm gear is ingeniously combined with the worm, so that the transmission efficiency is improved, the transmission parts are simplified, and the overall weight of the steering engine is reduced;
(2) according to the electrically-driven steering engine, the shell can be designed into a T shape, so that the space occupation of the steering engine is saved, and certain help is provided for compressing the volume of an underwater vehicle;
(3) the electric drive steering engine adopts the incomplete tooth-shaped worm wheel (sector worm wheel), improves the space utilization rate, reduces the space waste, makes the structure more compact and reduces the weight on the premise of ensuring the satisfaction of the requirements.
(4) The electrically-driven steering engine is simple in structure, convenient to disassemble and assemble and easy to maintain;
(5) according to the electrically-driven steering engine, the bearing seat, the motor base, the mechanical limit and the like are integrally processed with the shell, so that vibration and noise in the steering engine are effectively reduced.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the electric steering engine based on ball worm gear transmission of the present embodiment includes a housing, a driving motor 101, a worm gear mechanism, and a steering engine output shaft 110.
The shell is a T-shaped shell and comprises an upper end cover 107 and a lower base 112; the upper bearing seat body and the lower bearing seat body of the tapered roller bearing are respectively and integrally formed on the upper end cover 107 and the lower base 112; the inside of the housing is also integrally formed with mechanical stops located on both sides of the sector worm wheel 109 of the worm gear mechanism, thereby limiting the rotation angle of the sector worm wheel 109. An angle potentiometer 106 used for monitoring the rotation angle of the steering engine output shaft 110 is arranged right above the steering engine output shaft 110 in the shell, so that the rotation angle of the steering engine output shaft 110 is monitored in real time.
The worm gear mechanism comprises a worm which is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the driving motor 101 through an elastic coupling 103 and a worm wheel which is connected with an output shaft 110 of the steering engine through a spline; the driving motor 101 is a direct-current brushless speed-reducing servo motor and is fixedly arranged in the shell through a motor base 102; the worm is a ball worm which is supported in the housing by a pair of tapered roller bearings (104, 108) arranged back to back; the rolling ball worm surrounds the rolling ball through the outer cover and is radially positioned for the rolling ball, the rolling ball enters the worm from the inner part and reversely and smoothly moves to the initial end after moving to the terminal end of the meshing area of the rolling ball and the worm wheel, and participates in the meshing of the worm wheel in the spiral groove on the surface of the worm again to complete the round and round movement, so that the sliding meshing of the traditional worm and gear mechanism is changed into rolling meshing, and the transmission efficiency is greatly improved. The worm wheel is a sector worm wheel 109, so that the worm wheel and worm mechanism improves the space utilization rate, reduces the space waste, makes the structure more compact and reduces the weight on the premise of ensuring that the transmission requirement is met; the power output shaft is a spline shaft which is supported in the shell through bearings (105, 111) and is matched and connected with a spline hole in the middle of the sector worm wheel 109.
The electric steering engine transmission path of the embodiment is as follows: the direct-current brushless speed-reducing servo motor drives the ball worm to rotate through the elastic coupling 103, and then drives the sector worm gear 109 to rotate, the sector worm gear 109 is connected with the steering engine output shaft 110 through a spline, and finally the steering engine output shaft 110 is driven to rotate.
Finally, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
