Claims (7)
1. An aluminum alloy door and window comprises a door frame (1), wherein two slide rails (11) are arranged in the door frame (1); the two slide ways (11) are separated by a partition plate (12); a movable door and window (13) is arranged in each of the two slide ways (11); the upper end face and the lower end face of each of the two movable doors and windows (13) are fixedly connected with two rollers (14); the two rollers (14) are arranged in the corresponding slide ways (11) and drive the movable door and window (13) to roll in the corresponding slide ways (11);
the device is characterized by also comprising a cleaning mechanism, wherein the cleaning mechanism is used for cleaning dust and impurities accumulated in the slide way (11);
the clearance mechanism includes:
the sliding plate (2) is fixedly arranged in a slide way (11) below the sliding plate (2), and the roller (14) rolls on the sliding plate (2); the left end and the right end of the sliding plate (2) are not attached to the slideway (11) and are provided with openings (21);
a support plate (22), the support plate (22) being disposed below the slide plate (2); the supporting plate (22) is fixedly connected with the partition plate (12) and the door frame (1) and is used for supporting the sliding plate (2);
the rotating rollers (23) are rotatably connected to one side, provided with the two openings (21), of the sliding plate (2) below the sliding plate (2); a rotating shaft on the rotating roller (23) on one side extends out of the door frame (1) and is sleeved with a Z-shaped rod (24);
the cleaning belt (25) is partially laid above the sliding plate (2) and goes around the two rotating rollers (23) to be mutually connected end to form a loop; the roller (14) rolls on the cleaning belt (25);
a collection bin (26), wherein the collection bin (26) is placed at the bottom of the slide way (11) and is positioned below the cleaning belt (25);
the baffle (27) is arranged in the door frame (1) and used for shielding the slideway (11); the baffle plate (27) is fixedly connected with the door frame (1) and the support plate (22) through bolts;
the bottom frame of the movable door and window (13) is internally hinged with a supporting block (4) through a rotating shaft, and the maximum rotating angle of the supporting block (4) is vertical to the bottom frame of the movable door and window (13); a thread groove (41) is formed in the inner wall of the supporting block (4);
convex grooves (3) which are uniformly distributed are formed in the inner wall of the supporting plate (22); a convex block (31) is connected in the convex groove (3) in a sliding way; the lower surface of the convex block (31) is fixedly connected with a side plate (32); the side plates (32) are fixedly provided with uniformly arranged cylinders (33); the included angle formed between the cylinder (33) and the support plate (22) is gradually increased from the left side and the right side of the door frame (1) to the central position of the door frame (1); the cleaning belt (25) passes under the cylinder (33), and the cleaning belt (25) is in an inclined state.
2. The aluminum alloy door and window according to claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the cylinder (33) is provided with evenly distributed brush hairs.
3. The aluminum alloy door and window according to claim 1, wherein: transverse plates (34) which are uniformly arranged are fixedly connected in the collection bin (26); the upper surface of the transverse plate (34) is fixedly connected with uniform bristles.
4. The aluminum alloy door and window according to claim 3, wherein: the transverse plate (34) is an elastic sheet.
5. The aluminum alloy door and window according to claim 1, wherein: the surfaces of two sides of the cleaning belt (25) are fixedly connected with division bars which are made of elastic rubber materials.
6. The aluminum alloy door and window according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning belt (25) is a woven belt.
7. The aluminum alloy door and window according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning belts (25) are connected end to end through magic tapes.
