Background
When the flow rate of water delivery is increased in large-scale diversion and water transfer engineering, obvious karman vortex street phenomenon can appear on the downstream of the buildings such as partial bridge pier columns, aqueducts, inverted siphons and the like, even turbulent flow state is formed, and the water transfer capacity is restricted to be increased. Therefore, the building needs to be optimized and reformed, and the karman vortex street phenomenon is eliminated by adding a diversion structure and the like at the upstream of the building, so that the water conveying capacity is improved. Because the scale of the water diversion and regulation project is larger, the economic loss of water cut-off reconstruction is overlarge, and the original building can be reconstructed only under the condition of normal water delivery; meanwhile, the water surface of the diversion and water diversion engineering is wider, piers, columns, guide walls and the like are all positioned in the center of a channel, after a conventional automobile crane arm is unfolded for a long distance, the lifting capacity is obviously reduced, and the crawler crane can lift a large tonnage, but has limited width and bearing capacity along an overhaul road of the channel, and can influence the safety of an original diversion and water diversion building. In order to finish the optimization and transformation of aqueducts, inverted siphons and bridge piers in water diversion engineering, at present, diversion buildings with assembled structures are mostly adopted, and after the prefabrication of each component is finished, the on-site assembly and sinking in place are finished through the overhead hoisting equipment. Under the influence of the water condition, when the diversion building with larger volume is vertically connected, the defects of low assembly precision, poor water stopping effect and the like often exist.

The water stop is a hollow rubber rod, the outer diameter of the water stop is 0.6-0.7 times of the inner diameter of the water tank, and the inner diameter of the water stop is 1.1-1.2 times of the difference value between the water stop and the inner diameter of the water tank.
The cavity structure is provided with a bottom plate, and rubber suction cups are arranged at the periphery of the lower surface of the bottom plate along the circumferential direction.
The prefabricated member assembly structure suitable for water-free operation is simple in structure and convenient to construct, assembly can be rapidly completed through the interlayer mortise-tenon structure, and the vertical installation accuracy of the assembly member is improved; meanwhile, a water stopping groove is formed between adjacent prefabricated members, and hollow rubber rods are placed in the groove, so that the hollow rubber rods are compressed to realize a water stopping function when the assembly is completed, and the on-site assembly and sinking in-place efficiency of the diversion building in the diversion project can be effectively improved.

The invention relates to a prefabricated member assembly structure suitable for water-free operation, which is used between prefabricated member connecting surfaces arranged in a vertical lamination manner, and comprises the following components: the positioning groove is arranged at the periphery of the top surface of the lower prefabricated member; the inserting tenon is arranged on the bottom surface of the upper prefabricated member corresponding to the positioning groove and is matched with the positioning groove; the water stopping groove is arranged on the top surface of the lower prefabricated member and is positioned outside the positioning groove; the water stop belt is arranged in the water stop groove, and the water stop belt is extruded and deformed under the action of the upper prefabricated member to form a water stop seal.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the diversion building to be built is a thin-wall type upper opening cavity structure with a bottom plate, the adopted prefabricated members 1 are vertically stacked, and the assembly structure is arranged between the connecting surfaces of the adjacent prefabricated members 1 and is used for accurately positioning and forming sealing water stop.
The prefabricated members 1 are divided into two types, one type is a cylindrical structure, the other type is an upper opening structure with a bottom plate, the upper opening structure is provided with annular side walls which are identical in shape and uniform in size, an annular positioning groove 2 is formed in the top surface of each annular side wall of each prefabricated member 1, and the positioning groove 2 is located at the periphery of the side wall of the prefabricated member 1 and is an L-shaped groove structure which is close to a cavity; an annular water stop groove 3 is arranged on the outer side of each positioning groove 2, the cross section of the annular water stop groove 3 is of a semicircular structure, and hollow rubber rods 4 installed in the annular water stop groove are connected end to form an annular water stop belt. Normally, the outer diameter of the hollow rubber rod 4 is 0.6-0.7 times of the inner diameter of the water tank 3, and the inner diameter of the hollow rubber rod 4 is 1.1-1.2 times of the difference between the inner diameter of the hollow rubber rod and the inner diameter of the water stopping tank 3, so that the hollow rubber rod 4 can be filled in the water stopping tank 3 to form a sealing water stopping structure after being pressed and deformed. Secondly, the edge of the bottom surface of the side wall of the prefabricated part 1 with the cylindrical structure is provided with a plug-in tenon matched with the positioning groove 2, and when the prefabricated part is installed, the positioning groove 2 supports the plug-in tenon and performs assembly positioning. The bottom surface of the sidewall of the preform 1 having the cylindrical structure is formed in a planar structure at a position facing the water stop groove 3, so that the hollow rubber rod 4 can be sufficiently extruded. In addition, in order to improve the assembly precision, the rubber suction cup 5 is arranged on the bottom plate of the prefabricated member 1 with the upper opening structure at the bottom, and can form suction with the bottom surface of the channel under the action of gravity when contacting with the bottom surface of the channel, so that the assembly difficulty between the prefabricated members 1 is reduced. Further, the rubber suction disc 5 is circumferentially arranged at the periphery of the lower surface of the bottom plate of the prefabricated member 1, so that the assembly part can generate certain buoyancy in the sinking process, and accordingly the assembly part slowly descends, and collision damage is avoided.
