A second spring is further provided between the second clamping block 3112 and the fixed plate.
A guide shaft is also arranged between the telescopic cylinder and the fixed plate.
The second clamping block 3112 has a height relative to the fixed plate that is greater than the height of the first clamping block 3111 relative to the fixed plate.
The clamping assembly provided by the invention can realize clamping of the iron hoop of the flange barrel and the barrel cover.
As shown in fig. 3-6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a device capable of ensuring the opening and in-situ closing of a flanged tub hoop, comprising:
the rotary table 31, there are three first clamping assemblies 311 arranged in regular triangle in the circumference of the rotary table 31, the first clamping assembly 311 can move to the centre of the rotary table 31, in order to clamp bung and iron hoop of the flange bucket;
a deflection driving member 32 rotatably connected to the turntable 31 and rotatable with respect to the turntable 31 about the center of the turntable 31;
the overturning driving piece 33 is rotationally connected to the deflection driving piece 32, and the distance between the overturning driving piece 33 and the center of the turntable 31 is equal to the distance between the overturning driving piece 33 and the center of the turntable 31 when the first clamping component 311 clamps the barrel cover;
the turntable 31 is also provided with two second clamping assemblies 312, the inward contraction amplitude of the second clamping assemblies 312 is smaller than that of the first clamping assemblies 311, or the second clamping assemblies 312 are fixed in position and have a larger distance from the center of the turntable 31 than that of the first clamping assemblies 311 when clamping the barrel cover;
the flip driving member 33 and the two second clamping assemblies 312 are triangular, and the flip driving member 33 and the two second clamping assemblies 312 are arranged between the three first clamping assemblies 311 at intervals;
one of the first clamping assemblies 311 is in anti-slip contact with the iron hoop, and the second clamping assembly 312 and the other first clamping assemblies 311 are in slidable contact with the iron hoop.
The first clamping assembly 311 comprises a first clamping block 3111 and a second clamping block 3112, wherein the first clamping block 3111 is adapted to clamp a hoop and the second clamping block 3112 is adapted to clamp a lid.
The first clamping block 3111 of one of the first clamping assemblies 311 is provided with an anti-slip structure, so that the first clamping block 3111 of the other first clamping assemblies 311 cannot slide relative to the iron hoop after clamping.
The first clamping assembly 311 further includes a telescopic cylinder and a fixed plate, the telescopic cylinder being connected with the fixed plate to control radial movement of the fixed plate, and the first clamping block 3111 and the second clamping block 3112 being connected to the fixed plate.
The second clamping assembly 312 comprises a third clamping block 3121, the third clamping block 3121 being correspondingly arranged outside the iron hoop, which can be supported by the third clamping block 3121 when the iron hoop is opened.
The deflection driving piece 32 is of a disc type structure, driving teeth are connected to the deflection driving piece 32, and the driving teeth are driven by gears; preferably, the drive teeth are located away from the position of the flip drive 33.
The turning driving piece 33 comprises a turning plate 331, the turning plate 331 is connected to the deflection driving piece 32 through a rotating shaft, a wedge-shaped cutting piece 332 is arranged on the turning plate 331 and used for cutting into a space between a turning handle and an iron hoop under the driving of the deflection driving piece 32, an elastic pressing plate 333 is arranged on the outer side of the wedge-shaped cutting piece 332, a gap is reserved between the elastic pressing plate 333 and the wedge-shaped cutting piece 332 so as to allow the turning handle to be placed between the elastic pressing plate 333 and the wedge-shaped cutting piece 332, and the elastic pressing plate 333 has a pre-pressure pressed towards one side of the wedge-shaped cutting piece 332.
The device capable of ensuring the opening and the in-situ closing of the flange barrel iron hoop can keep the flange barrel iron hoop and one of the clamping assemblies positioned mutually after the flange barrel iron hoop is opened, so that the flange barrel iron hoop can be reset when the barrel cover is closed.
As shown in fig. 3-6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a turning driving member 33, which includes a turning plate 331 and a driving mechanism 335 for driving the turning plate 331, wherein the turning plate 331 has a rotating shaft, one end of the turning plate 331 far away from the rotating shaft is provided with a wedge-shaped cutting member 332 arranged vertically, an elastic pressing plate 333 is provided on the outer side of the wedge-shaped cutting member 332, a gap is reserved between the elastic pressing plate 333 and the wedge-shaped cutting member 332 to allow a turning handle to be placed between the two, and the elastic pressing plate 333 has a pre-pressing force pressed against one side of the wedge-shaped cutting member 332.
Further comprises: a fixing plate 334 for fixing the flipping plate 331, the flipping plate 331 being rotatably connected to the fixing plate 334; the drive mechanism 335 is provided on the fixed plate 334.
The driving mechanism 335 comprises a gear set 3351, a driving rod 3352 and an air cylinder 3353, wherein the air cylinder is rotationally connected with an eccentric shaft on a gear through the driving rod, and the gear set is connected with the turnover plate through a rotating shaft.
The gear set includes a large gear and a small gear engaged with each other, wherein the driving lever is rotatably connected to the large gear, and the small gear is connected to the flipping plate 331 through a rotation shaft.
The wedge angle of the wedge-shaped incision piece 332 points in the direction of the rotating shaft.
The inversion plate 331 is horizontally disposed, and the wedge-shaped cut 332 is disposed below the inversion plate 331.
The elastic pressing plate 333 is connected to a rotating shaft disposed on the turnover plate 331, and a torsion spring is disposed on the rotating shaft to provide a pre-tightening torque force for the elastic pressing plate 333.
The elastic pressing plate 333 is connected to a rotating shaft provided on the turnover plate 331, and a tension spring is provided on the turnover plate 331 to be connected to one end of the elastic pressing plate 333.
The invention provides a turnover driving piece 33 which can be cut into between a turnover handle and an iron hoop of a flange barrel so as to facilitate the opening of the turnover handle, and an elastic pressing plate 333 can be utilized to reset the turnover handle when the turnover handle is closed.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Claims (6)

1. A flange bucket filling machine, comprising:
a frame (10);
the identifying device (20) is arranged on the rack (10) and is used for identifying the barrel cover of the flange barrel below and the structural characteristics of the overturning handle on the barrel cover;
the cap screwing device (30) is positioned in the frame (10) and used for clamping the barrel cover and the iron hoop of the flange barrel and opening the overturning handle on the barrel cover, and the cap screwing device (30) can move along the track or the guide rail in the transverse direction, the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction;
a filling gun (40) located within the frame (10) and movable in a transverse, longitudinal and vertical direction along a track or rail;
the cap screwing device (30) comprises:
the rotary table (31) can rotate, more than three first clamping assemblies (311) are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotary table (31), and the first clamping assemblies (311) can move towards the center of the rotary table (31) so as to clamp the barrel cover and the iron hoop of the flange barrel;
a deflection driving member (32) rotatably connected to the turntable (31) and rotatable around the center of the turntable (31) with respect to the turntable (31);
a turnover driving piece (33) rotatably connected to the deflection driving piece (32), wherein the distance between the turnover driving piece (33) and the center of the turntable (31) is equal to the distance between the turnover driving piece (33) and the center of the turntable (31) when the first clamping assembly (311) clamps the barrel cover, and the turnover driving piece (33) is positioned between two adjacent first clamping assemblies (311); the first clamping assemblies (311) are three and distributed in a regular triangle; also comprises two second clamping assemblies (312) which are arranged between two adjacent first clamping assemblies (311) at intervals and are different from the position of the overturning driving piece (33); wherein the inward contraction amplitude of the second clamping component (312) is smaller than that of the first clamping component (311), or the second clamping component (312) is fixed in position and is farther from the center of the turntable (31) than that of the first clamping component (311) when clamping the barrel cover;
the first clamping assembly (311) comprises a first clamping block (3111) and a second clamping block (3112), wherein the first clamping block (3111) is used for clamping on the iron hoop, and the second clamping block (3112) is used for clamping on a barrel cover;
the first clamping block (3111) of one of the first clamping assemblies (311) is provided with an anti-slip structure, so that the first clamping block (3111) of the other first clamping assemblies (311) is of a plane connection structure, and cannot slide with the iron hoop after being clamped.
2. The flange barrel filling machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the first clamping assembly (311) further comprises a telescopic cylinder and a fixed plate, wherein the telescopic cylinder is connected with the fixed plate so as to control radial movement of the fixed plate, and the first clamping block (3111) and the second clamping block (3112) are connected to the fixed plate.
3. The flange barrel filling machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the second clamping assembly (312) comprises a third clamping block (3121), wherein the third clamping block (3121) is correspondingly arranged on the outer side of the iron hoop and can be supported by the third clamping block (3121) when the iron hoop is opened.
4. The flange barrel filling machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the deflection driving piece (32) is of a disc type structure, and driving teeth are connected to the deflection driving piece (32) and are driven by gears.
5. The flange bucket filling machine of claim 4 wherein,
the drive teeth are located remotely from the position of the flip drive (33).
6. The flange barrel filling machine according to claim 1, wherein,
the overturning driving piece (33) comprises an overturning plate, the overturning plate is connected to the deflection driving piece (32) through a rotating shaft, a wedge-shaped cutting-in piece is arranged on the overturning plate and used for cutting in between the overturning handle and the iron hoop under the driving of the deflection driving piece (32), an elastic pressing plate is arranged on the outer side of the wedge-shaped cutting-in piece, a gap is reserved between the elastic pressing plate and the wedge-shaped cutting-in piece so as to allow the overturning handle to be placed between the two, and the elastic pressing plate is provided with a pre-pressing force pressed towards one side of the wedge-shaped cutting-in piece.
