One side of the connecting rod 24 close to the push plate 20 is a hard straight rod, one side of the connecting rod 24 close to the elastic plate 18 is a soft arc rod, and the length of the hard straight rod is the same as that of the sliding groove 19; one end of the connecting rod 24 is designed to be a hard straight rod, so that the push plate 20 can push the connecting rod 24 to slide conveniently; one end of the connecting rod 24 is designed as a soft arc rod, which is convenient for pushing the elastic plate 18 to unfold and fold.
As shown in fig. 7, an elastic rope 25 is fixedly connected inside the through slot 16, a plurality of elliptical bags 26 are arranged in the middle of the elastic rope 25, adjacent elliptical bags 26 are in contact with each other, and the outer walls of the elliptical bags 26 are in sliding fit with the inside of the through slot 16; when the elastic plate 18 is unfolded, the arc-shaped ring plate 15 is driven to bend, so that the elastic rope 25 is stretched, the elliptical bag 26 is stretched, the through groove 16 is exposed, and polishing debris passes through the through groove 16 and enters the collecting concave plate 17; when the elastic plate 18 is folded, the arc-shaped ring plate 15 is reset, the elastic rope 25 and the elliptical sac 26 are reset, the through groove 16 is sealed, and the probability that collected grinding debris splashes out of the collecting concave plate 17 is further reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, the top of the outer wall of the elastic plate 18 is provided with a fluff strip 27, and the fluff of the fluff strip 27 is in sliding fit with the inner surface of the blank 7; in operation, when the sanding head 5 moves out of the central hole of the blank 7, the fluff of the fluff strip 27 is caused to sweep the central hole of the blank 7, thereby further improving the cleanliness of the inner surface of the blank 7.

When in work: placing a blank 7 on the top of a three-jaw chuck 4, fixing and locking the blank 7 by using the three-jaw chuck 4, pushing a polishing head 5 into a hole in the middle of the blank 7 by a vertical moving mechanism of a machine body 1, pressing gas into a gas bag 12 by an air pump to expand the gas bag 12, filling the cavity 10 with the gas bag 12, pushing a push rod 13 into a mounting groove 8, pushing the elastic polishing sheet 6 out of the mounting groove 8 by the push rod 13, and enabling the elastic polishing sheet 6 to be always attached to the inner surface of the blank 7; meanwhile, the air bag 12 expands to push the push plate 20 to slide along the guide rod 21, so that the second spring 22 is compressed, the connecting rod 24 is pushed to slide into the sliding hole 23, the elastic plate 18 is pushed to expand, the arc-shaped ring plate 15 is driven to bend, the elastic rope 25 is stretched, the elliptical bag 26 is stretched, the through groove 16 is exposed, and the elastic plate 18 is attached to the inner surface of the blank 7; the elastic polishing sheet 6 is attached to the inner surfaces of the blanks 7 with different sizes for polishing, so that the application range of the polishing machine is widened.
The motor 2 drives the main shaft 3 to rotate, drives the polishing head 5 to rotate, drives the elastic polishing sheet 6 to rotate, polishes the inner surface of the blank 7, and the polished chips fall down and are blocked by the elastic plate 18, pass through the through groove 16 and are collected in the collecting concave plate 17; the probability that grinding scraps are stuck to the inner surface of the blank 7 and the operating table of the machine body 1 is reduced;
after polishing is finished, the air pump pumps out air in the air bag 12, so that the air bag 12 contracts to drive the push rod 13 to be brought back into the cavity 10 and drive the elastic polishing piece 6 to be pulled back into the mounting groove 8, and the influence of the elastic polishing piece 6 on the movement of the polishing head 5 out of the blank 7 is reduced; meanwhile, the air bag 12 contracts, the second spring 22 resets, the push rod 13 is pushed to reset, the connecting rod 24 is driven to slide into the sliding groove 19, the elastic plate 18 is pulled to be attached to the outer wall of the polishing head 5, the arc-shaped annular plate 15 resets, the elastic rope 25 and the elliptical bag 26 reset, the through groove 16 is sealed, and therefore the probability that collected polishing debris splashes out of the collecting concave plate 17 is further reduced.
