The invention provides a punching device for producing a composite insulator hardware fitting based on limiting as shown in figures 1-8, which comprises an upper supporting plate 1, wherein a lower supporting plate 14 is arranged below the upper supporting plate 1, a fixing component for clamping and fixing the upper surface of the lower supporting plate 14 at the lower end of the composite insulator hardware fitting, a drilling component for drilling the upper part of the composite insulator hardware fitting is arranged at the top of the upper supporting plate 1, the composite insulator hardware fitting comprises an upper V-shaped part 6 at the upper part and a lower cylindrical structure part 8 at the lower part, the upper V-shaped part 6 and the lower cylindrical structure part 8 are integrally arranged, the upper V-shaped part 6, the lower cylindrical structure part 8 is integrally in a Y-shaped structure, the two side plates of the upper V-shaped part 6 are symmetrically provided with reserved holes 7 which are distributed obliquely, and the drilling assembly comprises a stress driving cylinder 5 and power guide cylinders 19 which are integrally arranged on two sides of the lower end of the stress driving cylinder 5.

In the embodiment, in order to solve the problem that the holes are actually punched step by step in the V-shaped plate structure, which is inefficient, a stressed driving cylinder 5 and a power guide cylinder 19 are provided, the power guide cylinder 19 is obliquely arranged, an inverted V-shaped structure is formed between two sets of power guide cylinders 19 and the stressed driving cylinder 5, a second power chamber 32 is provided inside the power guide cylinder 19, a guide metal structure 33, a circular sealing plate 39 and an intermediate rotating shaft lever 36 are provided in the second power chamber 32, an extending hole 34 extending through the bottom surface of the power guide cylinder 19 is provided at one end of the second power chamber 32 away from the stressed driving cylinder 5, the intermediate rotating shaft lever 36 movably extends through the extending hole 34, a drill bit 37 is provided at one end of the intermediate rotating shaft lever 36 movably extending through the extending hole 34, a connecting ring 35 is fixedly provided at the end of the drill bit 37, and the connecting ring 35 is sleeved at the end of the intermediate rotating shaft lever 36, the connecting ring 35 and the middle rotating shaft 36 are fixed by a screw, the drill 37 is in a conical drill structure, a plurality of groups of raised scrapers are arranged at the outer ring of the drill 37, the circular sealing plate 39 is fixedly welded at one end of the middle rotating shaft 36 far away from the drill 37, a guiding circular hole for the guiding metal structure 33 to movably pass through is arranged on the circular sealing plate 39, the guiding metal structure 33 is in a spiral structure, when the circulating unit 15 is started, water stored in the pulling and holding spring 16 is extracted at high speed, the high-speed flowing water sequentially passes through the water hose 18, the first power chamber 29 and the communication port 30 and then enters the second power chamber 32, the high-speed flowing water rapidly pushes the circular sealing plate 39 in the second power chamber 32 to move towards one end of the extending hole 34, because of the guiding metal structure 33, when the circular sealing plate 39 moves towards the extending hole 34, the circular sealing plate 39 can rotate in the second power chamber 32 along the axis thereof by the guiding metal structure 33, the middle rotating shaft rod 36, the circular sealing plate 39, the power guide cylinder 19 and the guide metal structure 33 are coaxially arranged, and the circular sealing plate 39, the middle rotating shaft rod 36, the connecting ring 35 and the drill bit 37 are fixedly connected, so that the circular sealing plate 39, the middle rotating shaft rod 36, the connecting ring 35 and the drill bit 37 synchronously rotate, when the circular sealing plate 39 rotates, the drill bit 37 can rotate and move to one end far away from the forced driving cylinder 5, the purpose of extending out and punching is realized, and a reserved hole 7 can be drilled on the upper V-shaped part 6;
the inlet and outlet of the circulating unit 15 are switched circularly, that is, water entering the second power chamber 32 can be pumped into the holding spring 16 again, and the circular sealing plate 39 is quickly reset in the second power chamber 32 due to the generated suction force, so that the telescopic punching purpose is realized, the phenomenon that the aperture is too large due to the deflection of the aperture and the overhigh heat in the continuous punching process is avoided, the punching effect is good, and the error is low;
in the device, the rotation of the drill bit 37 is guided by the guide metal structure 33, so that the whole drill bit 37 is not easy to generate centrifugal motion and offset, and the punching effect is good.
A communication port 30 is reserved between the upper surface of the reference support rib plate 31 and the inner wall above the second power chamber 32, a first power chamber 29 is arranged inside the stress driving barrel 5, the lower end of the first power chamber 29 is communicated with the second power chamber 32 through the communication port 30, a water through hose 18 is communicated with the upper end of the first power chamber 29, the water through hose 18 is fixed on the outer ring of the stress driving barrel 5, a pulling and holding spring 16 is arranged on the upper surface of the lower support plate 14, and a circulating unit 15 communicated between the inside of the pulling and holding spring 16 and the end part of the water through hose 18 is arranged above the pulling and holding spring 16.
It should be noted that the power guide cylinders 19 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the stressed driving cylinder 5, the rotation directions of the power guide cylinders 19 are opposite, so that a part of the generated reverse vibration force can be mutually offset, the stability of the punching device is improved, the two groups of upper V-shaped parts 6 can be punched simultaneously, and the punching efficiency is higher;
in the device, the circulating unit 15 may use a water pump or the like, which is a common technology in the prior art and is not described herein.
