The method and the device for screening out the foamed concrete in the construction waste are an improvement on the traditional construction waste recycling method, wood, plastic blocks, foamed concrete and the like in the construction waste recycled aggregate are firstly taken as light substances to be distinguished, and the foamed concrete in the output light substances is further removed to obtain combustible light substance fuel. The light substances without the foamed concrete can be used for incineration power generation and other purposes, so that the incineration efficiency of the combustible light substances is improved. The method and the equipment for screening the foamed concrete in the construction waste have the advantages of reasonable design, high utilization rate of the recycled raw materials and high purity of the product, improve the value of the recycled aggregate of the construction waste and realize the maximum utilization of resources.

Background
Along with the continuous acceleration of the urbanization development and the engineering construction in China, a large amount of construction waste and decoration waste are generated, the waste causes certain pollution to the environment, and if the waste cannot be well recycled, the waste of resources can be caused. The construction waste mainly comprises metal, bricks and tiles, concrete, foamed concrete, plastics, wood and the like generated in the dismantling process.
The existing classification of construction waste is mainly classified according to the weight of the waste, and materials with high specific gravity such as metal, bricks and tiles and concrete can be used for aggregate resource utilization and used for manufacturing regenerated bricks or pavement base layers. Light materials such as plastics and wood with lighter specific gravity are often made into combustible fuel for burning power generation or other purposes. firstly, crushing the construction waste into uniform construction waste aggregate, wherein the construction waste recycled aggregate is obtained by crushing, screening and other methods of the construction waste through the traditional process flow, the crushing process flow is determined according to the type of the construction waste, and the particle size of the crushed construction waste aggregate is below 80 mm;
the crushed construction waste aggregate can be subjected to primary magnetic separation, so that metal materials such as reinforcing steel bars in the construction waste aggregate are prevented from damaging the specific gravity sieve, and metal waste can be collected and utilized;
screening the building waste aggregate according to the specific gravity, screening the building waste into three materials, namely heavy materials, undersize materials and light materials, carrying out secondary magnetic separation on the heavy materials to obtain pure recycled aggregate, and screening the undersize materials to separate into fine sand and linear impurities;
thirdly, extruding the obtained light substances, and crushing the light substances by using a double-roller crushing device, wherein the foamed concrete in the light substances is crushed into particles and powder by extrusion, the particle size of the particles or powder is less than 10mm, the actual condition of the particle size of the powder is set according to the process requirement, and the rest light substances such as wood, plastic, textile and the like are not crushed into the particles and the powder by extrusion deformation or cracking;
and step four, screening the light substances after the extrusion crushing according to the particle size, wherein the oversize is combustible light substances for screening out the foamed concrete, and the undersize is particles or powder containing crushed slag, muck and the like of the foamed concrete.
According to the drawings 1 and 2, the equipment for screening the foaming concrete in the construction waste comprises a crushing device 1, a first magnetic separation device 2, a specific gravity screening device 3, an extrusion crushing device 4 and a screen screening device 5;
the crushing device 1 is provided with an aggregate outlet 11, the aggregate outlet 11 of the crushing device 1 is connected through a belt conveyor 12, and the magnetic separation device 2 is arranged on the belt conveyor and is used for carrying out magnetic separation on the building garbage aggregates before entering the specific gravity screening device 3;
one end of the belt conveyor 12 is connected with an aggregate outlet 11 of the crushing device 1, the other end of the belt conveyor is connected with a feeding hole 31 of the specific gravity screening device 3 through a vibrating feeder 13, and a heavy material discharging hole 32, a screen underflow discharging hole 33 and a light material discharging hole 34 are formed in the specific gravity screening device 3;
