Abstract
The invention discloses an off-line cleaning method of a plate-and-frame filter press. The plate-and-frame filter press off-line cleaning method comprises the following steps: s1, primary soaking, namely soaking the filter cloth in a first soaking pool, wherein the soaking pool is filled with a first pickling solution, and the first pickling solution is dissolved in neutralized calcium and magnesium ions; s2, carrying out secondary soaking, and transferring the soaked filter cloth to a second soaking pool through a transfer mechanism, wherein the second soaking pool is filled with a second acid lotion for softening organic matters; s3, cleaning, wherein the transfer mechanism transfers the softened filter cloth into a cleaning pool for cleaning; and S4, dewatering, and conveying the cleaned filter cloth into a spin dryer for dewatering. Technical Field

Background
In sewage treatment, a plate-and-frame filter press is generally used for dewatering sludge, and filter cloth of the plate-and-frame filter press needs to be cleaned periodically or otherwise cannot achieve a dewatering effect. s2, secondary soaking, namely transferring the soaked filter cloth to a second soaking pool through a transfer mechanism, wherein a second soaking pool is filled with a second acid washing liquid which is used for softening organic matters;
s3, cleaning, wherein the transfer mechanism transfers the softened filter cloth into a cleaning pool for cleaning;
and S4, dewatering, and conveying the cleaned filter cloth into a spin dryer for dewatering.

Through twice soaking, inorganic matters such as calcium and magnesium ions are removed through first soaking, the organic matters are softened through second soaking, and then the filter cloth is cleaned by clear water, so that a large amount of water can be saved, compared with the original cleaning mode, the water consumption is saved by 30%, and compared with the original cleaning mode, the filter cloth cleaned after soaking is more thorough in cleaning. Meanwhile, the transfer is realized through machinery between the devices, manual carrying is not needed, the operation is simple and convenient, and the efficiency is improved.
